I was able to try out Bubbakoo's Burritos! I ended up getting the Biria Quesadilla and it was so flavorful! I got the combo with the chips and a drink. The staff was very nice and helpful and they made suggestions when I wasn't sure what to get. There are so many choices and they even have taco Tuesday at a great value!

This is our first visit to Bubbakoo's Burritos. It has a similar setup as a Chipotle restaurant except that they cook the meat on the spot so it is fresh and hot. The amount of food and toppings placed on your burrito or bowl is exceptional. You won't go away hungry. Jazmin was our server and she was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely return for more tasty burritos.

Food was tasty and a really good portion size. It made two meals for me. The service was a little slow but very friendly. The ambience was cool and what I would expect for this type of quick service restaurant with some skate boards on the walls and bright colors.

I've been to several of their locations and have always had great service along with fresh, tasty food. This location--Sand Lake, was no exception. I walked in, was greeted right away, and picked up my online order. It was well past lunch, so the place was pretty empty. I usually get their tacos and taco salads, and they're always solid. This time, I decided to switch things up and try some other menu items. I went with the Nashville fries and two burritos. As I was walking out, I noticed it was Taco Tuesday, so of course, I went back in and grabbed a few tacos: two carnitas and one chicken. The Nashville fries are so good. Crispy chopped chicken, pickles, Nashville hot sauce, and ranch dressing... yeah, they were excellent. The tacos were great as always. They really pile them up...very generous portions. Now... the burrito was an absolute disappointment. Don't get me wrong, the ingredients were tasty, but it was so small that I honestly felt cheated out of my hard-earned money. There was barely any meat on it. All rice and beans. Definitely not worth the price, and I won't order it again unless the portion size improves. Customer service was great overall. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. All in all, I definitely recommend Bubbakoo's. But for the love of God, don't order the burritos.

This place had great potential with a cool menu but the service and food safety were abysmal. We were trying a new place and had been really intrigued by Bubbakoo's. This location was close to the theme parks we were coming from so I made the call to pop in. We knew pretty quickly that the experience wouldn't be great as we heard a team member holler from a table in the dining area asking how much "pre-close" the rest of the team had completed even though they were in the middle of serving a guest. I ordered a preset burrito and the guys asked me if I wanted anything else in it. I asked what he recommended but he shrugged and said he didn't know and the training sheet didn't give him much information. That was fine. I made my best guesses and moved on. It was clear that none of the employees wanted to be there. Now some other concerns: flies around the sofa tower, team members scratching their hair with their knuckles while gloved and actively making food, another team member's bracelets directly touching food as he prepares it, dusty TVs hanging directly above food prep area, and the dining space was incredibly dirty. This was the napkin after I wiped off our table. There were three of us eating. My food was given to me as carry out, one person was asked if they'd be dining in and said yes, and the last was simply handed their burrito and fries without a bag or tray. Now to the food, the food was good and fine. Again the menu was really intriguing and the product seemed to match that. Overall the burrito was good. The chips I was recommended were stale and the team member at the front unenthusiastically switched the for fries for me. It's clear that we probably would have enjoyed this if the staff was different. The food safety concerns made enjoying the meal a difficult task. Overall, very underwhelmed by this location and let down as the expectation and hope were high for this restaurant.

This is the second location I have made it to now and once again, I was very happy with the service and my meal. I knew I had a coupon hanging in the app so I thought I'd stop in for lunch while I was in the area. While I struggled a little bit, the people here were on their game and took really good care of me. I ordered a burrito and got the lime chicken for my protein. I built it a way that sounded good to me. They also asked if I wanted to make it a combo by adding chips and a drink and I decided to try it. There were so many choices for what to get to go with my chips. I considered the queso, but went with a salsa instead. It went with the green one which had some decent heat to it. It was very tasty as an accompaniment in my burrito. The restaurant itself was clean and well lit. There were accessible spaces out in front. I get up this way probably at least a couple times a month and they will be on my shortlist for places to have lunch. If you're looking for a good meal, where you can build it your way for the most part this is a really good place to go and the prices are reasonable.

We ordered food from here through Door Dash and were not disappointed. We got an order of queso, guac, chips, and ground beef quesoritos. Everything was delicious and packed so well so everything was still piping hot when it arrived which was much appreciated. The chips were a bit over-salted but everything else was great. The portion sizes were also great. feel it's comparable to Chipotle but with a wider variety of options and much better value when comparing portion sizes, so I'd choose this place over the other any day! Overall, loved it and can't wait to try it in person.

I was greeted at the door! I was given time to read the menu as it was my first time. The staff was friendly, smiling and acknowledging. Accommodations were made for my allergies to tomatoes As a first timer it was delicious, I want to try the curly fries I could smell them throughout the restaurant Very clean!

Coming into this establishment it looked amazing, but we honestly were interrupted by a homeless person outside. Getting here was simple, but the area was very dark and slightly difficult to see. Staff were friendly and quick with the service and they were very helpful with the choices and options we had. Food was alright, but I do feel that everything was a bit cold for what it was worth. Blast of flavor from spicy to sweet, and just a great mixture with the pico, corn , and lettuce , but just slightly on the Colder side. Just about $13 for the 3 tacos and a drink with chips. Overall great business and had a good time grabbing a quick bite!

Great customer service. Esam was Awesome! I got a Veggie Quesa Dilla, which was made fresh to order and super delicious. Also, big portion. Esam brought me dessert to try called Love chips. Super cispy, not too sweet and yummy. Very chill vibe with big screen TV playing. I will definitely be back to try more things from the menu!

Honestly shocked to find out their burritos were actually good. I got the burrito with grilled chicken and chipotle mayo. Their Nashville hot sauce was good. Beware of the ghost pepper hot sauce

The only redeeming qualities were the service was fast/friendly and the presentation is very nice. But as others mentioned, the salsa is strange and much like everything else has no flavor. I ordered a $12 margarita to start and it came in a comically small glass. We ordered the yucca fries and they looked perfectly golden and nicely sized but were nearly inedible from how salty they were. Thankfully the server took it off the bill. My husband got the chile relleno which boasted roasted vegetables but I guess they were referring to the undercooked sweet mini peppers stuffed inside? Also I'm not sure they have a heat lamp for staging. Nothing was hot when it arrived and the cheese his relleno rested on had congealed. I ordered the chicken street tacos which also looked very nice when it arrived but were dry, unseasoned, grilled chicken strips with pickled onions on top but then cilantro and white onions on the side and more of those sweet peppers. I think they're relying pretty heavily on them to provide Mexican flavor but they do not. I want to go on but I don't want to be rude... it's just so objectively bad and overpriced. There are plenty of Mexican restaurants that are worth an extra 15 minute drive so I do not recommend. Sorry jag

I visited the Orlando location, since it was the one closest to my side of town. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the servers (a young man and a young woman). Both were super kind and had these really great smiles on their face. So, that was quite inviting. It was a rainy day, so I was the only one there when I arrived. The interior is decent. Standard chain restaurant design - nothing to brag about there. I did really enjoy the fun pop of green throughout the restaurant. The servers both tag-teamed walking me through the menu, and I opted to make a burrito bowl. I went with their chicken option, paired it with white rice, cooked/grilled veggies, pico, cilantro, onions, corn, and cheese. I kept it pretty simple. I got the sauce for the burrito bowl on the side alongside the chips and salsa. As far as flavor profiles go, the food was good. The chicken tasted great (to me). With everything all blended, it was pretty tasty. I'd go back again if I am ever in the area and have a craving for a burrito bowl. I do like that they have various burrito & bowl options. Pricing seems okay. There's a decent amount of indoor and outdoor seating. Since it was a rainy day, there was no one sitting outdoors. However, it's good to know there are outdoor seating options if that is something you look for. All in all, a good experience. I shared some with my family, and they enjoyed it as well.

I have seen quite a few good reviews recently on yelp and decided I would give them a try after therapy the other day. It was around 10:30 in the morning and I had not had breakfast and I figured this was as good as day as any to give this place a try. When I walked in it was still quiet in the place and I was immediately greeted by employees. I walked over to take a look at the menu board as I was not sure what to order. I did realize that the menu was a bit different from what I had seen online, but that was OK. I chatted with the gentleman behind the counter to get some suggestions and I settled on a burrito as this is a fairly good way to judge this type of place. Like so many other burrito places before we went over options for how I would like to have mine assembled. They have two kinds of rice available and I got some of each in mine. I'm not allowed beans so I skipped right over them and went right onto proteins. There are quite a few good choices and the only thing that wasn't quite ready. Was the ground beef when I got there. For me this was fine because that was not what I wanted. I settled on the Barbacoa. I added a little bit of pico, some salsa Verde, hot salsa, pickled jalapeños, cilantro, red onion, cheese and lettuce. This ended up being a very well packed burrito that he struggled to get closed up. In the end, everything was packed inside. I did dining and added a fountain drink. My burrito had some really good weight to it as it was truly packed with goodness. From the first bite to the last, it was really good. I think the only thing I might've changed would've been to add more jalapeños to it. I do like mine kind of spicy. Next time I might even try one of their signature sauces. This is a nice little restaurant. It was very clean with friendly help. There are accessible spaces near the entrance, although the entrance is not accessible. I'm actually looking forward to stopping back one morning and trying one of their breakfast burritos. Honestly, if you were looking for a good burrito, this is a better choice than a lot of the other fast food burrito places that we have probably all gone to. For now, this will be my go to place when I am in the mood. They even have a taco Tuesday special so I might have to stop in and try that one of these weeks.

I had the chicken tacos and the mentirosa (zero proof cocktail). Both were pretty good! But I realized I made a mistake about halfway through my lunch when I started getting full at the first out of the 11 countries...if you're planning on being snacky in all the countries I would recommend not doing what I did and maybe trying a quick service option instead. The server and hosts were all friendly. It was definitely a fun and unique experience!

Longer review: This dining experience occurred during May 2022 at dusk. Food 4/5: We started with the Guacamole ($13) and shared a Sopa Azteca ($12). The guacamole was interesting, it had mange and pumpkin seeds. Instead of chips, it was served with chicharrones that had a drizzle of salsa valentina (a little spicy). It's a big amount, good enough to share between 2-3 people. The soup was the highlight. Great presentation, so much flavor, and so filling. We were able to share the soup between two people. If you are between the two, go with the soup. For dinner, my wife and I shared the Ribeye tacos ($30). It came with 4 tortillas and we each made two tacos. It was delicious. For dessert, we shared the Tres Leche de Horchata ($10), it was very sweet, but a little dry, you needed to soak it up in the sauce. Customer service 5/5: Our waiter was named Manuel. He killed it. He must of checked-in on us 10 times during the entire dining experience. He made excellent dinner recommendations, kept our water full, and was just so kind. We were not in a rush and he brought everything out a great pace. We didn't feel rushed and we just enjoyed our time. Real professional Price 3/5: This is a sit-down restaurant in a Disney theme park. Everything is going to be overpriced. The good news is, the food here is actually pretty dang good. The theming is really neat and the wait staff is professional. The drinks are strong and tasty. I feel like you are getting your money's worth for the food. The drinks are a little overpriced. Cleanliness 4/5: No trash on the floor, a party would get up and leave, the wait staff would clean the table, replace the tablecloth, and place the new dinnerware. Glasses were clean, plates were clean, the restaurant smelled wonderful. Theming 4/5: Everyone wants to sit as close as possible to the pyramid. We had a late reservation and the restaurant was at maybe 50% capacity. Our table was extremely close to the pyramid. I loved it, I can see how sitting further away from the pyramid and closer to the marketplace would be an issue (lots of noise), fortunately for me, I was not in this predicament (just be aware of this). Drinks 4/5: Again, you are inside a sit-down restaurant at a Disney theme park. Be ready to pay those Disney prices. I had the La Cava Avocado ($17) and a Blood Orange ($17). My wife had the San Angel Inn Margarita ($23) and the Cucumber ($15). The drinks were perfect. Not too sweet, and just the right amount of alcohol. We were feeling good. The presentation was nice. This rating is just for the quality of the drinks, not the pricing. Overall rating 24/30 or 4 stars
