On Thursday before the Sunday event at our church, I reached out to discuss our rainy day plan (since it was forecast to rain), they said "I think it's best to cancel if it rains. We never had a good experience in the past." **Note, the word IF.** I replied back that we could have people eat indoors and that we had an awning they could park under right by the doors. Regardless of rain, people would still stay to eat. No response. On Saturday, I texted to let them know that if it was light rain the next day, we planned to go ahead with the event but if it was storming, we'd cancel. Either way, I'd message them by 8 am the next day because they were scheduled to arrive by 10:30 am. No response. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. On Sunday morning, I texted to them know the forecast didn't show rain until later in the afternoon and would they please let me know if they were coming? No response. I called and texted several times. No answer, no response. I was finally forced to order pizza for about 100 people so we would just have enough food to feed everyone. I don't know how they stay in business with service like that!!
