Because they're usually super friendly and the food always tastes very homey. That was the case for this food truck!! I didn't know which style of Asian food it was but from seeing their food truck artwork, I can see they're probably a Hmong family. The food was so good and full of southeast Asian flavors. We ordered the BBQ chicken and beef with chow mein and rice + a side of their homemade sausages! It's like a Laos/hmong style sausage, super delicious!! Their pepper sauce on the side is an absolute must for added acidity, spicy, and overall umami flavor. I will stop by again anytime we're in the area!! Super friendly owner as well. Come support!!
