Vegetables are vegan if you ask for them to be sautéed in oil, otherwise it's margarine which may or may not have dairy in it. Our server was really helpful - even though we were a pain with all our questions, LOL We were brought out chips with salsa and a bean dip which had cheese in it, so that didn't work, but once we got that figured out, it was smooth sailing.
