Mixed feelings about my first Pizza Pro experience. The toppings & sauce were very flavorful. It's obvious that they didn't cheap out here. But Pizza is really about the crust & they failed here. First problem was it was supposed to be a thin crust, it was more like what some chain pizza joints call hand-tossed. Definitely not thin! But the biggest problem was the baking -- if you can call it that. It was really undercooked! The crust was still mostly white! Barely just started to brown. It was removed as soon as the cheese started to melt. So the crust never toasted, the edges never bubbled up, and the ingredients never finished cooking. The veggies (onion & green peppers) were still crispy & not cooked. Now I've made a lot of pizzas in my life & IMHO, that oven wasn't anywhere close to being hot enough to make a spectacular pie! Don't order Pizza Pro of Marion!!! They left our pizza on our front porch over 40 mins ago and now it's cold and never knocked on our doors. We have dogs so we'd know. What a joke. Order the cheeseburger deluxe and it's only got meat and cheese on it. Missing pickles and all. $49 worth of pizza and this is what we get. WHAT A JOKE!!!!! Never using this place again. They are also out of everything as well. No drinks. No chocolate chips for dessert pizza but they don't mind still charging us $50 for two pizza and one medium dessert pizza. Never again. We ordered from this establishment. Told them at least 3 times that we were in the Holiday Inn at the Airport about 1 mile from the airport in Memphis TN. We actually called them back to make sure they would deliver...said they would...waited about 45 minutes. The driver calls and asked what room we were in and I told him..said he couldn't find the room....told him I'd meet him in the lobby.... he then gets rude and asks if I'm in Memphis or West Memphis...to which I told him I didn't know...not from here...again gave him the address and he says that he wouldn't deliver here because they don't deliver to Memphis...only West Memphis....I was upset...plane was canceled...had to find new transportation, hotel..ect...not the best day... So I said.."So am I going to get a pizza delivered, dude we have waited and we are hungry!"...to which he replied "No you're not"....wow! How rude... I called the restaurant...asked for the manager...asked him why after us checking several times and making sure they delivered, why they would not deliver...he said that they don't deliver to Memphis...WOW!!! I told you that we were about a mile from the airport....he then says " Sir if you are staying in the airport we don't deliver there....LOL!! Folks these guys were rude when they realized that they had made a mistake... so we order from another place...another 45 minutes wait... They say Pizza Pro.... May indeed be....but they are Pro Rude for sure...call someone else! read more

This shop takes a long time to answer the phone. I ordered a small pizza and a dozen wings, requested extra celery and sauce on the side. The pizza was fair. Sauce was only in the middle and over 2" of the crust was dry-that's a lot on a small! There was no celery and the wings were sauced. When I called back, they did apologize, but said that they don't have celery. Really? How much does it cost?? read more

My family and I had just got back from vacation, so we were starving! (We didn't eat all trip!) I called to order, I hate talking on the phone but the person I talked to had such a soothing voice that it made worth it! He laughed when I started to get confused which is fine because I told him I wasn't good at talking on the phone! Even after messing up a couple of times, I ordered a small supreme which personal size, it was super cute and small. I also ordered a medium, regular ol' pepperoni pizza! He told me to expect delivery within 35 to 40 minutes. It did not take that much time, they probably weren't that busy at 4 o'clock They are inexpensive to a person from Northwest Arkansas! Our pizza is like $40, while my order from Pizza Pro was $20! Anyway, the pizza was so good! Everything from the gooey cheese to the meaty pepperoni was super yummy! Also, my medium pizza came with two peppers and a thing of garlic sauce! Which if you dip your crust in it ! Probably my favorite part of my early dinner/supper.
