Jet's is my go to DoorDash pizza order when I am stuck at work and must work through lunch to meet deadlines, or just can't leave due to the inability to walk. It's too far for them to deliver to my office themselves, but in the DD zone, and thats just rad. I can't get it at home in any way, or I would likely have my own television special about a man that cannot leave his mysterious domicile, due to not being able to fit through the doorways any longer. Four corner pizzas are sent to us by Zeus, the god of oven baked goodies. He personally oversees each and every one of them to ensure they are up to his standards. Stick your hand inside the oven, you can feel him! Long live Pizza Jet's Four Corner Pizza Zeus!! Inside the place is a shit hole. No need to subject yourself to that. Ewww Order it for delivery and imagine it's coming from the Garden of Eden where Zeus and Hera lived with Pancho, Maria, Fatima, Malcom, and Jesus when the peaceful dinosaurs ruled the land, air, and sea. The pizza is good, but I like to binge on pizza. I like to eat a bunch of slices. I had four slices of the deep dish between 7-9pm and had a grease ball in my stomach all night and wasn't really able to sleep as a result. Maybe if I had not eaten four pieces it would've been a different story. read more

Got this delivered on a Friday night never heard of it before but it is apparently a chain. The pizza was delicious. We only got the corner pizzas as direct to bc this is what their know for. Pizza was oily but all good pizza should be. Toppings were spread nicely and the crust was perfect. The only con for me was the fact that they didn't give us any napkins and charge $1 something for dipping sauce. read more

I decided to get a slice of pizza for lunch. The manager told me I would save money if I got the lunch special. He was so pleasant, kind, and knowledgeable. I told him that I would survey if he had one. I enjoyed my experience and his genuine care to ensure my food was delicious. Kudos to you sir....you ROCK. I forgot his name, but he knows who he is. This restaurant has AWESOME customer service and good pizza too! VISIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

This is some friggin good pizza! It's the first and only "Detroit-style pizza" I've ever had. So I cannot compare it to other Detroit-style pizza. But I can compare it to pizza in general. It's delicious. I love the thick buttery crust. The crispy crust edges and frico cheese -- absolutely amazing! I usually am not a fan of overly saucy pizza but it works here. The toppings are great. We have gotten pizza from here for a total of four times over the last maybe five years or so. We don't eat here all the time. But whenever we do, it always delivers that deliciousness. read more

Solid Detroit style pizza. I tried this place from a recommendation and it didn't disappoint. We got the BBQ Chicken and it had a great taste but I didn't like that it had chicken nuggets on it. We also got the supreme which was very good. The crust and thickness hit the spot. Definitely going back. read more

I ordered online to pick up, I live over 30 minutes away but it's definitely worth it. Ordered 3 large pizzas, all 3 the pizza maker(s) did a great job generously applying the various toppings. Also in orders 2 orders of wings, one honey bbq and 1 mild. The honey bbq was fine, nothing really to write home about but not was a nice thick sauce, not runny or anything. Now the mild, that was a really well done Buffalo sauce. I walked in, gave my name, the cashier got my food (I had paid on the website) and I was right back out the door and headed back on the road for the 30+ minute drive home. Everyone was quite happy with this dinner and I will definitely visit this location again!! As far as inside seating it looks like there's just a few tables so it's not really designed to be an est in place more of a take away. read more

If You're BROKE & HUNGRY... I usually stick to LOCAL MEMPHIS restaurants, but I just wanted to say, IF YOU'RE BROKE & HUNGRY, and if you don't mind non-healthy, greasy, deep dish, high-carb pizza at rock-bottom price, check this out. One square (slice) is filling & just $1.75!!! Two squares will stuff your belly! They're pretty stingy with pepperoni, so you get more with a sausage square. They're also generous with their sauce. Surprisingly, it's not bad, either. But such a steal, I'll grade with a curve & give 4 stars! read more

I came here for the first time and had to wait like 15 minutes to be acknowledged and my order to be taken. Once I paid the manager (white older male) walked off I didn't get a receipt. I waited another 10 minutes then the guy making the food finally decided to come over and ask if I needed help. I informed him that I needed my receipt. I got my receipt and found out that they never even started on my order. The food was ok and the customer service was bad. read more

My husband and continue to order Jetts. His order is always perfect. My order is the same every time and wrong almost 50% of the time. Super frustrating. Good pizza, excellent GF crust, but there's a huge issue with them not making the pizza how it's put in. Disclosure- what I get isn't on the menu anymore, it's the buffalo chicken ranch pizza. BUT they tell me they can still make it every single time and it's crazy, it either won't have chicken, won't have the ranch sauce base, or won't have buffalo sauce stop saying you can make it no problem if you can't. read more

Awesome yummy crispy deep dish pizza. Best delivery pizza in town, hands down. Always on time!

iI ordered two walk-in pizzas and cheese breadsticks. The staff received me with enthusiasm and care. My ordered was ready in 15 minutes. The food was delicious and hit the hunger spot for the family as we drove home. Thank you for your hospitality and timelines. Thanks, Sam C. read more

Pizza from Jet's is always good; however, this was my 1st time actually in the store. As I walked in there was a lady fixing a sandwich. Did not turn around and acknowledge that I was standing at the counter, in fact continued until she was almost done. What happened to good ole customer service?‍ Here's the kicker, after asking if pick-up or delivery; I stated pick-up and she proceeded to accept my credit card with the NASTY plastic gloves she just finished making a sandwich with!!! Who DOES THAT!!! I feel code enforcement should be contacted. She then hands me a pen to sign my receipt with the same NASTY plastic gloves on. When I grab a napkin to wipe my precious card and hold the pen she looks at me strange. Let's just say...I'll continue to let someone else pick up the pizza so I don't have to see these God awful sanitary issues. read more

The pizza is good...... when you can get it. Ordered Pizza at 600pm and was quoted delivery time of 646pm. I called at 715pm inquiring about where the order was. I was told they were short on drivers and would be another 60-90 min Cancelled the order.... Also have gotten bad salads on multiple occasions. I tried to give them multiple chances but will have to turn elsewhere for pizza. If you like to gamble this store might be for you read more

Yesterday, I called and ordered a garlic cheese pizza with extra cheese and well done. However, when I arrived about 30 minutes later my order was not ready. I was told that the pizza was not well done and to wait ten minutes for it to be cooked to well done. Therefore, I waited til my pizza was well done and as I walked towards the counter. The young lady behind the counter offered me not only a beverage but two beverages for my wait. It was a very nice gesture considering excellent customer service is hard to come by nowadays. Kudos to the team that worked last night! read more

They are only getting 3 stars for the food. I went to the restroom to wash my hands the restroom was disgusting. There was a dead roach by the toilet and the sink had a leak and spraying everywhere when you turned on the water. Also, the trash was over flowing. read more

I loved Jets (deep dish is amazing) before I had to go gluten free and was so sad to loose pizza. Now they have a cauliflower crust pizza that is surprisingly delicious!! There service is always on point and the evening manager always recognizes me, the whole staff is very nice. read more

I ordered from here a couple of weeks ago and came to realize it is not on Yelp. You're welcome, Jets. We got the Grizz deal which is a 2for1 on game nights. Not a bad deal at all. I ordered the chicken, bacon, and ranch while my wife order the Bold Fold (NY style pep). Anyways, the pizza is really good. I liked the crust and toppings on mine way more than my wifes. The Bold Fold is way too greasy, but still has good flavor. Everything was fresh and we will definitely be trying it again. I will be paying close attention to the service part though. I realize that it is a bran new location and most everyone employed is probably brand new, but that will be a deciding factor for me when it comes to future orders. In addition to myself, there were three other customers to come through the door while I was there for my pick-up order. Each order was either wrong or behind schedule by a good bit. They told me 15 minutes, I got there right at the 16/17 minute mark, and I sat there for 15 more minutes. It isn't a big deal as long as the food is good, but I might be in a rush next time. One lady got particularly PO'd and for good reason. She stood at the register for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged her existence. Step it up fellas! Great pizza though! read more

They were supposed to deliver Pizza to Fed Ex Family house on 2/4/19. Well they were supposed to be bringing it at 4:30 that didn't happen and then they said it would be ready by 6:00 and when called around 6:00 said they weren't coming and didn't make the pizzas. I have to keep this review short because if I think too much about the 8 corner pizza, I will just have to order it... Have never had them get my order wrong here. Have never had a bad thing from here. They have always been prompt with delivery. Not a fan of their online ordering system, so I just call it in. 8 corner pizza...good Lord. Addictive. The sandwiches made from pizza dough are pretty good. The side salad is large enough for 2...maybe 3 people. The 8 corner pizza!! read more

We've ordered from this place two times and both times the pizza was the best this is my new pizza spot. Highly recommend

We have ordered from jets the past three times to have something different than the main players of dominos and papa John's. O have been very pleased with the pizza and the service we have received. Delivery has been under 30 minutes every time and the pizza has always been hot and fresh and exactly what we ordered. A bit pricier than some in my opinion but so far it has been worth it. read more

Traveled 15 hours today and very hangery!! Ordered a super supreme and sweet chili wings. Our food was awesome but the wings were my favorite. The food was delivered hot to the hotel where we were staying. The employees at Jet's Pizza went the extra mile and made sure we had all the fixing for pizza, the plates, napkins and utensils to eat our meal. THANKS JET'S PIZZA read more

We were almost tackled by an employee as she angrily stormed past us as to walk to her vehicle. We get to the counter where I immediately understood where the other employees' anger came from. We had apparently walked in thirty minutes before close because the lady at register didn't say anything polite or professional. Instead we were greeted with "we close in thirty minutes" my response was "well hello ma'am, does that mean you cannot make anymore pizzas?" She said "hold on" and turned to the linebacker that'd returned from her car. I don't recommend this place to anyone. This is less than poor customer service. If they weren't serving anymore they should have locked the doors or at least greeted us another way. read more

Well, as much as I would love to tell you how awesome their pizza was...I can't. No cheese...in a pizza place. So there's that. read more

Great pizza! We really enjoy having Jets so close to the house. The service is excellent and speedy. The manager tonight 5/27/16 around 5:30, was really on top of things. He made sure assembly and baking, the register and the phones were all running smooth, and was helping out the crew wherever needed. They were BUSY but the service was great. Their 8 corner pizza is great when you want a thick crust style pizza, lots of gooey hot cheese, crispy delicious crust and not too heavy with sauce. The have all styles of crusts and FREE flavorings for crusts, but we can't break away from the 8 corner. They are a step above Pizza Hut or Dominos, and their prices are a cut below. I don't even bother with some of the other rock'n pyro, johnny come lately shops to town, they can't compare on quality or value. Also, Jets has great lunch specials and they deliver. One of our favorite things is Jets is a Memphis Grizzlies sponsor and have several Jets Pizza night promotions through the season, where you get a Grizz ticket, soda and piece of pizza for $20. It makes for a great family night out. read more

Just found out we had a new delivery pizza place and had to give it a shot. Ordering was pretty straightforward and I like all of the various options you can adjust. The only drawback with ordering was some of the extras were free and some were not and I don't recall it being clearly indicated, I only noticed because the price went up. I got a large deep dish and it was easily as good (and arguable better) than the other big name delivery pizza places around my office. There are a few local places I like better of course, but I have to pickup from those places usually. If I can't get out of the office for lunch and have to order in, Jets will definitely be a new go to option for me in the future. read more

We ordered pizza from Jet's this past weekend. I ordered the BLT & my husband had the meat lover's pizza! Both were incredible. Way to go, Jet's! read more

One of the other reviewers mentions a funny taste. That domes from the clearly canned ingredients. We even called before ordering to make sure the ingredients would be fresh, which we were assured they were. Judging from looking at and trying the mushrooms, that is not so. Canned and nasty. Would not recommend. Go to Mellow Mushroom or Little Italy if you want good, fresh pizza, just avoid this place. read more

The restaurant called to say that the driver was lost and couldn't find my house. I live on a circle in East Memphis, and he was sitting at one end of the circle. He couldn't figure out that he just had to drive down the street. I recommend not prepaying the tip here, as I gave a base 20% when I ordered and would have added to it for good service. That's what I do with other drivers. Then, the food was lukewarm at best? I ordered delivery, because I am home sick. There are other places for delivery with better service and food. read more

We can't thank this team enough for their help yesterday in getting a large order out with very little notice!! The food was delicious with a nice variety - BBQ Chicken Pizza, large Salad bowl, and their great pizza sandwiches. Terica met me at the counter with a friendly smile, again confident the order would be ready shortly. I'm sure there were others helping and appreciate their hard work too. read more

My first time trying Jets pizza. It taste great and is affordable! The driver Kenny was prompt and polite.

Love Jets pizza, just not this location. Ordered at 1:22pm, email said it would be delivered at 2:02. No word. Received another updated email, delivery at 2:34pm. No word. Called store at 2:49pm. Said they were backed up but would be here soon, 10 minutes at the most. Its 3:00pm and still no word. Over 1 1/2 hours to get 1 pizza. 3:01 finally showed up. Pizza cold. Driver very apologetic and kind. One driver for deliveries all over town. Should have been given the option to pick up or order elsewhere.
