Had a late lunch here on a Wednesday afternoon. They have their own parking lot with additional parking in the back. There are GF and dairy free pizza options. They also have quite a large drink menu. I ordered a white sangria which was confirmed GF however when they brought the drink out it had a paper straw. I read that paper straws could contain gluten so I asked for it to be remade. My friend and I shared 2 GF pizzas. They only have 1 size and can make 4 speciality pizzas certified. We had a plain cheese and a kosmic karma. They brought out both pizzas separately to avoid cross contamination with the rest of the party. The pizzas were really good! We also shared a Gf brownie for dessert. The server was quiet and knowledgeable about the pizzas. Would def try here again. read more

We absolutely love mellow mushroom and almost fall out of our seats every time we have the Holy Shiitake pizza. At this particular location, while it was good, it just wasn't like the location in STL. STL's location has large, almost peels, of parmesan spread across the top, and it's that tanginess along with the savory mushrooms that make the pizza to die for. There was no parmesan on this pizza, which while the pizza was still good, it just didn't hit like the location I go to regularly. The ricotta on the Great White was nice and the blistered tomatoes were seasoned well and gave a nice sweet tang. It was a more mellow (haha) pizza and not super flavorful like the shiitake, but it was what I had expected it would be. The basil could have been a bit fresher and more aromatic, though. The ambiance was nice. We came during lunch on a weekday, so it wasn't super loud. read more

While at the Smokey Mountains, In the town of Pidgen Forge, we were looking for somewhere to eat and came across @mellowmushroompf, this place has a very cool vibe. We used to have a location near us and liked this place so we came here for dinner. They were relatively slow so I was pretty surprised we had bad service. Everything we asked for was forgotten and had to be asked for multiple times, our food came out without plates or napkins, our smallest child's food came out about 10-15 minutes before ours so he was done and had to be entertained while we were trying to eat. Disappointing visit. We arrived and ordered as a party of 4. Waited about 30 minutes and a party of 3 arrived behind us. They got their appetizers and pizza before we got any of our food. The waitress claimed the entire computer system accidentally shut down but that didn't explain how the people behind us got their meals before us. The burger bun was burnt on the top and the meat was so overcooked he spit it out. My wings were on the dry side, my salad was fine. Service was fine. The manager did offer to comp us with something else but at this point we were just ready to leave as we were not in the mood to try something else when they couldn't handle simple tator tots and we were already tired from the day. As a NY'er traveling in Tennessee, was just looking for a trendy place with no wait and that's what I got. The menu is placed into the wall and you decide what you want to eat, tell the cashier and pay. They'll hand you cups for soda and a table tracker so you can just go sit wherever you want and they'll find you. We ordered their regular pie and a Bacon, pineapple and ham pie (I know, like why does this even exist). We also got their wings, mild, and the pretzel bites. Seating was no problem. We just avoid the main section and went off the the side where they had separate soda machines and plates and it was away from the majority of the bustle. Our food came out quickly. I have to say the wings were a step beyond decent. Pretty darn good, they came in 1st place. Coming in 2nd place would be the pretzel bites with cheese dip. Very good and not really pretzels at all. Lastly and least is the pizzas. Fluffier crust than dominoes but I would group them into the same genre of pizza. It serves its purpose, fills you up and it is what it is. All in all, I would recommend only as a last option or for anything other than the pizza. Fun concoctions though. read more

Ubereats messed up getting our order. They couldn't pick it up when promised. After a hour and a half! We called the restaurant and spoke to the manager Jeff he cancelled the UberEats order, made us new pizzas so they were hot and got us table ready for when we arrived so we could eat right away. We were seated, and there was so much trash under the table we had to kick it all out so we could get our feet in under the booth. Begrudgingly, it was picked up by a waitress--like I made the mess myself or something. They had the SMALLEST on-tap selection of any MM ever. Not much local stuff. The pizza was OK. However, it seems they were running low on cheese and all the meats that night as this was the most scantly made pizza I have ever had. We ate the Mighty Meaty one. There were SEVEN pieces of pepperoni on top--SEVEN. There was at least 11/2 - 2 inches of crust all around. The crust was not crunchy because it was not cooked well at all. I'm saddened to call this a MM. I will not be back. I suggest you don't even bother. Go to a local place and give them a shot. read more

It's definetly a tourist place but the food was surprisingly good and they were able to accommodate vegans which is very difficult in this area. The place was crowded when we arrived and we had to wait for some time to get a table. Once we were sitted our server came and once we ordered the food was delivered pretty quickly. We both had a small pizza, mine made vegan with Follow your heart cheese and no butter and parmesan on the edges. Husband got a BYO and glass of Modelo beer. Both pizzas were delicious, good amount of toppings and vegan cheese, the dough was very tasty. One star less for the cleanliness, the bar area was pretty dirty on the floor and same for the kitchen, the entire floor was full of cornmeal.
