I love this Taco Bell, they always make sure I leave content. Service is very good. I don't mind the robot either. Sometimes I prefer it over someone taking my actual order. And at times I will just order ahead and less of a hassle (: the food here is always good. I just wish they served the breakfast a little longer read more

We got screwed by this location again today ! I called in the phone to speak with them aboit kidding items. It rings a long time then says leave a message. Then someone hung up the phone. No burrito supreme, missing 2 taco supremes I was on the phone and I heard Dan repeat these items to them twice! Epic fail ! read more

This location is now using a bot to take orders in the drive through. The thing asks a million questions and also sucks at taking orders. Give REAL people back their jobs. read more

The empanada's are nasty, the crust was to hard. Bring back the meximelt. More salad items needed.

I went today in drive-through and there was an older man taking our order. Everything was fine until we asked him if there was nacho fries and the man told my boyfriend "it's on the menu boy" instead of just saying yes. The only reason we asked was because I know they have stopped serving them before. I felt like he was super rude by saying that. Also he didn't ask or offer any sauce just shoved the food in our car and was practically rushing us out of there with no cars behind us. When we got our nacho fries they were super crunchy like if they had been fried multiple times. In my opinion I have had several in counters with this man and just don't like the way he's has treated us in the past and he is just not great with customers. read more

I did a mobile order, once I got to the window I was there for almost 20 minutes waiting (people were honking) My tacos were so soggy they were gross and couldn't be eaten and I was missing a chalupa (not exactly cheap) I went on the app and they gave me $5 towards my next order..next order?! I'm not going back and I want a credit in my account read more

Worst. I ordered 10 regular tacos to go. 2 were 1/2 of a tortilla shell with nothing on them wrapped in the paper ???? 2 were taco shells with a little lettuce, nothing else. The other 6 were inedible crap. Please go bankrupt. Who is running this place??? read more

Filthy dining area. Disgusting and unusable bathrooms. Gross. Employees pretty uninspired.

They got my order wrong after taking way too long waiting in the drive thur. They didn't give me a complete box meal, they forgot the burrito in the box and a second chzy bean and rice burrito. read more

We were hungry after horseback riding Stopped by this place before three hours of driving San Jose was far I was tired to drive my car Taco Bell was by the freeway I decided to eat and stay. Cleanest Taco Bell I've ever seen It was a surprising scene Of course, I had the crunchy tacos and my daughter had nachos. They were all scrumptious As long as you're not pretentious. So much hate in other reviews Maybe I need to drink more booze? I have no complaints with customer service just don't do anything that makes you nervous. read more

I can't wait for AI to take over all of the fast-food industry. Especially this Taco Bell. I only eat here once a year if we are extremely hungry and worked a long day. But every time I do my order is wrong and I have a bad case of Diarrhea about 1-2 hours after eating it. The workers have bad attitudes, and no brain cells that work. I really weep for the future of this corporate swill. It gets worse every time I eat it, yet somehow, they keep building new locations. read more

Love me a Taco Bell that's quick and delicious. Ordered $45 worth of TB on our way home back to Sacramento and just needed something fast as we have about 4hrs left to go. Crunchwraps, chalupas, tacos and quesadilla with Baja blast. Crunchwrap stayed together well. They're not skimpy on amount of ingredients either so that was awesome. Thanks guys. read more

Prices go up, while quality & service go down!! I drove thru. I ordered one of the New Chipotle Cheddar Chalupa's with chicken. They gave me a flour tortilla with some chicken & cheese in it. We went back in and asked for it to be replaced. They said no. That's what you ordered. read more

So, I could have died if hunger waiting to have my order taken. When the staff member finally came to the counter, she was helpful and pleasant (I'm assuming the long wait was due to understaffing). One thing that bothered me a lot, was seeing a condiment squirt bottle laying on the kitchen floor! I didn't see anyone pick it up and use it to prepare food, but I also didn't see anyone pick it up and put it somewhere to be cleaned. The food was typical Taco Bell. read more

This is the place where workers are slower, this place should be called slow food, not fast food, it seems that employees are lazy to breathe, read more

So many reasons to stop here. The food is barely Taco Bell. The staff are beyond rude, don't work, super slow. I could have gone to a real Mexican restaurant at this pace. I mobile ordered ahead of time. I still have to wait 15 minutes. You've made it easier for me to not eat here read more

Had the "chicken bowl" There were 2 black beans, less than a spoon of chicken, the bowl had lots of lettuce. Most disappointing $10 meal. I've ordered this at other Taco Bells and definitely NOT close to the same read more

I'm so sick of ordering food without meat and getting home and finding meat! How hard is it to make something you already have on your menu

Ordered through the Taco Bell app. Half the order was missing. When we called Taco Bell they were extremely unhelpful. They wouldn't give a refund or resend the order. Best to pick up your food or, better yet, order somewhere else. There are a good amount of excellent local Mexican restaurants I regret not taking the extra time and ordering from. The "fast" part of fast food is just not worth it anymore. read more

Stopped by to say hi to friends and an employee, either a manager or someone who thinks she is was horrible. Sent the other employees to check the bathrooms stating a boy and a girl were in there together. My friend was the only one in the men's bathroom, his girlfriend sitting by my side. This accusation was quickly negated as they sent an employee to check the women's bathroom as well. I needed to pee and asked the same lady who seemed to be on one today for the bathroom code, she then accused my friend group of smoking in the bathroom stating the women's smelled like smoke when they checked it (i hadn't been to the bathroom yet) and stated she would be going in the bathroom to smell for smoke when I was done peeing. When she finally gave me the bathroom code, she gave it with attitude as well as threatening to kick us all out when we simply went to say hi to some friends who were there eating. Horrible management and worst 10 minutes in a Taco Bell... never thought someone would invest so much time and energy into 4 young adults who were there less than 20 minutes and didn't do a damn thing this lady was trying to accuse us of read more

If I can put 0 stars I would. It's not about any employees but about the stores(not only this store). I've gone many times to get food and the poor employees are short staffed over half of the time. You can tell that these poor people are stressed out trying their best to get out so many orders. Corporate you seriously need to do better. It is so sad to see and ridiculous, treat your workers better because if it wasn't for them these stores wouldn't be up and running. read more

Mess up drive through order literally every time. Not exaggerating.. check you order.

The worse, the absolute worse. Please think before you order. Our tacos not just cooled down but refrigerator cold. Like they took them from refrigerator and added cheese. Absolute gaggy. Basic Taco Bell quality when I went through the drive through it took 20 minutes from order to food ready on a Wednesday night at 730 I asked for extre cheese and onions on my burrito and the was a small blob of cheese at the very bottom and none on the rest of the burrito they need to learn how to spread the cheese rather than just plop a handful of cheese in 1 area. read more

Hey all, its me again! I've been in a really dark place (suicidal thoughts) and that's why I haven't been leaving reviews lately. Today, I got a bean burrito and let me tell you, shit gave me tingles it was so good. To say the least, this burrito strengthened my relationship god himself. After just one bite, it felt as if my spirit left my body and transcended to heaven. On the other hand, my friend Lily had a completely different experience. She got a chicken quesadilla and shit herself on the way home. I have never seen someone run so fast to the bathroom. Some may compare her to Usain Bolt. However, she stated that it was "totally worth it bro". To sum it up, this Taco Bell changed my view on love and happiness. There is hope for us all. Love and peace, your favorite food critic. read more

Leaving this review because I had an amazing experience with a manager named Jenny she went above and beyond to help me with an order while she was being professional and nice! read more

I usually love going to this Taco Bell, but now I do not like it after my last visit. I only get spicy potato soft tacos which comes with potatoes, lettuce, and shredded cheese on a tortilla. This time, it came with very little potatoes, a pinch of lettuce, and very little cheese. I even asked prior to confirming my order for there to be a good amount of food on it. When I got home, I had to add my own cheese and lettuce. I wish they would be mindful and add a normal or at least decent amount of contents in it. I will now be going to the Taco Bell in Atascadero even though it's further. This problem usually only happens during night staff is working. I would love to come back if you guys fix your toppings and portion sizes! Please and thank you. Please feel free to respond back. read more

This is the worst service I have ever had at a taco bell. The crew had gotten multiple consecutive orders incorrect and showed no effort in tightening up the accuracy of orders. We had to order again and show receipts and explain other customers had taken our food and left. read more

I ordered a crunch wrap supreme and they literally smeared the thinest layer of meat on it. It was almost impossible to find! Tasted gross!

I have never waited 45 minutes in a drive through in my 30 years of life. This is ridiculous! No apology for the wait just, "what sauce do you want". And on top of that our order was completely wrong. Absolutely do not recommend read more

This place doesn't have wifi!?! What the heck! That's all I really cared about. The customer service was blah... The guy that took my order didn't seem as if he wanted to be there. I Would have gave a 5 star if the cleaning person by me didn't do what she did when I was having my lunch. My order was right, the time was right just upset about that. read more

Shut the front door! The remodel here has got Taco Bell looking like Chipotle's. I'm not kidding you. The makeover is glamorous compared to what it was before and I hear it was a long time coming makeover. The food here is average Taco Bell food. It's not crap (unless you already associate this place with crap food) and it's not outstanding, but it rides the middle road fairly well. Which is okay for these kinds of places. I find the in-restaurant customer service experience to be very quick as opposed to going through the drive-thru. The drive-thru can be miserably slow at times. Seriously though, check out the makeover. It shocks you every time. read more

I don't know why it smelled like ass when we walked in, but it did. I doubt this is a reflection on the normal state of things at this restaurant, but when we walked into this location, it just plain reeked. Otherwise, typical TB food. The outdoor seating isn't the prettiest, but it's a good place to ge away from the stench inside. The drive thru looked pretty solid. I have to think that next time, that might be the way to go for this store. Also, not one of the newer locations or new designs. Jut a typical, slightly run-down, and apparently smelly Taco Bell. read more
