    Pastor and carne asada tacos
    Denise D.

Food was good. I had a grilled shrimp taco, al pastor taco, and chips and salsa. All were very tasty, but the pastor could have been better if some pineapple was added. The chips and salsa varieties were excellent! Fresh & warm. The restaurant was very clean & the staff was helpful in making choices. I'm looking forward to a return trip!

Once upon a time it looked like a B&C taco.

Yup, probably not coming back. Horchata machine down. I really wanted papas rancheros tacos. They don't have that on the menu. Had to settle for the safe B&C standard.... the Bean and cheese tacos were borderline gross. Beans bland and cheese tasted like that cheap American cheese. Tried the egg and bacon taco with the green salsa. Way better. Love the kick in the salsa. Unfortunately, this place or Starbucks were the only ones nearby for quick breakfast.

Their breakfast tacos are delicious. The tortillas are fresh with plenty of filling and tons of flavor!

Exceptional Experience - Superb Interior, Delicious Food, Excellent Service, and Convenient Drive-Through! I had the pleasure of visiting Taco Clem today, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. As a newly opened restaurant, Taco Clem has already exceeded my expectations with their superb interior, delicious food, and excellent service.   Upon entering the restaurant, I was immediately struck by the super nice interior and the clean and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail in the design, including the tasteful Mexican art gracing the walls, added an authentic and vibrant touch. It created a warm and welcoming ambiance that made my dining experience even more enjoyable.   Now, let's talk about the food--delicious is an understatement! Despite being a newly opened establishment, Taco Clem has clearly mastered the art of creating mouthwatering Mexican dishes. Every bite was a burst of flavor that delighted my taste buds. They have a variety of tacos, including the flavorful taco al pastor and the succulent cochinita pibil. I tried barbacoa and Carne Asada Tacos The meats were perfectly seasoned and tender, while the tortillas were fresh and authentic. The flavors truly transported me to Mexico, and I appreciated the dedication to maintaining authentic Mexican taste and freshness.   I also had the opportunity to try their quesadillas and flautas, which were equally impressive. The quesadillas were generously filled with gooey cheese and savory ingredients, while the flautas were delightfully crispy on the outside and filled with a delicious combination of flavors. Additionally, the birria tacos stood out with their tender, flavorful meat and a rich, aromatic broth for dipping. Each dish showcased the culinary expertise of the chefs at Taco Clem.   The service at Taco Clem was top-notch. Despite being a new establishment, the staff demonstrated remarkable professionalism and hospitality. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine enthusiasm to ensure a fantastic dining experience. The servers were attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and provided helpful recommendations. Their commitment to exceptional service made me feel valued and well taken care of throughout my visit.   One aspect that sets Taco Clem apart is their convenient drive-through service. It's a welcome addition for those looking for a quick and hassle-free dining experience. Whether you're on the go or simply prefer the convenience of a drive-through, Taco Clem has you covered.   Taco Clem is a true gem among Mexican restaurants for this area. Despite being newly opened, they have already established themselves as a destination for superb food, a welcoming ambiance, and excellent service. The addition of a drive-through option further enhances the convenience and accessibility of their offerings.   I highly recommend Taco Clem to anyone in search of an authentic Mexican culinary adventure. Whether you choose to dine in and admire their superb interior or opt for the convenience of the drive-through, Taco Clem will exceed your expectations. Treat yourself to their delicious food and immerse yourself in the warmth of their hospitality. P.S There is a Starbucks Next Door as a bonus

Same plaza where you were see the Starbucks from the feeder road. The place was had a decent size to it. There are plenty of tables and a bar style seating against the side of the restaurant. Service was good. They take your order at the counter and they bring it to you. Birria taco was okay, wasn't amazing. The broth didn't have much flavor to it to ones I had before. The meat was tender in 2 of my taco. The 3rd one there was still connective tissue from the meat making it hard to eat. Buda Taco was okay. Too much tortilla for the amount of filling that was in it. Overall it was okay, but I won't go out of my way to come here.

We needed a good taco place in Buda! I love Chorizo and egg tacos, so it's been a challenge for me to find some that taste authentic! I have been going every Friday since they have been open! I think all their tacos are delicious and they are pretty fast! The staff is always friendly and my tacos are always piping hot! Plus I pay $3.25 for a taco, so that's very reasonable. So happy to have this close to my work! I will definitely keep coming back.

We loved our three visits to Taco clem and will definitely come back again! They're so friendly and this is not a chain - this is a local business. So treat yourself and go check them out!

I happened to stop by in Buda and it was Super good, I honestly enjoyed it more than a chipotle bowl.

Server asked if we knew what we wanted but since it was our first time we asked for the menu & ordered 3 drinks: Mexican bottled coke, jarritos (pineapple) and Sangria (soda non alcoholic) We ordered 18 mini tacos and 2 cheese quesadillas. Total was: $57 (cash ONLY) - Al pastor: 5/5 for taste, flavor, presentation and amount of meat to taco ratio. Only thing sadly missing was fresh pineapple for topping. - Suadero (fajita): 2/5 it was nicely packed but sadly missed the mark on flavor and it was very dry. - Cabeza: 2/5 the cut of meat was good but missing flavor. - Chorizo: 3/5 the flavor was good but not great. - Cheese quesadillas: 4/5 the cheese was quality cheese but didn't actually melt at all. Once the food came out (10min) we were given 2 types of salsas: green guacamole and red with chile de arbol. I was only able to add a few drops of the red salsa so beware. Overall we really enjoyed the food, service and mainly the al pastor tacos. We'd come here again if we're ever in Kyle.

The reviews were pretty positive so we figured why not give it a shot It was around 8 PM and the place didn't feel like it had been cleaned much. Tables and chairs were sticky and looked like they hadn't been wiped down in a while. There were bottle caps on the floor from folks opening cokes at the counter. It just felt kind of checked out. The person at the counter didn't seem super interested in helping. We asked a couple questions about the menu and they didn't really engage. Not rude but definitely not welcoming either. We split a beef quesadilla that came with guacamole and sour cream. Nothing complicated. Also grabbed a Mexican Coke. The food came out hot and it looked good. Super melty cheese and it smelled great. But the amount of grease made it hard to enjoy. We ate maybe three slices and packed the rest to go. Ended up tossing it at the hotel. Maybe other items are better and we just caught them on an off night. Not ruling it out completely but I'm not in a rush to go back.

Prepared the normal ways these things are prepared. As comforting as old bedroom slippers. You can find these dishes in thousands of places all over Texas. But you will do perfectly well having them here. * * * Two unusual notes besides the back is front issue. a) They have beautiful post oaks in the back-is-front back yard. On warm days, you can sit out there. I recommend it. b) They are massively generous with chips and dip. The initial bowl they give you is microscopic. But they are refilling that bowl constantly. Scoops of chips showed up at our table many many times during our meal. The chips are lovely. The salsa is no great shakes. Still, I ate 6,438 chips with dip.
