Friday 3/13 11:58pm ~ Pulled up to "mobile order" line, sat there for 3-5 mins before I was helped. I said I was picking up a door dash they ask for why name so I gave name then the say I need to come around inside. I'm in line behind 3 cars and their smart assess tell me "so back up" so now I have to back up all the way outta the mobile line just cause they can't hand a bag through the window? Every where else at this time does drive through for deliveries. I'd give a zero if possible. read more

"It's Taco Bell. You Know Why You're Here." It's Taco Bell -- the guilty pleasure for bad days, long shifts, or when you just need cheap tacos that hit every time. I stopped by after a 5-mile walk and mobile ordered the Luxe Cravings Box (perfect late-night fix). Tried to swap my taco for a bean and rice burrito, somehow ended up with two boxes. Realized when they handed me two Mountain Dews. My bad. Too embarrassed to say anything -- but hey, more tacos for me. Crunchwrap Supreme, burrito, cinnamon twists, and a drink for $7? That's highway robbery in a tortilla. Taco Bell, never change. read more

Taco Bell - Traffic - Fast Food Near Me - Winter Garden, Florida

This location just opened in Winter Garden, in the Hamlin area. It is the newer, cleaner looking style Taco Bell. It is also the only drive through I have seen that has two specific drive thru lines. One line is for regular ordering and the other line is for mobile ordering, I'm assuming to get you through the line faster, since you have mobile ordered. I thought this was very interesting and a great idea. I did not go inside but assume that it was nice and clean since it is brand new. I did the regular drive thru. The menu is typical Taco Bell, nothing unique or different. If you have never been to a Taco Bell, they have tacos (of course), burritos, quesadillas, nachos and more. They are a great alternative to your typical burger and fries fast food. I went for lunch and there was no one there so I had no wait. I ordered right away and pulled up to the window. The employee was fine, not rude but also not friendly. Did not say hello even after I said hi. He took my card, threw my drink and card back at me. He then threw my bag to me and shut the window. I waited because I wanted hot sauce. He finally came back and got me some. Now when I got home this is when I was unimpressed. I ordered a steak quesadilla which came with a drink and a taco and then just plain nachos and cheese. The quesadilla was fine, it was hot but had hardly any steak in it. It was more of a cheese quesadilla. The taco was fine, typical Taco Bell taco. The nachos, they tasted burnt, like really burnt but they were not. This tells me the oil was probably old. They really were not good. And the cheese sauce, I cant even imagine someone would send it out looking how it did. It had so little, the sauce was just on the rim. There was hardly any. (You can see the picture I posted). It was pretty bad. All in all, this is ok. It is really great to have something different in the area. I have seen a lot of negative reviews already for this location and I will say, the food is just ok. I have never had nachos from Taco Bell that tasted so terrible as these did and then to not even get a cheese cup to dip it in. The staff is just ok, I think training is needed. I do really hope they can step it up because this is a great late-night snack or even lunch. read more

Taco Bell - Really Taco Bell?? Where is the cheese!! How did this even make it to the bag?!? - Fast Food Near Me - Winter Garden, Florida

I love Taco Bell, and I eat there enough to know what I should expect when it comes to service. However, this Taco Bell is on a completely different level when it comes to under performing. The amount of times I pull into the mobile order drive-thru lane to be told that "my order hasn't come in yet" and they want me to wait in the parking lot for 5-10 minutes and to re-enter the drive thru to see if the order will populate in a bit. Like what??? No other Taco Bell has this issue, one time they even admitted that the drive-thru is on a timer so they needed me to move since the "order wasn't there" in their system. I tried to give the order number or the contents of the order but they blatantly didn't care. I will drive out of my way to go to any other Taco Bell but this one. If I could give them a 0 Stars, I would. read more

We've done multiple mobile orders and the service here has been good. Food is always correct and haven't had a bad meal for a fast food Taco Bell. read more

Good food. Good taste. Fast service. Good, decent, moderate cost. I have no issues with them, or their food. Good! I go through the drive through, so no reference to ambiance. read more

Why is the wait always 40 minutes to get food? I feel like the manager has been understaffing since opening

I AM SO DISAPPOINTED OF THIS LOCATION! This is the absolute worst Taco Bell in Orlando. I have been trying to get some tacos for the last months... my husband and I have visited the establishment at at hours (evening, night, lunch) and this place seems to ALWAYS have an excuse... they say that there's no dine in, only drive thru, sometimes there are employees inside but they say it's closed. Last time we were in the drive thru line and they said that mobile orders" (no drive thru or dinning in), but there bad internet in the area... so no go either. I don't understand what's going on, but this is a premium location to be wasted like this! It is brand new!! read more

Glad see this location finally open in Hamlin as of 5/11/23. The team working inside were all friendly and excited to have guest visiting. Food came out quick and was extremely fresh. Multiple kiosk located inside to place your order, and the drink station is self serve. Happy hour is 2-5 for $1 drinks! read more

For being a new location, this place is terrible. The service isn't that great. When you Google search this location and visit the Taco Bell website it says it's open from 10am-12am but on here it says they are only open until 10pm and the door says 10pm. Which is it? It's 9:15pm on a Friday and all the chairs are up inside and they are cleaning and the doors are locked. It's not even 10pm yet. That's horrible business practice. Last time I was here they weren't even accepting credit cards. Cash only. We just tried to enter and were told the inside is closed because they are out of 10" tortillas (and a few things I couldn't understand what he said) so they can't make anything. I don't understand what that has to do with eating inside-- especially if I'm not ordering anything that they're out of. Hands down the worst location which is sad considering how new it is and how excited we were to have a Taco Bell nearby. I have yet to have a good experience at this location and I have only come here 4 times, only actually being served 2x. Our first time we waited over 10 minutes for someone to give us a cup for the soda we ordered. And that's not an exaggeration. read more

Not sure what happened here, but there seems to be an issue every time we go to this location. These burritos are the worst so far. But in the past they've been out of drinks, out of all lids for cups, I can't think of a time where we've been that they've been fully stocked read more

I'd recommend doing mobile ordering as the restaurant only has self ordering kiosks inside. When we visited the ice maker was out of ice and we had to give our cups to the employees behind the counter to get our ice. There is minimal seating inside the restaurant, it seems the model is for mobile and drive thru orders. The parking lot is extremely small and will probably be difficult to navigate at busy times. read more

This is what me of the worst tasting food I have ever ate it was soggy and stall and the beans made me wanna throw up. The service wasn't really a thing because you order from a kiosk, but it took forever to get our food when there was nobody read more

Smaller cheese containers for nachos now and you want .25 cent for your green cantina sauce when I order two cantina items ?? Nahhhhh

If I could give a negative I would! Place is filthy, girl making our food had no hair net or hat on, hair hanging over our food! Tables and floor in eating area filthy and I can't imagine what the back looks like! I love Taco Bell, one of my guilty pleasures and I will not be eating here again. Too many places in the area to pick from. Absentee, owner and corporate Taco Bell should really shut this place down. read more

What's the point of ordering ahead if the mobile pickup line is 10x as long as the regular? this is insane!

Went at 9pm though Drive thru and it wasn't open!?!? They said only mobile order or inside open. Wtf?

This is about the 5th time I go to the drive through and they're closed half an hour early. It's Friday night and they're closing early? The menu screen was turned off and as soon as I pull up I'm told they're closed. I wouldn't be so disappointed if it was the first time, but like I said it was the FIFTH time. Doesn't make sense to me. I hope management is aware of this. Seems to me it's just teenagers working there without any supervision and closing early just because they want to. The two times I've actually been served the food tastes great. But, I asked for a side of nacho cheese sauce and they said they were out. I just thought it was hilarious because I also ordered a nacho bell grande that has nacho cheese on it lol. It was pure laziness on behalf of the person at the cashier in the drive through. read more

I've been here a couple of times since they opened last week, once in the drive thru, and another inside. Interactions with the employees were good on both occasions and everyone was friendly. Inside was clean and modern. The food was good for Taco Bell, and came out quickly although they didn't have one of the drinks that I ordered either time. On the dine-in visit the soda was dispensing at room temperature, so they gave us some from the drive thru machine. No big deal, it's a new restaurant and there are bound to be some issues like that. What was most concerning, though was that I overheard one employee talking to another about how they were having issues with their paycheck not clearing and that they were going to have to quit if it happened again next week. Just to be clear, I'm not concerned that I heard them talking about the subject, but I am concerned that these friendly and hard working employees might not be able to pay their bills due to poor management. read more

Another lame fast food restaurant in the area that can't keep up with the thousands of people living here. No mobile ordering.

Pulled up an hour before they were supposed to close and at drive thru they said they're "closed for maintenance". Came back the next day and the lady at the drive thru said "drive thru is closed (at 5pm)". The owners of this location are most likely not making money and have no idea why. Food was not bad tho. read more

I had to repeat my order several times, which I understand could've been headset issues. That part, I'm not mad about. But I repeated " cheesy gordita crunch with the dorito shell " several times. So when I got to the window and was handed the receipt, I checked it, and did not see the Dorito shell. So i asked if they got that, and they said no. I asked if they'd be able to make it with the Dorito shell and was told " nope, it's almost done already " by cashier Amari, then was given a nasty look. I've worked in the customer service/hospitality industry for years now, and I understand not being able to fulfill a request, but there are ways to say things that don't come across so blatantly rude. Drive thru also took forever to get through 2 cars. They're also always out of something. I will more than likely not be going back again. read more

Every time we try to give this location another chance they disappoint again. Never get the correct order and when we get anything we want, its slopped together and hardly any protien. Franchisee you better get in here and do something. read more

I guess I should have checked reviews before ordering...now I'm adding to the MANY bad reviews for this Taco Bell location in Hamlin Groves, FL. I can't blame Uber Eats for incompetence of workers at the restaurant - it's shocking to me how often (I know, it's my fault for continuing to order from this location thinking surely they will get my simple order correct) but nope - absolutely ridiculous. Ordered a taco pack combo (includes a drink) and a burrito. ONLY the tacos were in the bag when delivered. No drink. No burrito. And no fire sauce or napkins as requested. Does anyone at this Taco Bell give a damn about doing a good job? Or even a half-assed job? Absolutely no quality control or give a damn?! Paying for convenience with delivery is worthless when what I'm paying for is often delivered wrong more than right. Time to try another location or get it myself - and then sit in the drive through like a jerk checking to make sure my order is correct. Taco Bell in Hamlin, please do better...it's a very low bar, indeed. read more

Staff was extremely disrespectful while taking my order. They told me they were out of beef so I asked for steak instead and they expected me to pay a up charge because they were out of beef. When I finally got my food the tortillas were burnt and the items that are supposed to have beef in them actually had beef in them after they caused a whole ordeal about not having meet. I think they are trying to scam people out of extra money by up charging them for other ingredients when they have the basic ones. read more

Taco Bell - Burnt Un Cut Quesadilla - Fast Food Near Me - Winter Garden, Florida

I went to the Taco Bell and almost immediately the worker said "we're closed". This was at 1:45... So I asked what time they close, he said," ahhhh 1:50". 1:50????? What type of place closes at this time. The worst part is, I was staring at a sign that said it closes at 2. This wasn't the first bad experience I've had here. Every time I go and I am the only one in the drive through, it takes them 30 minutes!!! Very lazy workers. read more

I've given this place so many chances! Each time my experience was bad. I went there once more last night (Saturday night) at 10PM and there were no cars there and they told me that they would only do mobile only. Being that I was hungry, I pulled out of the line and did an order on my phone. While I was doing that, I literally saw 10 cars get denied food in the drive thru. They all drove off. Whoever runs this location should be replaced. read more

Everytime I go here they are out of something. Is it poor ordering or lazy staff that don't want to restock the items? Out of Pepsi today.

This location is terrible. I understand they are a new location but they have no customer service and do not operate the same each day. First visit they never acknowledged the mobile order drive thru and let 5 cars go ahead of me. When I asked how the mobile order Lane should work at the window the woman slammed the window closed on me. Today they wouldn't help anyone thru the drive thru and made everyone come inside. No signs out to close the drive thru so people were peeling out when they couldn't order drive thru. There were two clueless employees inside when I went in for my mobile order pick up. The one girl asked me three times if I had been helped and no one else was around me. Then after my food was ready and she was told to get my drinks it was like she had no idea what to do. Hope they improve their skills. I'll drive farther for another Taco Bell or get something else to eat. read more

Go to another taco bell it's taken me a half hour to get my food and I mobile ordered. This is ridiculous

Sadly I am updating my review from 5 stars initially to 1 star because the management is complete shit. Twice since opening day have we come & the drive through was down unless you mobile order. (I should mention that cell reception/service here is spotty at best. )No signage to state this- just waiting for the girl to tell us. We left last time. There is not enough parking unless you have mobile order parking and with two drive through lanes they should be able to accommodate. If they didn't have the staffing they should NOT have opened. After going in- there are no people to take your order, all machines- are they going to discount me for working for them?? My husband went in to order for himself on the screen & it took literally forever! I was excited there was a location close by- but I will not be back. I like to give my money to the businesses that give back to the community by offering jobs to locals. I suppose that first day we came we got the cream of the crop trainers teaching the new staff. What a letdown. So done- hope the franchise owner of this location suffers due to lack of business for making rookie mistakes. read more

Workers never have it open during operating hours. Even when you can see them inside sitting down not doing anything.

This place is trash. I have never had a place mess up my order to this degree. All I ordered was a spicy potato soft taco with no sauce. This taco had so much sauce on it I can only describe it as malicious. Not to mention that the worker Amari was rude and his hygiene was questionable. I would give this place less stars if I could. Never coming back. Yo no quiero taco bell. read more
