I walked in at 8:51, the 6 employees were cleaning up and enjoying each other's company. They hadn't even started my order. After I gave them my name, they got tortillas out. Then 2 people walked into the restaurant to dine in, and received their entire order before they added the rice to my burrito. After they finally made my 4 inch long burritos, they placed my pickup order in the drive through shelf, despite the fact that I placed a walk in pickup, and it sat long enough to go cold! Thanks Chipotle! It's honestly the worst franchise in the country.
