Did a mobile order and went thru the drive thru to pick it up. The guy on the speaker confirmed the name. Gave me the correct drinks at the drive thru window and then handed me a bag. I stopped after leaving the drive thru window on the parking lot and checked the order. Wasn't my order. Went inside the store and they had my order on the shelf for the Door Dash drivers. Manager didn't offer any apologies for mixing up the order. Pulled my tacos to eat in the car on the way home and they were lukewarm, soggy and completely falling apart. We've been to this location a few times and had significant issues each time. Not worth going back. Also saw an employee come in from his car and could see from the drive thru window that he went back to work handling food without having washed his hands before touching food items. I really like Taco Bell; it's one of my guilty pleasures. This location struggles to provide correct orders. I'd say 80% of the time, things are wrong. This includes forgotten items, items prepared incorrectly (like random items not included in my burritos or things I did not order added to them). My food has also been not grilled enough (cantina chicken tacos) or burnt to blackened. The drive thru service is often slow and not friendly. Once they told me, after I placed an app order, that they were out of refried beans so they were going to just not add them to my items, for which I'd paid extra to add them to. They said they were unable to give a refund for the amount since it was from the app but I could wait 20 minutes for them to make more beans. This is close to me so I keep giving them additional chances! My issues are with this specific location. read more

Went to drive through for a quick order. I understand being busy but when they tell you to hold on and there no cars waiting ahead to get their food and you are still waiting to make an order is embarrassing! 4 cars behind wondering what's up and me waiting there like an idiot. Literally waited there to give our order for like 8 minutes. They give no discounts and also didn't even bother to say thank you for stopping in and apologizing. Service in Pigeon forge on Parkway and the on I. Sevierville on Dolly Parton are terrible. They trip the sensors so corporate thinks they are getting the cars through quickly. Just sat in line for 23 mins, when I started timing it with the truck 3 vehicles in front of me not leaving the speaker or allowed to order. Both these locations trip the sensors every visit. Just called the manager on duty, Rebecca, who said they had a $3,300 order of 33 items then corrected to $300. Asked for owner of this franchise, Chris, but wouldn't share his office number. Which is public record. Corporate needs to fix these stores. 13.3 million + visitors to our city every year. read more

My coworkers and I submitted online orders around 12pm on 12/26/24. We went to pick them up, and they did not have Heathers order at all, but had ours, and checked them in. Since they did not have Heathers order, we ordered hers in person, which they proceeded to Immediately make. Meanwhile, 30 minutes later, they Still did not have our online orders ready... we asked them, and they told us "there is still 5 orders ahead of you online so that's why you're waiting still" .. another 30 minutes and we finally had our food (mine and Jessie's), it was Cold.. even waiting that long! and Heathers was Extremely Cold waiting that long.. and they knew we were all together... We waited for over an hour in total... the place is a mess too.. we both submitted complaints and no one has gotten back to us... we are locals, and we will never come back to this store. This Taco Bell is located on the Parkway in Pigeon Forge, TN and we never come this way because there's a closer one where we live. However, we had an errand to run, so we decided to stop by at this location. As expected, there's a long line for drive-thru as we waited for our turn to order. We ordered our food and came to the window to pay. The girl at the window repeated our order and said "I'll be right back." She didn't come right away and we were waiting for approximately 30-40 mins and holding up the line--not our fault, but we don't like holding up. At the next window over, we saw one of the employees stick his head out the window and look our way. We weren't in a rush, but we had other things to take care of. I want to assume that they were having their lunch break bc we heard the employees talk giggle and talk, which I found utterly disrespectful while you have whole line of customers waiting. We understand the staff is low to pandemic and employees need lunch break, at least put out a sign saying "closed for lunch between this time to this time" so we aren't waiting our time wondering when the cashier will return. The cashier returned after 40 mins and apologized for the delay, and we drove over to the next window to get our food and drove off. I looked through the bag and noticed that 2 things weren't in the bag. We were already fed up, and didn't want to drive all the way back. Everyone on staff was friendly and prompt as possible even with a crowded drive thru and 2 parties placing orders before us. One caucasian man in his 30s to 40s complimented me on my tattoos and showed me his. Its an ink culture thing, if you dont have tattoos you wont understand. One of the worst fast food experiences I've ever witnessed. The car in front of us sat for 25 min at the pay window before driving off. We went up and sat at the window for an additional 10 min. Then said screw it and went to the pick up window. Once at the pickup window we were greeted by a lady who was clearly high as a kite and she said "you don't pay here you need to go back around". So we advised that we had sat there 30 min with no one coming to the window. She replied "I don't give a shit go back around" So to avoid having our food spit in we drove off and left. Had a terrible experience on Sunday February 20th 2022 at aprox. 11:15pm. Went to this taco bell, there was a tractor trailer in the entrance. I went around to the drive through line. There was 3 employees outside. Once in the drive through line, a lady approached my window telling me I would have to go all the way around so the TT could move. I couldnt go around due to vehicles in the way. I tried to turn around and move vehicles came in and blocked me further. I then couldnt go anywhere. Employees didnt stop further vehicles from coming in. TT never moved. I tried asking what was going on and the lady just walked off and locked the door. I then attempted to leave again in which the TT positioned directly in the center of the entrance had now put its ramp down so there was virtually no way to leave. I called the establishment and asked to talk to a manager. The man named "Jeff" said he was. I asked him what was going on and why he told the Tt to stay there and not manage the situation. He threw a fit, made excuses, cussed on the phone in which I have recorded and even called me a f***ing r****tard. Im sure you can also see all this on your cameras. Jeff could not do his job, acted with utter unprofessionalism, made excuse after excuse and as a local business owner, Ill never recommended or visit this location again. A breath of fresh air. I can't believe I'm saying this about a fast food restaurant, but I just received some of the best service EVER! From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcome and invited to be here. The restaurant was clean and about half full of customers. Drink station was clean and stocked, as was the salsa area. The lady that took my order was friendly and attentive and the food came fast and fresh. My order was correct and that's a plus! While I was eating, one of the employees came out, called me by name and asked how my food was. That's some great service! Don't worry about the bad reviews folks, because if this is an indication as to how this restaurant is ran, come on in. You won't be disappointed. Great job Taco Bell!! read more

As I the other person reviewing this Taco Bell, the restroom needs cleaning. Someone needs to mop the floors and basically they need to remodel the bathroom. Old worn out stained sink and faucet. The person who waited on me needs to smile and be friendlier. She acts like she don't want to be here. The fountain drink area is "malfunction junction". You walk up and get you drink and fill it. But you have to walk back and get your lid only to find the you wait for the person behind you to move forward. The lids need to be on same wall to the left as the drink machine is to more organized. On the plus side the food was great as always. menu items ordered: 3 soft taco supremes and a drink. The tacos were better than most normal Taco Bells as I was surprised. read more

That said, Taco Bell is my favorite fast food chain, but I couldn't be more displeased. The location is perfect, since it's centrally located in Forge, and on the way to Gatlinburg. I came wanting to get breakfast, but they didn't have eggs. Which was surprising since the place seems like no one goes there. I had 4 friends order before me, and then I was told to wait. The lady had to step up to the drive threw, but there was a younger lady who did nothing but watch. Maybe she could have been from corporate and evaluating the crew, but it didn't make sense that she stood there and watched me wait. the crew didn't seem like they wanted to be there, and my friends got the vibe that they didn't want us there either.
