And to that, yes, it's Detroit style (313, baby! LGRW!) but it's also a nice change of pace. Detroit style is deep dish, but not in the way the 312 offers it. Not quite as dense, not a massive slab of lasagna baked into a pie crust. Detroit style is lighter (if that's a possibility in the realm of deep dish pizzas), with the cheese baking off the edge of the pizza onto the rectangular sheet pan that it's baked in. The result is a caramelized crisp on the edges of the rectangularly cut (not sliced) pieces. Jet's does a fine job for a chain. A fine enough job that I'll occasionally brave the Challenger/Charger/Inifinti/stolen Altima open-access dragstrip that is Germantown Parkway to get take out. And that's saying quite a bit.

Lately, it has been top notch. The staff seems happy to be there & thus treats customers with a smile & great attitude. The food is consistent which is big to me.
