It's too far for them to deliver to my office themselves, but in the DD zone, and thats just rad. I can't get it at home in any way, or I would likely have my own television special about a man that cannot leave his mysterious domicile, due to not being able to fit through the doorways any longer. The pizza is good, but I like to binge on pizza. I like to eat a bunch of slices. I had four slices of the deep dish between 7-9pm and had a grease ball in my stomach all night and wasn't really able to sleep as a result. Got this delivered on a Friday night never heard of it before but it is apparently a chain. The pizza was delicious. We only got the corner pizzas as direct to bc this is what their know for. Pizza was oily but all good pizza should be. Toppings were spread nicely and the crust was perfect. This is some friggin good pizza! It's the first and only "Detroit-style pizza" I've ever had. So I cannot compare it to other Detroit-style pizza. But I can compare it to pizza in general. It's delicious. I love the thick buttery crust. The crispy crust edges and frico cheese -- absolutely amazing! I usually am not a fan of overly saucy pizza but it works here. The toppings are great. I ordered online to pick up, I live over 30 minutes away but it's definitely worth it. Ordered 3 large pizzas, all 3 the pizza maker(s) did a great job generously applying the various toppings. Also in orders 2 orders of wings, one honey bbq and 1 mild. The honey bbq was fine, nothing really to write home about but not was a nice thick sauce, not runny or anything. Now the mild, that was a really well done Buffalo sauce. I walked in, gave my name, the cashier got my food (I had paid on the website) and I was right back out the door and headed back on the road for the 30+ minute drive home. Pizza from Jet's is always good; however, this was my 1st time actually in the store. As I walked in there was a lady fixing a sandwich. Did not turn around and acknowledge that I was standing at the counter, in fact continued until she was almost done. What happened to good ole customer service?‍ Here's the kicker, after asking if pick-up or delivery; I stated pick-up and she proceeded to accept my credit card with the NASTY plastic gloves she just finished making a sandwich with!!! Who DOES THAT!!! I feel code enforcement should be contacted. She then hands me a pen to sign my receipt with the same NASTY plastic gloves on. When I grab a napkin to wipe my precious card and hold the pen she looks at me strange. I was told they were short on drivers and would be another 60-90 min Cancelled the order.... Also have gotten bad salads on multiple occasions. Yesterday, I called and ordered a garlic cheese pizza with extra cheese and well done. However, when I arrived about 30 minutes later my order was not ready. I was told that the pizza was not well done and to wait ten minutes for it to be cooked to well done. Therefore, I waited til my pizza was well done and as I walked towards the counter. I ordered from here a couple of weeks ago and came to realize it is not on Yelp. You're welcome, Jets. We got the Grizz deal which is a 2for1 on game nights. Not a bad deal at all. I ordered the chicken, bacon, and ranch while my wife order the Bold Fold (NY style pep). Anyways, the pizza is really good. I liked the crust and toppings on mine way more than my wifes. The Bold Fold is way too greasy, but still has good flavor. Everything was fresh and we will definitely be trying it again. I will be paying close attention to the service part though. I realize that it is a bran new location and most everyone employed is probably brand new, but that will be a deciding factor for me when it comes to future orders. In addition to myself, there were three other customers to come through the door while I was there for my pick-up order. Each order was either wrong or behind schedule by a good bit. They told me 15 minutes, I got there right at the 16/17 minute mark, and I sat there for 15 more minutes. It isn't a big deal as long as the food is good, but I might be in a rush next time. Well they were supposed to be bringing it at 4:30 that didn't happen and then they said it would be ready by 6:00 and when called around 6:00 said they weren't coming and didn't make the pizzas. We were almost tackled by an employee as she angrily stormed past us as to walk to her vehicle. We get to the counter where I immediately understood where the other employees' anger came from. We had apparently walked in thirty minutes before close because the lady at register didn't say anything polite or professional. Great pizza! We really enjoy having Jets so close to the house. The service is excellent and speedy. The manager tonight 5/27/16 around 5:30, was really on top of things. He made sure assembly and baking, the register and the phones were all running smooth, and was helping out the crew wherever needed. They were BUSY but the service was great. Their 8 corner pizza is great when you want a thick crust style pizza, lots of gooey hot cheese, crispy delicious crust and not too heavy with sauce. The have all styles of crusts and FREE flavorings for crusts, but we can't break away from the 8 corner.They are a step above Pizza Hut or Dominos, and their prices are a cut below. I don't even bother with some of the other rock'n pyro, johnny come lately shops to town, they can't compare on quality or value. Also, Jets has great lunch specials and they deliver. One of our favorite things is Jets is a Memphis Grizzlies sponsor and have several Jets Pizza night promotions through the season, where you get a Grizz ticket, soda and piece of pizza for $20. Just found out we had a new delivery pizza place and had to give it a shot. Ordering was pretty straightforward and I like all of the various options you can adjust. The only drawback with ordering was some of the extras were free and some were not and I don't recall it being clearly indicated, I only noticed because the price went up. I got a large deep dish and it was easily as good (and arguable better) than the other big name delivery pizza places around my office. There are a few local places I like better of course, but I have to pickup from those places usually. The restaurant called to say that the driver was lost and couldn't find my house. I live on a circle in East Memphis, and he was sitting at one end of the circle. He couldn't figure out that he just had to drive down the street. I recommend not prepaying the tip here, as I gave a base 20% when I ordered and would have added to it for good service. We even called before ordering to make sure the ingredients would be fresh, which we were assured they were. Judging from looking at and trying the mushrooms, that is not so. Canned and nasty.
