This was a very solidly Average Taco Bell location!! I was scared by its low ratings but I'm not comparing Taco Bell to a real Mexican restaurant. It's fast food. Everything we ordered was equal to any other Taco Bell that I've been to. The person that took my order was actually nicer than the typical Taco Bell employee! This place is great!! I was excited. Hopeful, even. I wanted to get my mouth on some of those new menu items. Then this Taco Bell reminded me that happiness is temporary. This wasn't a meal. It was a carefully orchestrated series of unfortunate events. First, the delivery driver didn't even bring it to my door. So I had to leave my hotel room in search of my own food like I was on a medieval quest. Then I opened the bag. Everything looked like slop. My Mexican Pizza had the wrong meat. There was no hot sauce (????) No napkins. No fork. The nacho fries had an unusual amount of red 40. My frozen drink had completed its transformation into a regular beverage. And the Cinnabon Delights... I genuinely think they were baked during the Obama administration. I threw almost everything away, thinking, "At least I still have dessert." Reader, I did not. Somehow the stale Cinnabon Delights became the final betrayal. I am genuinely impressed that every single item in one order managed to disappoint me in a unique and creative way. It takes talent to miss this hard. I ordered Taco Bell at 2 a.m. My standards were already in the basement. Yet somehow this location showed up with a shovel. DO NOT go to this Taco Bell. Your order will be messed up every single time. I have tried to go there over 5 times now with the hope that maybe they have improved but they haven't. In my most recent visit, I specifically asked the employee if they have chicken in stock then submitted my order with the chicken replacement for every item. Only one of these items came out with chicken instead of beef. Everything was dry & clearly stale, they are always out of Baja blast & ice and they do not follow through on orders that are modified at all. If you are craving Taco Bell, make the drive to the Laconia location. They haven't screwed my order up once. read more

This Taco Bell is the worst. There's always something broken. Today it's their grill. Their coffee machine broke almost immediately upon their build being done and was broken in a indefinite status. Taco Bell .... Paid for food we never got!!!! Each time I visit this restaurant food is trash. The food is unacceptable. Food mushed together, no flavor, dirty food wraps and mangled bad. A couple days ago we order dessert. She said they were out of the crunchy dessert but creamed filled donut holes were available. Huh! I ordered two orders, drove home. No dessert in bag. Pulling in the front door didn't even close right. That should have been the warning to turn back. But no. We like Taco Bell for a fast food option. We order our meals, pay for it & then the cashier informs us they are out of crunchy taco.ls. We can have a soft taco. Fine. Kid that ordered before us had ordered some kind of pot at& was also informed, but long after he had ordered, that they were also out of those potatoes. Grab Hub comes in to pick up an order & has to call his customer to inform them they were out of crunchy tacos & what their options were. Couple that came in after us waited FOREVER for their order and you could see the frustration on their faces & their pacing. Soda dispenser....of course 4 of your choices were not available. Horrible restaurant. I've gone on numerous occasions because it's the only Taco Bell in the area and every single time it's the same thing. Sometimes the order is accurate but the state of it is atrocious. The bag is ripped and mangled and the food is worse. Looks like it was literally thrown into the bag from across the room. I ordered Taco Bell through the drive thru on several occasions and they literally have messed up multiple orders in a row. They never get a single order right. If management don't see that then they need to close this location down. This I ordered a burrito and there was NO BEEF in it. How do you mess that up?!?! Order a drink and she hands me it with no ice. I ask "why is there no ice?" And she says the machine is broke. So I loop around and go inside and holy cow, the ice machine in the lobby works! They know it works, yet they are too lazy to walk up front and put ice in a cup. She never mentioned "no ice" until she handed it to me and I asked. She should be the manager, seriously. If i could give this location negative stars i would. Every single time i come here the food is garbage. Something as simple as a cheese quesadilla can't even be cooked correctly. It comes out completely uncooked with raw cold shredded cheese. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but am disappointed every time. I stopped there today and got 2 spicy potatoes soft tacos, the potatoes were hard as rocks and you were lucky to get maybe 4 Pieces of potato. Worst Taco Bell in New Hampshire. I've been to this Taco Bell a few times, and all are bad experiences. Not only is the customer service poor, but the food quality as well. Opened up our bag and the food was not wrapped. My boyfriend's taco fell apart in the bag and was stale. My burrito looked like it was impaled on either side and cheese oozing out. I frequently visit this taco bell location and have never had an issue until today. I ordered 3 spicy potato soft tacos, two of them were made great! However, one spicy potato soft taco had THREE small pieces of potato. I feel as though this was an entire waste of my money and was not the quality which i would have expected from this location.
