The woman taking our order at the drive thru sounded like she was in a rush, felt like their was a time limit to order. Last time I came 5 months ago there was a male manager and food was great and looked like pics. Tonight I came in at 8 pm expecting same service and saw the specials in front of me and was told promo was over. It was still being advertised!!! They crew working tonight ( 11/18) have no costumer service AT ALL. i understand the language that they use and the girl have a nasty potty mouth. We were waiting at the counter and both of this crew was staring at each other trying to decide which of them will take the order. The guy wasn't doing anything but looking at his other coworkers . On the plus side, paid $1 extra and more steak meat given at this location than in Kapolei. Checked the receipt and was overcharged. Tried calling 8 x's. No answer. Never again am I coming to this waipahu location in the Seafood City area. Friday night no drive thru wasn't even busy. They messed up my beef chalupa. Must have been a new employee cuz boy did they mess up one of my orders. Instead of beef they put black beans. Also be aware when ordering they always serve flat fountain drinks c'mon are you guys that lazy to change out a 35 lb box of fountain drink????! Wanted to try the Crunchwrap since it's been a while and I like how it looks on advertisement with the thick layer of ground beef. Given that it is a fast food I didn't expect much and know that it will be thinner than commercials. Because of that knowledge, I asked for extra beef. But boy how disappointing that came out. Got charged for extra beef but the layer is super thin, seems less than what it should be. I remember fondly of having more meat than this garbage. the bite just tasted like tortilla sour cream and lettuce. No taste of beef whatsoever. Wasted $6.50 and was very dissatisfied with this order. I should've just ordered more soft taco or the cheesy potato fiesta instead of wasting my money on the Crunchwrap. I'll admit it...... I'm a Taco Bell junkie..... as a vegetarian, there's plenty of choices, all very good. We've eaten at all Oahu locations, as well as locations in Washington, California, and Connecticut. The Waipahu location though, is our favorite. We always order 4 spicy tostadas...... and there are slight variations from location to location. The Waipahu tostadas seem just a bit better! The sauce packets are displayed perfectly, and orderly. The staff, so very friendly...... and the seating area is always clean. One thing I want to clearly point out...... the Taco Bell Waipahu hiring practices...... whoever is doing the hiring is doing an amazing job. There's diversity, and, there's a true sense of Ohana....... staff complimenting other staff for a job well done. Well done...... Taco Bell Waipahu!!! read more

I came late for a Mexican pizza and I think everyone had the same idea. Despite having to wait a few minutes in line, the staff was SO friendly! They said there were only 2 people working and they were very kind and efficient. This customer service experience was great considering the employees were slammed with orders. I don't know how others feel about it but my i hate when my Dorito tacos shells (or just taco shells in general) are broken in peices. In this case, I felt like i was eating a taco salad with my fingers. I wouldn't be so disappointed if it was a regular taco but i paid extra to make it a supreme. This locations drive-thru always seems to be busy (which might not be a bad thing), except they cant seem to move their line fast enough. Ok, so you make us wait with your slow moving service...at least give us quality food and correct orders. On numerous occasions our orders have been screwed up, from wrongly received items to missing items, etc. The other day I ordered 2 gordita crunch (ONE with light meat and no sauce) and 1 regular taco. I received ALL THREE with light meat and ALL looking like complete sh*t. Didn't get to take a pic of the taco because husband starting eating it already lol. But here is my gordita with light meat, no sauce...and my hubbys gordita with light meat and sauce. You can clearly see they decided to be consistent at something and went light on everything else as well. Only one of these were supposed to have light meat, not all three. Meat was slapped on only one side of the gorditas, and there was barely any lettuce or cheese that our gorditas were pretty much flat or almost concaved! Seriously, all the other Taco Bells will at least fill with more lettuce (which I like). Nope, not here with these geniuses! Or is this how you serve all your food? With ingredients half missing? Yes Waipahu, I hear you calling. I will wait in a line for food your workers can be proud of. Please give Ewa Beach some tips, they really need it and obviously lack quality control and direction. I hope they get food slapped on their plates served by workers that are as consistently half ass as they are with us. I hate to write negative reviews, but something has to be said, especially about this incident & the complete rudeness of one of the general managers. We ordered Taco Bell through Uber Eats & the Waipahu Taco Bell location is where our order came from. We usually don't order Uber Eats from a drive-thru restaurant, but in this case we did for the first time. When our food was dropped off, we were missing two whole Toasted Cheddar Chalupa box meals along with the two drinks. We are not ones to assume, so the first thing we did was contact the Waipahu Taco Bell to see if they knew what had happened. I told the worker on the phone that we had just gotten our order from Uber Eats & that we were missing the items. He asked me my name & pulled up our order, literally repeating everything we ordered & confirming what we were missing. He also confirmed with me that his fellow co-workers just relayed to him that they saw the Uber driver who picked up our food leave with only half of our order after they relayed that they are still making the other half. So I asked him if there's anything we can do about it. He told me that we can come through the drive-thru, let them know our name & that we had just had the Uber Eats order mix-up & that they would replace it for us. When we got to the drive-thru, we told them our name & the whole Uber Eats mix up so they had us pull-up to the window. When at the window, the only thing they replaced was our drinks! We told the worker that we were missing the taco boxes too, the ones we told them about over the phone & the ones they SAW the driver NOT take. So he yelled out the order to make two boxes(we literally heard him!). But then a lady worker, who turned out to be the general manager on duty, comes up to the window asking us what happened & relayed to us that because we ordered through Uber Eats that it is not Taco Bells fault what the drivers leave with & that the only thing that we can do is contact Uber Eats for a refund on what we didn't receive. So that part we took in, gained some knowledge & accepted it. Like a "Okay, now we know" kinna thing. We then contacted Uber Eats & they were very quick to apologize. At that point we weren't upset & never was upset at Taco Bell. If the driver left without our food after being notified it's not all ready, that is no fault on Taco Bell. But after asking for more of an explanation to help us understand why it's like that, she got VERY, VERY rude & it could not be because they were busy, there were no cars behind us. This is what got me peeved: After being very patient through this woman's attitude I asked why they told us we could drive there & that they'll replace our order if that was not the case at all! I explained to her in a nice manner that because they told us that they would replace it, we drove aaaall the way over here(when the point of Uber Eats is so that you don't have to do that!), wasted our time & gas when we had already paid a delivery fee to get it delivered. In her VERY rude mannerism & attitude, she told me that it was my fault because I didn't mention I ordered through Uber Eats(when she wouldn't have known that because I didn't talk to her!). I told her that I did & she told me two more times that I didn't. I told her I obviously had to because that's how they pulled up my order. Then after she realized she was wrong about that, she continued to tell me that "well, the person who answered the phone was a manager-in-training." So now I was getting a tiny bit more peeved because that is still not our fault. She was not understanding whatsoever where we were coming from. If you told us you were going to replace it, that's what we drove there to get. It seemed like she thought we were just trying to get free food, which obviously we weren't because your employees literally confirmed what happened & why we were there. We appreciate the fast-food industry & all the employees that still go into work to provide us with food, but I felt her attitude & take on everything was not handled very well. At the end of the day we could care less about getting the tacos that we paid for, it was the way we were treated. Times are hard, even harder during these times, but that doesn't give you the right or the excuse to treat another person that way over a miscommunication. I am one to give people the benefit of the doubt, maybe they just have a bad day, maybe they have alot going on, but who doesn't. Treat people how you would like to treated in a situation that shouldn't have been a situation anyways. read more

Not the type of person in providing costumer feedbacks but y'all let me share our experience with this Manager named "Milet" in this location. So basically, we had a missing order(burrito) that was paid for in our bag. My husband went back right away to get the missing order since our house was only couple mins. away with just the receipt but "Milet" insisted she made the order so no biggie my husband came back to the house again to pick up the bag they gave us, to show it to them that we didn't have it. To my husband's disappointment, this "Milet" was still giving him the attitude like he just wanted a free burrito. Smh. Ma'am if you're reading this, how lowly you think we are to deserve that kind of service from you? Sure you made that burrito but did you put in the bag? 3 trips total to your store but we didn't even get a single apology from you. I can't say bad things about this place. I don't think that it's fair to say that taco bell is taco bell wherever you go, but it's not true. The people who work here are always so nice, even when it's super BUSY! My order is always made right and in a really appetizing manner. My burritos are normally pretty consistent throughout, so it's not full of meat on one end and then all tortilla on the other. The dine-in area is always so clean and the trash cans are never overflowing or full. The beverage dispenser is super cool though! I love optionssss! (P.S. I will always recommend putting their Fire hot sauce on anything that you eat there as long as it isn't a dessert lol) read more
