On Friday evening, we picked up a prepared meal for the rehearsal dinner that included beef and chicken enchiladas, along with a beautiful salad and what many of us agreed was the BEST salad dressing! On Saturday, Jodi and her team arrived at the venue early to set up the buffet and prepare the kitchen. They were organized, professional, and ready to go.
