Over the past many years, I've almost always 100% received well-prepared food here, and positive customer service. I've mainly used their drive-through, both during late-night and lunch time. Sometimes the drive-through can get really backed up, but the line usually moves along at an acceptable pace. Eating inside has also worked well for me. The employees here have always been friendly and pleasant to me. This is probably my favorite Taco Bell in the Memphis metropolitan area, and therefore I will keep returning for more yummy food. read more

Took so long to get our like over an hour and they literally started checking my ah for no reason food is soggy

Let me start by saying I love Taco Bell. When I'm at home, I eat there multiple times a week. But last night, I think I made a bad choice. The service was really slow, and I'm not sure why, it wasn't even busy. I'd hate to see how things go during rush hour. Now here I am at 3 a.m., stuck on the toilet. I've been here for about 30 minutes. I must have gotten some kind of food poisoning. I'm dealing with bad stomach cramps and other issues I'd rather not describe here. One of the best experiences with a Taco Bell by far! I was nervous to place an online order based off a previous review that it took over an hour, but we decided to make the leap and order. Did. Not. Disappoint. I waited less than 2 minutes from the time it was supposed to be ready, and Food was fresh, hot, well organized (the stickers with the drinks to keep the straws with each drink are a WONDERFUL touch!), the boxes we ordered were labeled with what each one was (however two of the stickers were mixed up, but we were easily able to figure who's was who's), and the team working were efficient and friendly! Do not i repeat DO NOT come to this taco bell. worst experience ever. Lazy and rude employees. They were all talking in a circle, not even working. They had customers waiting for their food. I ordered a strawberry dragon fruit refresca drink with my order, the older lady working just threw strawberries in a cup of water and gave it to her co worker to give to me saying " here's that ReFreSca" and rudely slammed the cup. read more

Excellent! One of the best experiences we've had at a Taco Bell drive-through. We ordered 6 beef Quesarito's. They we're great! The chicken power bowl was probably one of the prettiest ones I think I've ever received at a Taco Bell. And this place was slammed! They were super busy. But still managed to get everything prepared perfectly. When I first arrived at the window there was a blonde girl working who was extremely friendly and polite. She was switching shifts with another girl who was equally as friendly and polite. Very professional, polite and 100% awesome experience! Thanks so much! read more

literally the worst customer experience I've ever had anywhere. I was picking up a mobile order , which was $46 bc it was for works lunch, and I walk in to this taco bell and pick up my mobile orders drinks and bring them to my car. I then go back in and ask where my food was that was ordered and they had told me they already made it and someone picked it up. well, that someone was not picking up for my work. they had just taken my order and left. after I explained that someone must have stolen it, and that I never even saw food on the counter. they tell me they can't remake the food. even though I already paid $46?! I was nice about this all too, bc I understand things happen. but after I asked them for a refund or for the food I paid for. they still refused to make the food and told me to call 1-800- Taco Bell. which I did and was on hold for an hour with no response or help. please do not waste your money here bc who knows if you will even get the food you paid for, or if you will just be out 46$. read more

Best Taco Bell in the area! Very clean inside the restaurant . Fast, friendly, service and food always taste fresh. You can tell they really know how to run this location. This place was bad today. The front door looks it hasn't been washed in months. Someone forgot to check the bathrooms. Dirty no toilet paper no paper towels and sadly in need of cleaning. This Taco Bell Constantly closes an hour early and never honors their hours. This wouldn't be the first time it has happened either and when I approached management I was dismissed because it wasn't important enough to him. So don't waste your time late night for them just to be closed. read more

best restaurant in west memphis hands down. but beware: if you ask for a frozen baja blast they will try to give you a regular mountain dew. this can be very disappointing when you're dying from strep and the person that is picking it up for you isn't on top of their game. overall 9.9/10 read more

Awesome food, and very friendly staff!! It took a while to order, but we were in no rush, so it wasn't a problem. I didn't get the cashier's name, but she was such a sweetheart! She said it was her first time at the register and was very apologetic, but she did wonderfully :) Our order was perfect, and a worker even gave us an extra quesadilla because the first one got a tiny bit burned (it barely was). Of the 11 items ordered only 2 were correct. Food was cold. Staff were uncaring and borderline rude. Most items, correct or not, barely had anything on or in them. Will NOT be returning.
