It's completely unreasonable to leave customers hanging on line for that long without so much as a quick check-in or update. Even during peak hours, basic phone management and customer service shouldn't fall through the cracks like this. If the kitchen or front counter is too overwhelmed to take phone orders, stop putting callers on hold indefinitely and let them know. Extremely frustrating experience, and I ended up taking my business elsewhere.
