I ordered a DoorDash and it was prepared pretty quickly. The pizza looked delicious to me or maybe I was super hungry. I did not go inside but I can tell by how the pizza looked that the restaurant might have been pretty cleaned. I would definitely order again if in the area. read more

Domino's Pizza - Pizza Near Me - West Memphis, Arkansas

Great service. Timely delivery with hot pizza. Courteous delivery person and tasty pizza

This place needs some new management , the food was horrible, very little of it and to top it off they brought me the wrong FOOD

I once ordered a takeout pizza from this joint, and I received exactly what I ordered, in a timely manner. The pizza tasted as good as a Domino's pizza can. It was hot, fresh, and delicious. No complaints here. read more

I've decided to order pizza staying in a hotel It has taken over two hours to have Pizza delivered a half mile away. I called one time they said I'd be there in 15 minutes when it did not show up I called again. They said it's just sitting here and wanted to know if I wanted it still. don't order from them. They don't follow through. read more

No matter what I do, I will always LOVE the Domino's pizza in West Memphis. I've only had one order wrong before, but mistakes happen and they always made sure to get the order corrected with no attitudes. I thank and appreciate the amazing customer service and the hard work that they put in with making customers' orders. Thank you Dominos in West Memphis! read more

I have had delivery Pizza from this location twice and both times pizza has been delivered on time or a few minutes early, good and hot and cooked right. Delivery people were really pleasant and polite on both occasions and I would certainly order pizza from this store again if in the future. read more

This is my first time patronizing this location . I wish I read the reviews prior to ordering. I ordered the stuffed cheesy bread. My order was not fully cooked. You could see the cheese was not melted but it was warm. I called the store trying to speak with manager.. legend has it I'm still on hold! They answered and left me on hold. Yall are taking people money and trying to make them sick serving uncooked food! Revamp the whole staff!! read more

Ordered chicken, pizza,& a brownie. I pointed out to the driver that my brownie was missing. He said he'd be right back with it. Never came back. Never could get anyone on the phone. Never got my money back. It's only $7 but it's the principal. I understand mistakes happen but he didn't have to lie. He could've told them to credit me back the $7 if he couldn't bring it. The 2 of 3 items I received tasted fine. read more

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. One of my worst experiences came from ordering the app. I waited 45 minutes for my order to update on the tracker. After it didn't move, i figured they just didn't update it but my food would be ready. I got to the store, told them my name and the cashier said it still wasn't ready. She then proceeds to tell me they've been busy and that the manager quit. I ask for my money back but she says I have to call corporate. Mind you this is on a Friday, after business hours. So now after yet ANOTHER inconvenience, I can't even get my money back. Monday finally comes and i speak to customer service and try to get the refund process started and I tell them about my experiences with the store. The rep says they'll contact the store owner and make up for it. They get my contact info and mailing address and tell me to wait for a voucher. I get a letter in the mail with a voucher for $30 which is nice! But i look at it closer and it EXPIRED IN 2018. THEY SENT ME AND EXPIRED VOUCHER. They're just trolling me at this point. I say all that to say this, DONT order here. DONT expect good customer service. Your order may or may not be right. This place fucking sucks read more

every time I do business with then it's the same results. the first negative experience was a carry out. I waited thirty five min for an order that was told 15 min tops not twenty. once that twenty five was up I went back in to get my order. I saw it sitting on the rack looking like the cheese pop and created a mes. the delivery boy told me it was not my food. it ain't my job so I took his word. walked back out to my truck and waited again. this time when I went back in the girl gave me my order and that's it. No have a nice night thanks come again. nothing. ok I head out the door and get in my truck. opened the box and it was the same pizza that this boy delivery told me wasn't mine. I was done then. My baby boy was in the truck with us, and I pretty much had enough going without including other. honestly I just wanted what I paid for in the timely matter I was told. accountability. none at this location. read more

My Philly cheese steak taste like regular steak meat on a biscuit and now I'm sitting here upset.. I'm done with Domino's

I order a hand made pan pizza I got a regular hand tossed pizza. Called back to the restaurant someone put me in hold. Then just hung up

If we could give a minus 7 for this Domino's, we would. It has been well over an hour and we called but the guy on the phone said he didn't know how long it would be could be another hour! This business, if you can call it that, is a joke! Hampton Inn and the surrounding hotels should warn their guests never to order from Domino's in Marion, Arkansas!! read more

They really deserve zero stars for their pathetic service and pizza tracker, but since one star is the lowest the scale goes, I'll comply. However, if you are hungry, cut for time, and have other pizza delivery options available, please consider ANYBODY else other than Domino's. They take FOREVER to deliver the food and after calling several times and NEVER being answered, my pizza showed up HOURS later cold and disgusting. This is about the second time that this has happened and this is so ridiculous. Please don't waste your time or energy ordering from here, it is a complete waste of time AND money. read more

I find it hard to believe when you pay for a pizza, can you give them the address. Over an hour and a half passes before you have to call again to find out that they had no intention to deliver it. Had to rework the credit card to add a tip. Pizza's got here 40 minutes later without the sodas. Driver had to go back and get the sodas, by that time the People's lunch break was over the pizzas were cold and they were going off duty when I walked in with a soda. Store manager admitted that it's his first year. And over the years review I saw he's not doing a good job read more

The delivery is a joke and so is the curbside pickup and no one ever answers the phone when you can you just sit on hold....

About midnight tonight, I ordered a sandwich and small order of boneless wings. While waiting for the food to arrive I read the few reviews for this location. I was a little intimidated because a handful of people had such awful experiences with this West Memphis, AR location. I am here to tell you my experience was far different than the bad reviews. My order was made just how I wanted it, I got all my sauces and the food was delicious! I admit it could have been a little hotter, but it's October, it's cold outside and I know I'm not the only delivery here on this Friday night. Besides I ordered close to closing time. Great location, great staff, bomb ass food. read more

Staying at a local hotel without much in regards to nearby restaurants. Decided to order a pizza for the big game. Quick and easy ordering. Let us know when the pizza was cooking so we could head out to pick it up. Excellent, cheesy, hot deep dish pizza. Other than wishing there was a little more sauce, it was a very yummy pizza. Way to go Ann Arbor started pizza chain. Go Blue!!! read more

this place sucks. I placed an order at 10:15 and I wait an hour and 30 mins and my order gets canceled. Like now everything's closed and I'm still hungry. read more

I ordered online and opted to for carry out I like how the website appears to display the progress of your pizza from beginning to end. I had pepperoni, black olives and ham on my side and my future fiance had black olives, chicken, and spinach on her side. We both opted for the standard sauce and thin crust. The pizza was great, the crust is almost thinner than a cracker and very crispy. This location is right next to a convenience store, so you can get some beer and/or cokes I would have given it 5 stars but the toppings could have been a little more plentiful and there was ice in the parking lot by the door. read more

Possibly the worst Domino's in the country. I work "out of town" and I am a frequent dominos customer. My order is never correct with this location. either the contents are wrong or the price is incorrect. I never get what I order exactly and I have not one time out of 12 at this point received the condiments I requested when ordering (ranch and marinara) And you can forget the drivers bringing cheese or pepper. read more

I order pizza for the family once a week or every other week. Typically, we order from Pizza Pro...but decided to try Dominos for pickup this time. Ordered online and showed up after about 15 minutes and was told it would be another 30-35 minutes? The main thing that ticked me off was that I was told this after paying. Although, it's worth it to ME to know I have blacklisted this place and walk away without even requesting a refund and losing my money. Order Pizza Pro from now on. read more

The worst. It take HOURS before it is delivered and is always cold. I literally waited 4 hours before. I keep ordering hoping it will be better the next time but it just keeps getting worse. I will not order from them anymore. I'm extremely disappointed. read more

Best dominos I've ever had. I order from there anytime I'm craving some pizza or some wings. Every time I call and order or place an order online it's always on time and no matter who brings it they are always polite and punctual. I highly recommend Dominos of West Memphis to anyone and everyone. read more

Ordered a pizza at 5:30 pm last night. The tracker said it would be a 62-77 min wait, okay fine. That time came and went and the tracker then said my food was delivered. So i called and spoke to NO ONE! I was on hold for about 30 minutes! If i could give them zero stars I would! At this point i would just want my money back . Or I'm filing a police report against the manager for theft. It's not about the money but the principal. read more

Terrible place!! Avoid at all cost!! This is the second time in the last two weeks that I have went to order something from this location only to find out that they never placed the order? But yet they sure do take my money!? The first time the workers said they where closing in an hour and wanted to go home so I would get my money back in 3 business days!!! The 2nd time is tonight at 8:45pm. There website took my money but the order was never completed, no call, no food and good luck getting through over the phone! read more

Ordered a pizza at 10:26 it's now 11:40 hasn't been delivered and nobody is answering the phone worst pizza place ever !!!

This is worst pizza place ever I love Dominos but this will be my lost time ordering then I call them to ask y they didn't bring what i ordered on the phone 20 min no one is picking up read more

Worst place ever I have ordered there 3 times and never have the delivered. The are rude and terrible.

I ordered Domino's pizza online for a preset time and they were late. I called and asked to speak to the manager, "Greg" who was very rude and unprofessional. This manager also hung up on me. I asked them nicely where my pizza was and they said they came but no one answered the door which is not true because I waited in the living room. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this Domino's. read more

Tried to order 2 pizzas tonight and told it would take 2 hours. I have no idea what has happened to Domino's but it has gone from not cut all the way through and burned the last time we ordered to being told it would take 2 hours tonight. If it was icy on the roads or a big holiday, that would still be too long but it's not. There is no excuse. read more

I always order from this Domino's Pizza- It's awesome! My pizza always arrives quick and hot, made to perfection. I don't like to order from any of the other pizza places in town because of cost (in some cases) or poor quality in other cases. Domino's always gives good prices and great quality. read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would! It took 40 mins. and 6 tries to place an order. I should have listened to my gut and went somewhere else!! Picked up the order, got home only to find that the Brooklyn crust was really someone trying to stretch their product by skimping on dough from each pie!! The pies were burnt!! The sauce was none existent! Lesson learned, listen to your gut to run the other way!! No wonder they want to sell you carryout insurance, to cover the poor service. Some places need to have frequent secret shoppers, so they can fire the ones that need to go! If you don't want to work there, don't apply!!! read more
