Tried going there for breakfast a few times, fist time I caught attitude just for ordering, and got cold food (bacon AM cruchwrap), the second (and last time) the young lady was very pleasant - and I still got cold food. Clearly the morning employees create a culture out of keeping customers away (you almost never see people there in the morning, I drive past to get to work), there are other places of course, and I guess I'll just keep going to those. It's a roll of the dice with this place. Sometimes everything is great, most of the time everything goes wrong. The dining room is usually trashed, garbage everywhere, tables messy with crusty food. Whatever. It's a chain, can't expect too much from people who don't make enough money to care. However, the manager, who does make enough to care & whose job is to care, couldn't give any less effs. I wanted no lettuce and they put lettuce on. I tried to save money by swiping my gift card and the darn machine didn't even work, and they ran out of Pennies. Seriously?! Absolutely awful. Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. I placed a mobile order at 4:05pm for my family and myself. I'm a very patient person and understand that being short staffed can be difficult. Once 4:40pm rolled around and my order hadn't come out yet. I asked the people behind the counter if they had an order for me. They said "Yes." But I noticed nobody was even working on the order at all. Only the drive-thru side was working on orders. One woman was just walking around pretending to be busy while the younger workers were seemingly working hard. 4:50pm came around and at this point I had waited long enough. I requested the order be canceled seeing as no one had even started it yet and we were very hungry and have younger children. They said they could cancel it but couldn't issue a refund...so to get a refund I had to wait until the weekday to call Taco Bell Corporate to request a refund....fun. Now I'm out $30 for the next 7 days while I wait for the refund to be processed. AVOID this place. Go literally anywhere else. I promise you, you'll be happier that you did. read more

Breakfast is where it's at. I've never had a breakfast bell box and I've been missing out my whole life. It comes with a Grande Toasted Breakfast Burrito Sausage which is epic. Where do I start and honestly I blame ownership and or upper management for the lack of any kind of acceptable service. We started by ordering through Uber Eats. One and half hours later Uber Eats cancelled my order due to the excessive wait time. Next my son, his brother, and their friends went to the location and ordered via their inside order screens. They ordered over $80 of food, paid, and did not list an email. They also decided not to print it. Over an hour later they checked on the order and they were behind. An hour later one of the staff asked if they were waiting on a large order. They said yes and were told it was "deleted" due to a system issue. They didn't give them a refund but only ignored them for a little while longer. My son called me and I spoke to the shift manager. She said she could not offer a refund and could not fill the order. She gave me her managers cell phone number and told me to call the next day. I asked if I would need a receipt and she said she couldn't reprint one and it was ok because they would remember me. I called the store and her directly serval times, left voicemails and no return call. Over a week later I decided to go back to the store. They were swamped, people were waiting, their drive through was backed up to the street. The ignored me for some time and I finally got the attention of one of the workers. Explained my situation and she said it would be at least 15 minutes before she could help me with a refund. 45 minutes later I asked when they could help me and they literally ignored me. Other people by then were cursing and losing their patience. I had an idea to order food so they would have to address me. I ordered via the kiosk and waited for an hour+. They finally got my order up and shift manager finally spoke to me. She said there was nothing she could do without the receipt even though I showed my bank statement and some of the staff including her knew exactly what the situation was. She had me write my number down and said she would have their main manager call me. Days later and still no call. This restaurant took over $80 and I cannot get my money back. What is management and ownership doing here??? It is a complete failure of training and supporting their staff. I understand the impact of the pandemic in a great, BUT you cannot handle the public this way. How else do I get refunded but going public. If I could leave negative stars, I would. My family and I ordered several bacon AM crunchwraps with no bacon from the kiosk. When the food came, everything had bacon on it. Not a huge deal. We brought the food to the counter and let them know. The cashier then informs us that their end does not say "no bacon" despite the several witnesses that saw it put in that way. She instructed us to order the breakfast again and pay for it again. We did as instructed, and placed the order by 10:56. The cashier came up at 11:01 to tell us that they are out of eggs and are no longer making breakfast. We asked to speak to the manager, Stephanie, to get a refund. She stayed in the back of the kitchen and yelled at us from back there that she couldn't help us. It was out of her control and none of her staff know how to make the food. We stood at the counter for over 45 minutes waiting for her to come up to help, while she threatened to call the cops on us for trying to be refunded our money for products that we never received. After I got my order I saw that I had two tacos missing and they had only gave me the crunch wraps. Plus the crunch wraps had like no meat to them at all. The Baja blast I got was mostly ice so watered down when I actually could drink it. The cashier didn't listen to what I said and then gave attitude when I went back up to tell her she messed up. Well what can I say, I've been to many Taco Bell's before and being a traveling mother of four, quick easy and delicious food is what a mother needs to keep her little tribe fueled up. After my oldest soccer game we decided to eat a quick and tasty lunch and arrived at Taco Bell. The landscape in-front was out of this world and knew pulling up to the drive through that we are messing with the best of the best. The pure joy that my daughter and I were feeling was 100% matched by our server Lilly! She had such a go getter attitude and was very considerate and understanding when it came to our order! After ordering I was filled with excitement to meet Lilly ! We pulled up and there she was, a well lit smile and manners that would make a grandmother proud. Her attire was bright and exuded professionalism. With confidence she handed over our food to me so effortlessly and we exchange a smile. She declined when I offered to tip her for her service and that's when I knew that taco bell got themselves a keeper!
