My pizza was never delivered. When I called the location around 1:00 PM to inquire, the man who answered the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me. When I called back, I could hear him screaming at the driver, "Where did you deliver the fucking pizza?" He then told me the driver delivered it to the front desk of the hotel. I explained that I was currently working at the front desk and that no one had delivered anything. He hung up on me again. I called back once more and the driver got on the phone, screaming at me and telling me that if I "wasn't so dumb" and had put in the correct address and a valid phone number, I would have received my pizza. I attempted to calmly explain that the address and phone number were correct--I was speaking to them on the same phone number provided and standing in the lobby where the pizza was supposedly delivered. She then hung up on me as well. After that, calls were repeatedly answered and immediately disconnected. Another front desk associate called from the hotel to ask for a manager. The same man stated he was the manager. When asked for his name and the driver's name, both were refused. He then said, "We refunded your fucking pizza," and hung up again. As someone who works in the customer service industry, this behavior is appalling and completely unacceptable. We will never refer our hotel guests to this location again. We manage six properties in this area, and this experience will be shared with our guests and lodging teams. Do better. read more

Orders for delivery through door dash he waited over 25 minutes for food that was not ready when delivered the papadila had very little meat on it and it was dried out. Very disappointed. We ordered pizza on a Sunday evening for delivery because they were the only ones still delivering. The order was simple but done correctly and tasted great upon arrival. Ordered pizza and bread. Was told it was an hour and a half before it would be ready. That wasn't a problem and we planned accordingly when we placed the order. They said they will text us when our pizza was ready for pick up. We were next door at the go cart track, so that was fine. We used delivery from this location. First of all, the staff were rude and very inappropriate with me as a customer. Kept cutting me off in mid sentence. I placed four other orders from the same location and we all got charged the delivery charge. It took over an hour to get our pizzas. Then they were delivered by two different drivers for the same location ordered by the same person. When they got there, we had all gotten cheese pizzas. Not what we ordered.
