Wonderful experience. Service was great, food was excellent. Evidently it was trivia night and so it was loud but it seemed like a good time. It seems like the place to be and definitely a good meal.

I've been to Rotolo's several times... usually the Memphis location. I love the pizza , especially the cracker thin (Chicago thin crust). The Brussels sprouts app is also always a favorite. It's weird but every time I've been , either Memphis or now here in Cville , the service is spotty.... Maybe because they never have enough help. The hostess at the hostess station was absent for too long, where you sort of wonder ' should I just keep standing here?' (this also happens at both locations) Today we sat at the bar and our guy was the bartender , bussing tables, and serving tables and handling the bar. He was overwhelmed but did a great job. Again, love the food , the beer, the TV's ... but the last thing that burned me was that the check adds 3% if you pay with a credit card. I mean , isn't that how most people pay at a restaurant ?? It's utterly ridiculous.

The pizza is delicious. They have a wonderful selection of drafts with several sours, which I enjoy. Love grabbing a bite and drinks with friends here. The pasta was completely cold in the middle. They heated it up more for me, but then the top got all burnt. That was a big disappointment and I won't order pasta again. The service was okay, nothing spectacular. For a beer centered restaurant, there are a lot of children.

I liked most of the stuff we got but don't get deep dish here. It was more like lasagna than pizza and it didn't taste great... but the other stuff was really good! The Boudin Balls were surprisingly good. I have no idea what they are because hubby picked it but it seemed like fried meatballs or something. IDK but the ranch they came with was also really good so I enjoyed that. The cheesticks were cheesebread so IDK why change the name but whatever they were great. My friend ordered the cracker thin pizza and that was excellent! I enjoyed it a lot. We were hungry for deep dish and I saw this place close by. It's in a newish looking strip mall not accessible directly from the main thoroughfare. Just one other set of customer on a Friday for lunch. Got the Big Apple which comes in deep dish and traditional. It's an international prize competition winner. And I can see why. It was pretty tasty. We got to keep their Christmas plastic cups too. Try to eat it while hot because we took a piece home for later and cold was definitely not as impressive for the deep dish. Tried to get the fried calamari as well but they were out. Almost their "famous" cheese sticks but staff explained it's not like mozzarella sticks but more like a flat bread. So we passed.

It's King Cake season and I love the flavours of king cake, I ordered the desert item of a king cake calzone and was happy with what I received. A nicely cooked calzone dressed up in mardi gras colour finery, delicious apple/cream cheese filling and king cake tokens!! (Don't eat those) The filling was sweet but not cloying as you eat. Pairs well with a fresh cup of hot coffee. I arrived before item was ready and when my item was brought up the 2 girls at the front were busy looking over things in their phone together to notice my item had been brought up. So I said nothing & waited because I wanted to see how long it would take them to notice which was a few minutes then I was handed my order and wished we'll for the night. All in all good item was good & I've already recommended to others. Customer service needs less distraction.

Nice bar. My Calzone was really good; not too much dough like some places. My husband had spicy BBQ wings. He said they were really good. Memphis mule with Dominick's whiskey was tasty too.

Amazing Italian Club (Deep Dish) Not true Chicago deep dish but still very tasty.

The host was very accommodating. Especially with my wheelchair bound husband. The waiter was very nice and not pushy in any way whatsoever. The food was amazingly tasty. All in all, it was a wonderful experience. I'd definitely recommend Rotolo's to anyone.

Great food and service. A true oddity for the Memphis area. I love Collierville. You have to order the Boudin fries. They are a true treasure not to be found elsewhere. The interior is nice and inviting with a friendly staff. Service was quick and efficient. You really must give this place a try.

Great addition to Collierville. The shrimp scampi wrap was something I had never heard of, but sounded appealing. It was tasty, but kinda oily. I used the olive oil as a way to baste my fries. I got the wrong beer, but what I got was ok. The service was ok, but much better than what I read in the reviews. They were clearly new employees that were getting adjusted to this new establishment. The ambiance is perfect for watching sports. Very open and plenty of tvs.

New restaurant in the Collierville area. Super cute restaurant in an upscale area. We stopped in to give the new location a try. While we were seated quickly and the server was friendly, we only saw our waitress once and had to track them down for refills. The food was just ok at best. We ordered the Parmesan cheese bites which looked really good when they came to the table. Unfortunately, they were soggy inside and the sauce that was served with them was not hot. We then ordered the traditional Detroit style pizza. I was not impressed and only ate one slice. Unfortunately, I would compare it to a little Ceasers deep dish pizza for 4 times the price. I'm hoping g we just ordered the wrong thing. We may give them another try the next time we are in the area.

I almost ordered a strawberry and peanut butter one because I missed the comma in there but the waitress was super down to do that for me. Luckily I realized my mistake and just got the peanut butter one lol. It was delicious! I also liked my Philly Pasta La Vista but at the same time didn't. It had good seasoning but it just wasn't strong enough and I assume it just didn't work with the pasta as well as I'd like it to. I'd def be willing to come back and try their Philly Sandwich (they have a few variations). Hubby wasn't a fan of his burger and I realized after I tried it that it was very sweet which he hates. So he said he'd definitely not get that one again. I liked it but I agreed it was unusually sweet. The biggest problem for me is the serving sizes. They were just smaller than I expected. My husband's burger was mostly bun. He in fact ripped off chunks of his bun to have a better ratio of bun to meat. He noticed other burgers looked the same so he is not sure he'd get another burger. TLDR: Lots of promising items so willing to try again but serving sizes were small and food was just ok To Try: Shake: monster cookie? We came in to taste the local flair while on an Ole Miss college tour. The wait was lengthy however you could still stand at the bar and have a drink while you waited. We ordered a round of beers and checked out the place and the people. The bartenders were very nice, a lot of southern hospitality in this town. We were finally seated and ordered a seafood platter and a few orders of seafood gumbo. The gumbo was absolutely delicious. Shrimp that tasted amazing and sausage with great flavor. Rice cooked perfectly and overall a great dish. The seafood platter in my opinion, not worth the money. It was okay, but nothing spectacular. Coming from vegas the bar is set high on dining out as we have the best of the best in our city when it comes to places to eat. While this was a fun place to hang, it's expensive for a college town. The ahi tuna nachos at this place are absolutely amazing and a must try. Best thing I ate there. A ton of Ahi and a huge portion. There was more ahi than chips. Clean place, fair service at the tables, waitress delivered 4 entrees and saint bring the 11 year olds dinner. He sat for 15 minutes and I had to hunt her down to ask where the kids food was. Serve everyone at the same time, it's rude not to. This was a big annoyance for me as the child sits with no food while everyone else is eating for 15-20 minutes.

Owner's Yelp About Business info doesn't clue you in either that the Grille has Greek roots and menu influence. By digging to see the names Taras, Dimitri, and (Jim) Katsoutes, the original owner of Jim's downtown 1921 would you guess, and as a 3rd gen family business they obviously have a following. And after that buildup, just not us, albeit that we all ordered fish. With ribs in town, limiting the week's caloric uptake was a check for the ticker ;) Shrimp cocktail $21 comes with 1/2 doz long & large, grilled with a steak like pepper seasoning, ie Grecian, served warm in cold cocktail sauce edged by bibb lettuce that looks great in a stainless cocktail stem, but no one was eating haha. 3.75/5* but my BIL who is a local, person always gets. For him it's a 5. Greek Salad $24 with salmon aok but again BIL loves this place. Norwegian Salmon entree $27 was overcooked, ordered rare and blackened, and not spicy at all. Entree comes with 2 sides; hubby chose a side salad which was just blah spring greens, tomato, cuke and croutons, but a cloyingly sweet balsamic dressing didn't help either despite 3 lemon wedges. Better option would be if they offeres a Greek side salad. Mash, the other side was fine. 3.5/5* Halibut fresh catch of day $37 is about 6-7oz asked for chargrilled, it was more delicate like cod, lacking the flakey firmness and oilier flavor or halibut. Select your sauce: a Mediterranean-- feta roma red onion, but a light hollandaise? & bacon??..is that a TN thing to add bacon to everything lol. Or the Creole with Parmesan, again why add Cheese/fat to a sauce that should be perfect without? the Lemon Garlic is butter based so whileI hoped for 2 great sauces, I steered to a heart healthier olive oil & oregano blend on the side. But it was just kinda oily without fruitiness or burny polyphenols of EVOO; the Lemon wedge was best. Turnip Greens cooked with ham hock, was not noticeable--fine by me, cooked down to texture of canned spinach and not at all bitter. Liked this the best, shockingly lol. Really wanted to try the Grecian rice but it's cooked in yes, butter, that fat suck again sigh, with Chix broth topped with a tomato Greek spice. So stuck to a plain Baked Idaho tater dressed down skinny sans bacon n cheese. 3.5/5* Good pour of Sazerac Rye in Old Fashioned. Full glass of little rocks suck though vs the signature big block ice for pro's, that waters it too quickly and visually no comparison. 3/5* $14.42 ok, but sticker shock another $4.20 additional Liquor Tax for 2 drinks, damn. I am sure the full duty Hickory n Oak grilled Lamb Chops & steaks are great but nearing $60 I'd choose elsewhere based on our fish dishes, while edible were not worthy of the billing and nothing we'd crave, ditto for the sides. Too bad because the true Greek influence has been buttered, cheesed, and baconed out. Dining Room is busy and energetic which is always good, lots of waitstaff, moody medium and dark brown decor, quite inviting. Jason did a great job on our table, but the proof, not in this pudding today. Thanks anyway, now moving onto those Ribs, Charlie Vergos :D

We arrived at 4:15 PM and were the only table in the restaurant, yet service was unbelievably slow from the start. It took over ten minutes just to receive drinks. Shortly after, another table was seated and the server suddenly spent a remarkable time at that table (roughly ten minutes?) and then she took their order first. After waiting about 30 minutes, our food finally arrived and it was completely unacceptable. Everything was cold, greasy, and nothing about it resembled authentic Cajun cuisine. The crawfish tails were clearly microwaved and served on a bland bed of rice. The children's mac and cheese was especially bad--dry, unappetizing, and obviously had been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long. My boyfriend had his dish to the side, untouched and was trying to get anyone's attention to come by. The server did not return for another 15 minutes to check on the food. To make matters worse, when we asked to speak with a manager/owner, they refused to come to the table. Instead, we were told, "The manager said to just remove it from your bill." That level of disregard for customers is incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. I honestly don't understand how they expect to stay open. A service industry business that you refuse to treat seriously? Ridiculous. The service throughout the entire visit was just as poor. Our server was rude, inattentive, and spent most of the time avoiding tables, either hiding behind the kitchen door or standing at the server station. We ultimately had to get up ourselves just to pay. Overall, the experience was frustrating from beginning to end. Between the poor service, low-quality food, and lack of management accountability, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. If I could give it zero stars I would.
