Our order was missing a sandwich, so I called the store and spoke with Eliza, who was incredibly pleasant and more than helpful. When we returned to pick it up, they went above and beyond -- we received two sandwiches and two brownies. Very frustrating experience during lunch time. We were trying to order a combo meal with fries, adding on a soup. Apparently, the soup option wasn't working on the employees tablets. The young man trying to figure out why there was no soup was very confused and he explained he had no radio to ask. He got a fellow coworker to radio in to the inside staff who never responded. Finally, get our order, no soup, they forgot our fries and straw. So, paid for food we didn't receive, no straw for our drink and that was after waiting around 7 minutes in the drive thru line. This is a little personal, but I went through the drive thru the other evening with two kids (1&4). I had had a rough day at work and chickfila is ALWAYS great, so just wanted to pick up something quick and go home. I get to the girl who was going to take my order and my 1 year old had been scream crying for the past 30 mins and my 4 year old was just matching her energy. The poor girl couldn't even hear me because of their screams. I apologized a lot, took a deep breath, and told the girl it had just been a rough day. After she takes my order, she calls me by my name (i gave it to her for the order) and asks me if she could pray with me. She reaches out her hand and she says a prayer. I lost it. It was such a beautiful act of kindness I just started crying. A happy cry. This beautiful random girl saw how hard i was trying to keep it together and took the time to hold my hand and say a prayer. I mean, it was the nicest gesture I had encountered in a very long time. I did not realize how much I needed that. But since I was so emotional, lol, I did not get her name. I hope I can see her again and tell her how much that meant to me. I wanted to use my points before the year ends, so I stopped at the closest location near me. Surprisingly, at 5 pm, there was no line. We went thru the drive-through this time, but the inside is always clean. All of the associates we engaged with during this visit were kind. Our fries were fresh! My sandwich on gluten-free bread was perfect. This was my first time trying the crunchy kale salad. It was good. But I didn't receive the almonds that compliment it. I've been to the original WF Chick Fil A a lot over the past few weeks just based on where I've been. I've also become addicted to the nuggets. I mainly use the drive thru here and there are two lanes to order than merge into one to get the food. This works mostly good but I did notice they were grabbing the newer bags rather than taking bags and drinks to the cars in front. The problem is you get stuck in line behind other cars waiting. Service is normally friendly and efficient though. Although make sure to double check for sauces as this location tends to forget them. read more

I came here to pick up at least once a week. Yesterday we were out of power due to storm - thank goodness they still have power. So we eat in the restaurant lots of ppl there around6pm and I think it's due to storm. I even ran into my neighbor. He was working from there. We usually have the chicken deluxe. But yesterday I was on second day of my diet. So I tried chicken wrap with light balsamic dressing. Not bad for diet food. Of course I really miss the nuggets. Theirs are never fry. I'm absolutely gobsmacked that there are people writing rave reviews about this CFA when it comes to their service. This place, is without a doubt, one of the worst CFAs I've ever had the misfortune to visit. In the last three months, I can count the number of orders they've gotten right with me--and have plenty of fingers left over. Absolutely dreadful. I honestly believe a pack of trained monkeys could provide better service and get my order right more consistently. By contrast, pretty much every other CFA in the area is far better in terms of service. I'm looking at you, CFA at Brier Creek in Raleigh. You're the gold standard of efficiency, accuracy, and speed. From what I'm told, this is one of the busiest Chick Fil A restaurants in the country. It's probably true from all of the traffic on Retail Drive during the early morning hours through the evening dinner rush. The place is always consistent and the price is reasonable. DISAPPOINTED. I frequent this restaurant and usually have a great experience. But not on April 30, 2024 around 5:15pm. First, there were 4 attendees in the drive thru and only 3 working with credit cards. All employees I interacted with were slow and not very pleasant. After waiting 20 minutes for my order, I was asked what did I order and would I pull into a spot and wait. I informed them I was not comfortable because many vehicles behind me had gotten their orders and my order was a simple one. I believe that they forgot/lost my order. I don't usually leave bad reviews but this is a safety issue. We went through the drive through and told the person taking the order that we had a gluten allergy and to please alert the kitchen to change gloves. We reminded them twice. We get our order and there's no notification on our order that it's a gluten allergy. I know mistakes happen, but In the case of someone's health and safety, a mistake can be dangerous. I understand a lot of the people working are teens and are doing their best, maybe management needs to go over proper allergy protocol with everyone. read more

Well not going to chic fil a anymore until they open the dining room!! Drive thru outter lane not set up for larger pick up trucks you either hit a cone ( and leave mark on bumper) or you hit curb. Then u have to wait till all the people in line get there food and ask questions long after they have already brought your food. Get to parking lot to be able to eat it fries COLD AND Rubbery HORRIBLE. Sandwich hot atleast. But no thank you to wait in line that long and tight for trucks. read more

I've come here many times but it never really occurred to me to leave a review. When I came here yesterday and as usual I was able to receive incredible service and great food I thought to myself : " May be there is someone out there that hasn't been here before and may need to know what to expect ". Well I have to say that this place is amazing. I don't know how they do it but the food comes out really fast, always perfect and servers ask you constantly if there is anything they can do for you. They will even get your refills for you. For being a fast food place this place feels like a restaurant. There is also a playground indoors and my kids have so much fun here. All the different chicken sandwiches, egg sausage biscuits, salads etc are great. Make sure to order the chick fil A special sauce. I will be coming again a lot !!! read more

Breakfast at Chic Fil A was an okay experience. We needed a place for a quick and cheap breakfast for a quick meeting prior to our second day in the studio. At 9AM on a Saturday morning, the place was very busy. The spicy chicken biscuit sandwich was really not spicy at all, and adding Tabasco didn't really make it much spicier. It was still pretty good despite the fact the biscuit was very crumbly and falling apart. My order was held up in the kitchen for some reason, and when it was brought out, an unexpected "free sandwich" coupon came with it, along with an apology for taking so long. Really? I hate to leave a negative review for Chick Fil A. I really do. But my visit this afternoon was the culmination of several sub par visits. The service has gone downhill at this location. I was there at 4:00 and the drive through was not crowded at all. For the second time in a row I received the wrong order despite being really precise & clear. Too bad I didn't open my sandwiches until I got home instead of catching the mistake when I was still in line and noticed my fries were cold. One of the things I love about this chain is the opportunity & positive work environment it provides to young people.
