First and foremost, I want to thank everyone on yelp who has said good things about Bubbakoo's. It's one of those places that I have driven past various locations and just never stopped in. I have seen quite a few good reviews recently on yelp and decided I would give them a try after therapy the other day. It was around 10:30 in the morning and I had not had breakfast and I figured this was as good as day as any to give this place a try. When I walked in it was still quiet in the place and I was immediately greeted by employees. I walked over to take a look at the menu board as I was not sure what to order. I did realize that the menu was a bit different from what I had seen online, but that was OK. I chatted with the gentleman behind the counter to get some suggestions and I settled on a burrito as this is a fairly good way to judge this type of place. Like so many other burrito places before we went over options for how I would like to have mine assembled. They have two kinds of rice available and I got some of each in mine. I'm not allowed beans so I skipped right over them and went right onto proteins. There are quite a few good choices and the only thing that wasn't quite ready. Was the ground beef when I got there. For me this was fine because that was not what I wanted. I settled on the Barbacoa. I added a little bit of pico, some salsa Verde, hot salsa, pickled jalapeños, cilantro, red onion, cheese and lettuce. This ended up being a very well packed burrito that he struggled to get closed up. In the end, everything was packed inside. I did dining and added a fountain drink. My burrito had some really good weight to it as it was truly packed with goodness. From the first bite to the last, it was really good. I think the only thing I might've changed would've been to add more jalapeños to it. I do like mine kind of spicy. Next time I might even try one of their signature sauces. This is a nice little restaurant. It was very clean with friendly help. There are accessible spaces near the entrance, although the entrance is not accessible. I'm actually looking forward to stopping back one morning and trying one of their breakfast burritos. Honestly, if you were looking for a good burrito, this is a better choice than a lot of the other fast food burrito places that we have probably all gone to. For now, this will be my go to place when I am in the mood. They even have a taco Tuesday special so I might have to stop in and try that one of these weeks. read more

Not only is this place fun to say, but it's also delicious! I'm from Las Vegas, so I wanted to try something new since I'm so used to Chipotle and I was not disappointed. The videos on DoorDash made the place look vibrant and edible, and the food definitely lived up to that. I highly recommend the grilled chicken, guacamole, and queso! I wasn't a huge fan of the steak, but the queso absolutely made up for it. I'm very picky about my cheese, and this one was so good. I wish I had ordered more! I ordered my food to go, and the service was fast, efficient, and the food was still hot and fresh by the time it arrived at my Disney resort. The chips were perfectly salted as well. ​My son recommended this place a while ago, and decided to drop by, since I was in the area. The staff was great - excellent service! The place was clean and nicely decorated. I ordered the taco salad and let me tell you...the portion size was amazing. This thing was a monstrosity (in a good way), and I definitely had leftovers. It was absolutely delicious. The lettuce and veggies were super fresh and the ground beef had a lot of flavor. I also had their churros and they did not make it to my house. I ate them all during my commute back home. The food prices are up to par with what at similar restaurants. Tip: download their app and register. They will give you a $5 coupon that you can use during your visit. First of all staff was just so friendly!! The food was eclectic. They serve burritos and hibachi and bowls and cheese curds and chicken fingers with taco chips. It's just weird. The hibachi schrimp bowl was excellent but the chicken fingers with chips were not. The chips don't go with the fingers and they were too flat and too much breading. However not bad just wouldn't get that anymore (it was for my dog and after removing all breading there was not much left as they were so flat and thin) read more

Really wanted to like this place based on their overall review rating. Should have caught that it was only reviewed 15 times. Food was overpriced. Small portion size. It was like chipotle style but everything seemed to be "up charge" such as veggies, Mexican street corn or guacamole. Not many people eating at this restaurant and I can see why. Won't go back. Maybe you'll have better food but we didn't. read more

We're out here on vacation and decided to try Bubbakoo's as it's something we don't have in our area. It was a "D" rated version of Chipotle at best. Everything was "extra". You want fajita veggies in your bowl? Extra. Mexican Street Corn on your burrito? Extra. Guacamole? Extra. Ok, the guac being extra is normal for most places, but the rest... and at $2.49 extra for each item. The food itself wasn't great either. I got a bowl that was underwhelming. My husband got a burrito that he had to wash down with water because it was dry and not full of flavor or juices, even though the meat he ordered was barbacoa. I don't recommend. read more

I was really wanting to like this place but they really need to drain their salsa before throwing it on the burrito resulting in a nasty, soggy, wet burrito. Nothing here seems fresh. Great food and outstanding service. Shrimp is cooked to order along with fries. The sizes for everything but fries makes the price very worth it. Overall much more choice than chipotles. I think this is our new favorite place for a quick service burritos. read more

I ordered through door dash and got the basic bird the way it was listed on the menu. While it is not the restaurants fault my food was a bit cold due to door dash I give the food a solid 3/5. I suppose wording the item called the basic bird I suppose I should have been prepared for basic and it was just that. Basic chicken a bit dry. Basic cheese basic Pico and basic beans.
