It was a birthday party going on when I showed up and it was a good DJ selection. The food was good as well. I had some drinks. I wish they were a little bit stronger, but they made it through. The waitress was very observant and kept coming to the table asking if we needed anything.

The menu was huge and so I was unsure what I wanted. we were there for a late lunch on a Saturday. fairly large restaurant with awesome furniture. I loved the upholstery they used. There were very few people in the restaurant. I ordered the lunch plate with a chili relleno, chicken flauta and a beef taco. the flauta was my favorite and I love rellenos.my brother in law had a garlic shrimp dish that was great. we were all super happy with the food, service was lacking, considering there it was an empty restaurant. nothing terrible, but just not very attentive, my water glass was empty. I would definitely go back and try some other things on the menu if I didn't live so far away.

Going to be honest, the food was really good!!! Service was very attentive and the chips were so good!!! I'm recommending the frozen margaritas.

Had to go back a bit to find my check in here. So I stopped at the Days Inn next door for the night. It is not connected but share a parking lot. Not too friendly at the hostess stand. I asked where the bar was n got a hand motion that there's a few THAT way. OK. Bartender seemed confused that we wanted him to put the NFC playoff game on some of the many TVs and not college gymnastics. After a few of us made it clear we would not be ordering until he figured it out, he became alot more cordial Good chips n salsa. I had kinda heard there was DJ on the weekend but didn't expect it at 8pm during my Boys playoff game. Anyway, the chicken fajitas nachos were worth every penny. The happy hour large margarita not so much. Wondered why everyone was drinking the small one. Switched to mexican beer since when I said IPA the bartender looked at me with a glazed look. The DJ switched to karaoke which drew a good crowd, and I watched my game. If I stay at that Days Inn again I would def walk across.the parking lot to come but wouldn't come out of your way. There's a casino n dog race deal if u walk the other way 20 feet across the parking lot with several restaurants to eat/drink in.

We cadre driving through on a 3500 mile trip and spending the night in town. Called to verify they have outdoor patio and we can bring a large dog and we're told absolutely! When we arrived. Hostess said she couldn't accommodate us because they had no patio staff. Admittedly, I threw a bit of a fuss and they agreed to seat us outside. Honestly, they just went above and beyond to make us happy even though we were mentally prepared for bad service, but I just cannot thank the sweet hostess and her manager for committing to serve us outside. We are soooo grateful! They couldn't have been more attentive! Water for our dog, refills on chips. Amazing margaritas, and the best Mexican I've had in a very long time. Huge portions and all was delicious! Thank you so much! The combo fajitas and tampiquena were extraordinary!

Very recommended to me by locals, it's funny thus place isn't on Yelp yet! It appears to be attached to the Days Inn, but I could be mistaken. They cant serve margaritas before noon, which is a bizarre AR law. Food is outstandingly delicious, food and drinks are massive. I promise you'll have leftovers of both. Customer service is fine, the staff is fluently bilingual, although timid enough to race to get someone even more bilingual, if they feel you didn't understand them- but don't worry, you'll understand them fine. Menu items are really creative! Pineapple fajitas here, as well as something called a volcano fajita: called so because it is served in a bread bowl, not because it's firey hot. All the menu items are clever and looked beautiful, it was a hard decision! Amazing food and drink specials 7 days a week, just make sure you come at noon or after if you want a margarita!

They have a buffet and they have a couple of other restaurants that you can buy food from here at this location. I am used to going to casinos in California in Nevada, but not here in Arkansas. I was very impressed at how kind the staff was when we arrived. Everybody was customer service, friendly, and really wanted to make you feel like you were a valued guest. The ladies at the players club were professional about signing us all up because I came with a group. The machines are clean and they aren't sticky, which is a plus at a casino. I also thought that the dealers all looked very professional in they were ready and waiting for customers to sit down for games. There were so many pretty lights in the casino and it really highlighted the gaming floor. They have a hotel here, which is impressive. One of the negative things that I found out about was the bathrooms in the casino. When I walked in, there was a stench and stale smell of old urine. It seems that the cleaning person had just mopped the floor and had used an old mop because it smelled like old stale urine. I was so frustrated about this that, when I got outside of the restroom, I double and tripled wiped my shoes on the casino carpet just to get that smell out of the soles. Overall, this is a nice casino. I just had a couple of issues with not winning and the smelly bathroom floor.

Even though we arrived late, my partner and I were so pleased with her quick and friendly service. She shared a few short stories, laughs, and her energy was truly the highlight of our night. The casino floor was grand--definitely gave Vegas vibes--with a lot of options. Even on a busy weekend night, it never felt claustrophobic like other places I've been. Now, the main reason I visited Southland was for the buffet--and man, it was amazing. I sat there for over an hour enjoying fresh, hot, delicious food. The buffet was very well put together: clean, well-staffed, and full of great hospitality. Southland Casino Resort literally has everything you need for a great experience. Plus, being only about 10 minutes from downtown Memphis gave my partner and me even more places to explore. We can't wait to visit again soon.

Tripadvisor +1 The Blood Orange Old Fashioned was nothing short of extraordinary. Perfectly balanced with warm bourbon notes, bright citrus, and just the right touch of sweetness, every sip was smooth, bold, and incredibly refined. It's easily one of the best Old Fashioneds I've had and a cocktail I'd return for again and again. The bone-in steak was cooked to a flawless medium, boasting a beautiful char on the outside while remaining tender, juicy, and packed with rich beef flavor. Every bite reflected expert craftsmanship and respect for the quality of the meat. The salmon was equally impressive--crispy on the outside, moist and buttery inside, topped with a savory crumb topping that elevated the dish without overpowering it. Paired with creamy herb potatoes, roasted cauliflower, and fresh kale, the plate was elegant, balanced, and thoughtfully composed. Even the warm artisan bread was a standout, arriving fresh and perfectly crisp on the outside with a soft, pillowy center. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between upscale and comfortable, making it ideal for date nights, celebrations, or simply treating yourself to an exceptional meal. Chef's kiss to Ignite Steakhouse! Premium ingredients, impeccable execution, exceptional cocktails, and a dining experience that exceeds expectations. Atmosphere was a redecorated Shoney's or something. What is disliked, a lot, was the service. Although other tables near me were served very courteously, the same waitress was a bit rude, but more so "no interested" in waiting the table. Flipped the menu down. Got the so so tasting scallops, but ZERO help after that. She never checked in on us, never asked us how anything was tasting, had to stop her twice, wants to ask for utensils, another time to ask for a refill, asking for refill is when she slapped our check down on the table and tried to walk off, and I say "excuse me, excuse me"... then weirdly when she brought my check, she reached over from the other Booth, not the side of our table, taped me on my shoulder and shoved my credit card and their seat up in my face. I always tip nicely, 20 to 25%. But this time I tipped accordingly and wrote a note to the manager. The waitress could not have been more disinterested in serving me as a bystander on a street. Too many other options with a short drive over to Memphis, I won't be back to this place. If you visit here and your waitress is mid 20s with extensions, literally touching the floor, you might want to ask for another server
