This place gives a good reason to visit Chick-fil-A or McD's! This is about the fourth or fifth time I tried this location. I usually get the XXL combo and I like it without gauc, sour cream, lettuce or tomato. Tonight I specified this when I ordered and even counted the four items I did not want on my fingers . . . twice! The taco was fine. The burrito however had lettuce and tomato even after I asked for it not to. I brought it back to the counter and showed the girl (Lauren B) that even after asking and explaining twice she still messed up the order. I expected that they would remake the burrito and bring it to me. I sat there for about 15 minutes with nothing. I finally went back up and told her I wanted a refund and to speak to the manager. This is pathetic! If you cannot take a simple order correctly then find a job where you don't have to think at all. I will never go back to this location. They mess up the orders every time - yes, all five times! In fact - I think I am done with Taco Bell period! We put in an order through the app.. when we got home (not even 5 minutes away) the potatoes were dried out.. and nothing had sour cream on it! One of the orders the sour cream and tomatoes were added (paid extra) and were not added. If the store was out, they should have told us. I would have gladly driven to the next closest store. Its not expensive, but its the principle of the matter. We will not be coming here again. read more

I don't often eat at Taco Bell but when I do this Wake Forest location is the one for me. They consistently get my order correct, the employees are always smiling and upbeat and I can order my way without them copping an attitude. The store is clean, the service fast and the crew actually acts like they appreciate your business. Not bad for fast food tacos. read more

Just left the Taco Bell drive thru and after going over the order no less than 3 times, it still managed to come out wrong. Whoever is in charge of bagging the orders needs a little extra training. The girl handed us the bag and said "Here's your 12 items". Not quite, only 11 made the cut. So, well played Taco Bell you got our $ AND our cinnamon twists. Very upset with the drive through. We have only been here a few times, but tonight was bad. There was no eye contact & we had to ask for hot sauce.. & they acted like it was such a problem"you have to give me your bag back!" after we already had it in the car! Slowest taco bell ever 20 mins from the order menu outside to the pay window.only 3 cars outside

I've probably been to Taco Bell 14 times in my life, but I've only eaten from there probably 6 times. One time my dad asked, "Jill, are you hungry?" I replied with, "No." Then my dad said, "I'm going to Taco Bell. Would you like anything?" I once again responded with a: "No. I am not hungry." Then he said, "Ok. I'll be back in half an hour, do the dishes." So I went upstairs and I wrote a poem about how underrated the local classical music station was. It was on the eighth line when I remembered about the dishes, so I went down to do them. Luckily, I was able to put the last dish in, turn the sink off, fill the dishwasher slot with detergent, close the dishwasher, and press START right before my dad walked through the door. I said, "Hi." Then I went and sat down on the couch. My dad walked over to the couch and handed me some nachos even though I told him I wasn't hungry twice before he had left. I didn't want to be rude, so I said, "Ok, thank you," and I opened up the nachos. I'm no vegan, and they still didn't look very appealing. But I decided that I wouldn't be the kind of person to judge the nachos by the way they looked, so I proceeded to taste a nacho. It tasted like nast. They were very, very salty and tasted like the kind of nachos you get at the roller skating rink. I continued to eat them, though I was sure that I had just cut a good 7 years off my life. But that is okay, I want to be forever young, so I do not plan on becoming an old woman. The idea of getting wrinkly and saggy and not being caught up on what is happening in the world is a very unpleasant thought. I do not want to be disrespected by the younger generation. Kids are rude and careless and I cannot stand the thought of being the oldest of Homo sapiens, and the world teeming with me, my peers, and disgusting, repulsive young people. No thank you. Cleanest fast food place I have visited in a very long time. Came here after being unsatisfied with Arby's near the restaurant and had much better results. Bathroom actually seemed clean and tables and floors clean and gloves worn. Food was also delicious. If you want a clean place to relax and eat w the family this is a great place. read more

They hired some new woman who works the drive thru window. She does not know the menu, so unless you tell her what you want phrased exactly the same way it is listed on the menu, she will tell you they don't have it. Also triple check your order on the screen because she will ring it up wrong and blame it on you, and when you correct her she'll act like it's a huge inconvenience. With that being said if you ask her for anything extra like a cup holder or hot sauce it will also be an inconvenience and she won't even look at you. I received an incomplete order twice in the same visit which caused me to go inside for the rest of my order, where she continued her bad attitude of not looking at me but yelling at me from where she was. This is my second time coming here and having the same rude, unprofessional attitude from the same person. I would understand if it was busy but I was the only one in the drive thru line during both visits. I will not be coming back to this location, I recommend the TacoBell on Louisburg Road instead. read more
