This location just opened in Winter Garden, in the Hamlin area. It is the newer, cleaner looking style Taco Bell. It is also the only drive through I have seen that has two specific drive thru lines. One line is for regular ordering and the other line is for mobile ordering, I'm assuming to get you through the line faster, since you have mobile ordered. I thought this was very interesting and a great idea. I did not go inside but assume that it was nice and clean since it is brand new. I did the regular drive thru. The menu is typical Taco Bell, nothing unique or different. If you have never been to a Taco Bell, they have tacos (of course), burritos, quesadillas, nachos and more. They are a great alternative to your typical burger and fries fast food. I went for lunch and there was no one there so I had no wait. I ordered right away and pulled up to the window. The employee was fine, not rude but also not friendly. Did not say hello even after I said hi. He took my card, threw my drink and card back at me. He then threw my bag to me and shut the window. I waited because I wanted hot sauce. He finally came back and got me some. Now when I got home this is when I was unimpressed. I ordered a steak quesadilla which came with a drink and a taco and then just plain nachos and cheese. The quesadilla was fine, it was hot but had hardly any steak in it. It was more of a cheese quesadilla. The taco was fine, typical Taco Bell taco. The nachos, they tasted burnt, like really burnt but they were not. This tells me the oil was probably old. They really were not good. And the cheese sauce, I cant even imagine someone would send it out looking how it did. It had so little, the sauce was just on the rim. There was hardly any. (You can see the picture I posted). It was pretty bad. All in all, this is ok. It is really great to have something different in the area. I have seen a lot of negative reviews already for this location and I will say, the food is just ok. I have never had nachos from Taco Bell that tasted so terrible as these did and then to not even get a cheese cup to dip it in. The staff is just ok, I think training is needed. Why is the wait always 40 minutes to get food? I feel like the manager has been understaffing since opening

I love Taco Bell, and I eat there enough to know what I should expect when it comes to service. However, this Taco Bell is on a completely different level when it comes to under performing. The amount of times I pull into the mobile order drive-thru lane to be told that "my order hasn't come in yet" and they want me to wait in the parking lot for 5-10 minutes and to re-enter the drive thru to see if the order will populate in a bit. Like what??? No other Taco Bell has this issue, one time they even admitted that the drive-thru is on a timer so they needed me to move since the "order wasn't there" in their system. I tried to give the order number or the contents of the order but they blatantly didn't care. I will drive out of my way to go to any other Taco Bell but this one. Glad see this location finally open in Hamlin as of 5/11/23. The team working inside were all friendly and excited to have guest visiting. Food came out quick and was extremely fresh. Multiple kiosk located inside to place your order, and the drink station is self serve. Happy hour is 2-5 for $1 drinks! read more

I AM SO DISAPPOINTED OF THIS LOCATION! This is the absolute worst Taco Bell in Orlando. I have been trying to get some tacos for the last months... my husband and I have visited the establishment at at hours (evening, night, lunch) and this place seems to ALWAYS have an excuse... they say that there's no dine in, only drive thru, sometimes there are employees inside but they say it's closed. Last time we were in the drive thru line and they said that mobile orders" (no drive thru or dinning in), but there bad internet in the area... so no go either. For being a new location, this place is terrible. The service isn't that great. When you Google search this location and visit the Taco Bell website it says it's open from 10am-12am but on here it says they are only open until 10pm and the door says 10pm. Which is it? It's 9:15pm on a Friday and all the chairs are up inside and they are cleaning and the doors are locked. It's not even 10pm yet. That's horrible business practice. Last time I was here they weren't even accepting credit cards. Cash only. We just tried to enter and were told the inside is closed because they are out of 10" tortillas (and a few things I couldn't understand what he said) so they can't make anything. I don't understand what that has to do with eating inside-- especially if I'm not ordering anything that they're out of. Hands down the worst location which is sad considering how new it is and how excited we were to have a Taco Bell nearby. I have yet to have a good experience at this location and I have only come here 4 times, only actually being served 2x. I'd recommend doing mobile ordering as the restaurant only has self ordering kiosks inside. When we visited the ice maker was out of ice and we had to give our cups to the employees behind the counter to get our ice. There is minimal seating inside the restaurant, it seems the model is for mobile and drive thru orders. The parking lot is extremely small and will probably be difficult to navigate at busy times. read more

This is about the 5th time I go to the drive through and they're closed half an hour early. It's Friday night and they're closing early? The menu screen was turned off and as soon as I pull up I'm told they're closed. I wouldn't be so disappointed if it was the first time, but like I said it was the FIFTH time. Doesn't make sense to me. I hope management is aware of this. Seems to me it's just teenagers working there without any supervision and closing early just because they want to. I've been here a couple of times since they opened last week, once in the drive thru, and another inside. Interactions with the employees were good on both occasions and everyone was friendly. Inside was clean and modern. The food was good for Taco Bell, and came out quickly although they didn't have one of the drinks that I ordered either time. On the dine-in visit the soda was dispensing at room temperature, so they gave us some from the drive thru machine. No big deal, it's a new restaurant and there are bound to be some issues like that. What was most concerning, though was that I overheard one employee talking to another about how they were having issues with their paycheck not clearing and that they were going to have to quit if it happened again next week. Just to be clear, I'm not concerned that I heard them talking about the subject, but I am concerned that these friendly and hard working employees might not be able to pay their bills due to poor management. read more

I can't blame Uber Eats for incompetence of workers at the restaurant - it's shocking to me how often (I know, it's my fault for continuing to order from this location thinking surely they will get my simple order correct) but nope - absolutely ridiculous. Ordered a taco pack combo (includes a drink) and a burrito. ONLY the tacos were in the bag when delivered. No drink. No burrito. And no fire sauce or napkins as requested. Does anyone at this Taco Bell give a damn about doing a good job? Or even a half-assed job? Absolutely no quality control or give a damn?! Paying for convenience with delivery is worthless when what I'm paying for is often delivered wrong more than right. I had to repeat my order several times, which I understand could've been headset issues. That part, I'm not mad about. But I repeated " cheesy gordita crunch with the dorito shell " several times. So when I got to the window and was handed the receipt, I checked it, and did not see the Dorito shell. So i asked if they got that, and they said no. I asked if they'd be able to make it with the Dorito shell and was told " nope, it's almost done already " by cashier Amari, then was given a nasty look. Staff was extremely disrespectful while taking my order. They told me they were out of beef so I asked for steak instead and they expected me to pay a up charge because they were out of beef. When I finally got my food the tortillas were burnt and the items that are supposed to have beef in them actually had beef in them after they caused a whole ordeal about not having meet. I went there once more last night (Saturday night) at 10PM and there were no cars there and they told me that they would only do mobile only. This location is terrible. I understand they are a new location but they have no customer service and do not operate the same each day. First visit they never acknowledged the mobile order drive thru and let 5 cars go ahead of me. When I asked how the mobile order Lane should work at the window the woman slammed the window closed on me. Today they wouldn't help anyone thru the drive thru and made everyone come inside. No signs out to close the drive thru so people were peeling out when they couldn't order drive thru. There were two clueless employees inside when I went in for my mobile order pick up. The one girl asked me three times if I had been helped and no one else was around me. Then after my food was ready and she was told to get my drinks it was like she had no idea what to do. Sadly I am updating my review from 5 stars initially to 1 star because the management is complete shit. Twice since opening day have we come & the drive through was down unless you mobile order. (I should mention that cell reception/service here is spotty at best. )No signage to state this- just waiting for the girl to tell us. We left last time. There is not enough parking unless you have mobile order parking and with two drive through lanes they should be able to accommodate. If they didn't have the staffing they should NOT have opened. After going in- there are no people to take your order, all machines- are they going to discount me for working for them?? My husband went in to order for himself on the screen & it took literally forever! I was excited there was a location close by- but I will not be back. I like to give my money to the businesses that give back to the community by offering jobs to locals. I suppose that first day we came we got the cream of the crop trainers teaching the new staff. What a letdown. So done- hope the franchise owner of this location suffers due to lack of business for making rookie mistakes. read more

This place is trash. I have never had a place mess up my order to this degree. All I ordered was a spicy potato soft taco with no sauce.
