It's a roll of the dice with this place. Sometimes everything is great, most of the time everything goes wrong. The dining room is usually trashed, garbage everywhere, tables messy with crusty food. Whatever. It's a chain, can't expect too much from people who don't make enough money to care. However, the manager, who does make enough to care & whose job is to care, couldn't give any less effs. Truly a miserable guy. I'll avoid this location at all costs, but the other two nearby aren't much better. read more

doesn't even have soufflé cups that fit the lid for the nacho cheese for the nacho fries. One would think with the money made from Taco Bell to whatever else they have their feet dipped into they would know the restaurant business and quality in product. the rest of my order was okay but why would I recommend to a friend something that could soil and stain the interior of my or their car in a short car ride back to the house? Taco Bell in queensbury has been great before and not at the sametime but a loose sauce cup that doesn't actually connect is a shame... I even took a video of it because i was baffled. lead by example, and have genuine quality. I've worked in the restaurant and fast food industry for years and a mistake like that is pitiful for cooks, and employees that do take pride in what they do. I should have went elsewhere. read more

Don't waste your money or time! There was hardly any beef on the three tacos I ordered, only a small serving in the very middle part of the taco to the point of where I finished the beef within two bites (and I take very small bites). We will stick to driving to the one in Malta in the future. Will not be returning!!! read more

The inside is never open. I've wanted tacos for 3 weeks now. Every time I've tried to go here there a wrap around the drive-thru. The cars haven't even moved. They can't keep this restaurant staffed or the one at exit 18. There adding another restaurant on Dix near D&D. Unbelievable. read more

Taco Bell - I hate this drive thru. - Fast Food Near Me - Queensbury, New York

This Taco Bell is the cream of the crop. All of their stuff are loaded to the point where the shear density of a simple taco will make a bodybuilder's muscles tremble. Joey Chestnut would fall flat on his face after a couple of burritos. This Taco Bell as I said before is second to none. The pinnacle of human life begins and ends at this Taco Bell location. Keep up the good work. read more

I can't review the food, because we didn't get any. The drive through was 15-20 cars deep (not exaggerating) and people behind us on line were fighting/screaming at each other. The line wasn't moving. We left, and my stomach is surely thanking me. read more

Taco Bell - My Yelp niche is taking photos of fast food drive through lines apparently - Fast Food Near Me - Queensbury, New York

First off this place is ran horribly, second of all it's always dirty and sketchy and they never have napkins, condiments, lids etc. So I seem to go here a lot and boy is it going down hill. But now I've stopped going less because it's pricy, it's always horrid, and I feel crappy afterwards. I went in the other day and they screwed up my three soft tacos. I wanted no lettuce and they put lettuce on. I tried to save money by swiping my gift card and the darn machine didn't even work, and they ran out of Pennies. Seriously?! They said we'll be getting some on Thursday, mind you it's Monday. Wow!!! I won't be going to this location as much. I give this a 1 star unfortunately. read more

Ordered via Uber eats as I'm not from the area. The portions are ridiculous. For a $12 cantina bowl it barely had any food in the bowl! The chicken quesadilla had barely any meat or cheese in it. And my Uber driver asked for hot sauces and was lied to when they told him they had put some in the bag. My whole order was over $40 and I'm so disappointed in this location. If management sees this, I would highly recommend training of your employees. read more

The Taco Bell/Long John Silver in Queensbury, New York was horrible. I realize it's a fast food restaurant. and you get what you pay for but this was unbearable. We waited over half an hour for our order. The staff was rude and disrespectful, and the restaurant was absolutely filthy. Very disappointing for my son who is looking forward to his meal. Long day at the desk on a Sunday and I got a yen for a guilty pleasure. Only three cars in front of me - perfect...Forty five minutes later I finally make it to the window...and my order isn't ready. Employees are milling around; one is amusing himself by sampling the frozen drinks. There's no one in the restaurant eating. Get home and not only is my order wrong and missing items but since when is a Beef Supreme Burrito made with just a dab of beans, lettuce and onions?! Wrapped in a leather like tortilla and ice cold? Taco Bell - FUCK TACO Nachos BellGrande - Fast Food Near Me - Queensbury, New York

Absolutely awful. Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. I placed a mobile order at 4:05pm for my family and myself. I'm a very patient person and understand that being short staffed can be difficult. Once 4:40pm rolled around and my order hadn't come out yet. I asked the people behind the counter if they had an order for me. They said "Yes." But I noticed nobody was even working on the order at all. Only the drive-thru side was working on orders. One woman was just walking around pretending to be busy while the younger workers were seemingly working hard. 4:50pm came around and at this point I had waited long enough. I requested the order be canceled seeing as no one had even started it yet and we were very hungry and have younger children. They said they could cancel it but couldn't issue a refund...so to get a refund I had to wait until the weekday to call Taco Bell Corporate to request a refund....fun. Now I'm out $30 for the next 7 days while I wait for the refund to be processed. AVOID this place. Go literally anywhere else. I promise you, you'll be happier that you did. read more

Breakfast is where it's at. I've never had a breakfast bell box and I've been missing out my whole life. It comes with a Grande Toasted Breakfast Burrito Sausage which is epic. Cooked to perfection in all honesty. Who would of thought! Hash brown which is a hundred times better than the other fast food place that's been pumping out hash browns since forever. Now for the kicker Cinnabon Delights 2 Pack. Man I'm hooked on this deal of a box breakfast. Last but not least your drink of choice. I went old school with the orange juice, everything was great and I'm now on team Taco Bell for breakfast for $6 you can't go wrong. Try it out my fellow Yelpers and prepare to be amazed. One more thing the parking lot looked like there was a massive frat party there. Food, bags, paper, tissues, cups galore all thrown about. But I was playing detective and found the suspect in action. It was a murder of crows on the loose. I almost got a video of one in action but he was too smart. He just cursed me out and flew off into the sunset with his buddies. read more

We got to the drive thru late - like 11:00 but the place is open until 1:00 - so not too late. The person at the drive thru told me they have no protein (meat) ready and it would take 20-30 minutes to make the meat!!! I have never heard this at a Taco Bell - ever. So we don't order and sat in the parking lot figuring out where to get food. We ended up getting Dominos. But we went back through the drive thru to get a Mountain Blast and got the same exact message about no meat. This was like 15 minutes after the first time. So they never made the meat!!!! Are you kidding??? What a joke. Lazy people working there. read more

So I just went to this location and got a quesadilla which was delivered to me uncut and cold, I also got an iced tea which, I kid you not, had dead flies in it. When I spoke with one of the staff members, they just shoved it off and put a sticky not on the machine that said out of iced tea, didn't change it out or anything. There were also not utensils out that my group and I could take. All over this location just seemed untended to and gross. Not a very good time. read more

Where do I start and honestly I blame ownership and or upper management for the lack of any kind of acceptable service. We started by ordering through Uber Eats. One and half hours later Uber Eats cancelled my order due to the excessive wait time. Next my son, his brother, and their friends went to the location and ordered via their inside order screens. They ordered over $80 of food, paid, and did not list an email. They also decided not to print it. Over an hour later they checked on the order and they were behind. An hour later one of the staff asked if they were waiting on a large order. They said yes and were told it was "deleted" due to a system issue. They didn't give them a refund but only ignored them for a little while longer. My son called me and I spoke to the shift manager. She said she could not offer a refund and could not fill the order. She gave me her managers cell phone number and told me to call the next day. I asked if I would need a receipt and she said she couldn't reprint one and it was ok because they would remember me. I called the store and her directly serval times, left voicemails and no return call. Over a week later I decided to go back to the store. They were swamped, people were waiting, their drive through was backed up to the street. The ignored me for some time and I finally got the attention of one of the workers. Explained my situation and she said it would be at least 15 minutes before she could help me with a refund. 45 minutes later I asked when they could help me and they literally ignored me. Other people by then were cursing and losing their patience. I had an idea to order food so they would have to address me. I ordered via the kiosk and waited for an hour+. They finally got my order up and shift manager finally spoke to me. She said there was nothing she could do without the receipt even though I showed my bank statement and some of the staff including her knew exactly what the situation was. She had me write my number down and said she would have their main manager call me. Days later and still no call. This restaurant took over $80 and I cannot get my money back. What is management and ownership doing here??? It is a complete failure of training and supporting their staff. I understand the impact of the pandemic in a great, BUT you cannot handle the public this way. How else do I get refunded but going public. Be careful ordering here as they are having a hard time and if there is an issue. Expect 0 read more

If I could give half a star I would, asked for extra sauce on my quesadilla and got no sauce, asked for extra sour cream and nacho cheese on my fiesta potato and only got sour cream. Tried calling twice and absolutely no answer. What a joke read more

If I could leave negative stars, I would. My family and I ordered several bacon AM crunchwraps with no bacon from the kiosk. When the food came, everything had bacon on it. Not a huge deal. We brought the food to the counter and let them know. The cashier then informs us that their end does not say "no bacon" despite the several witnesses that saw it put in that way. She instructed us to order the breakfast again and pay for it again. We did as instructed, and placed the order by 10:56. The cashier came up at 11:01 to tell us that they are out of eggs and are no longer making breakfast. We asked to speak to the manager, Stephanie, to get a refund. She stayed in the back of the kitchen and yelled at us from back there that she couldn't help us. It was out of her control and none of her staff know how to make the food. We stood at the counter for over 45 minutes waiting for her to come up to help, while she threatened to call the cops on us for trying to be refunded our money for products that we never received. Eventually another manager came in and helped us get our refund almost an hour after the incident began. Do not order here if you are looking for a smooth and seamless transaction. read more

Ok so if I could do 0 stars I would!!!! I drive through the drive thru ALL the time and me and my boyfriend ask for the mild, hot, fire, and Diablo but almost every time we get NO SAUCE and get told we were given some and or we get 6 sauce packets and this time we only got 5 sauce packets and the past 6 times I've asked for extra mild sauce and have gotten NONE I can't handle the hot or fire or diablo those are for my boyfriend I get the mild because that is the one I can handle and I haven't gotten any of the mild sauce 6 times in a row even when asked for extra mild sauce I'm absolutely fuming over it because I'm a local regular at this Taco Bell the service in drive thru is very blunt and to the point instead of asking me if I was finished with my order and I have to note I wasn't done with my order she continues to tell me the price and to have a good day and then goes silent I tried calling 6 times and no one answered the phone I was gonna be nice and let them know what happened but now I'm turning to Yelp because of the fact that I've talked to workers and managers and still nothing has changed with it I'm pretty sure if I want sauce and I even ask you for extra because I know I'm not getting it is so sad I honestly don't even wanna go to this Taco Bell anymore due to the fact of service and never really getting any of the products I want. And instead of a Taco Bell bag I got a Taco Bell box with my order and everything was just thrown together and f'd up and I'm just so upset because I have no clue where your guy's moral for food went it's so upsetting read more

Taco Bell - This is how my Chicken Quesadilla came out and one of the sides has NO FILLING - Fast Food Near Me - Queensbury, New York

CHECK YOUR ORDER before you leave the window and get a receipt. They are under a time limit to get you through the line. It doesn't matter if your order is correctly filled or not. The food is inconsistent with other Taco Bells. It's thrown together and kinda messy. They're also pretty regularly out of things, like hot sauces and drinks. The staff is nice but it seems like they're being pushed by someone who doesn't really care about getting it right. read more

The food was cold and the wait was long. I probably won't go to Taco Bell again. It used to be so good.

Incredibly unenthusiastic staff. Tried going there for breakfast a few times, fist time I caught attitude just for ordering, and got cold food (bacon AM cruchwrap), the second (and last time) the young lady was very pleasant - and I still got cold food. Clearly the morning employees create a culture out of keeping customers away (you almost never see people there in the morning, I drive past to get to work), there are other places of course, and I guess I'll just keep going to those. It's actually kind of funny, any time I went there it was always because it was dead when all the other places were packed with long lines, I guess we know why eh? read more

Well what can I say, I've been to many Taco Bell's before and being a traveling mother of four, quick easy and delicious food is what a mother needs to keep her little tribe fueled up. After my oldest soccer game we decided to eat a quick and tasty lunch and arrived at Taco Bell. The landscape in-front was out of this world and knew pulling up to the drive through that we are messing with the best of the best. The pure joy that my daughter and I were feeling was 100% matched by our server Lilly! She had such a go getter attitude and was very considerate and understanding when it came to our order! After ordering I was filled with excitement to meet Lilly ! We pulled up and there she was, a well lit smile and manners that would make a grandmother proud. Her attire was bright and exuded professionalism. With confidence she handed over our food to me so effortlessly and we exchange a smile.
