Of all the many times that I have been to a Culver's this location stands out for its cleanliness service and quality.

We placed an order for 2 fish sandwiches for pick up and told them to be sure they were not overcooked like the last ones we got from there. When we picked them up we eventually found a guy was walking around the restaurant with them on a tray. They were for pick up to go. They were still overcooked, bun very dry and not much cheese or lettuce on them. This place has been bad now for awhile and no improvement any time we've gone back. We won't go back again. read more

My review is for this location only. We decided to stop in for lunch and try this regional fast food chain. Since it's a regional chain, we wanted to try the regional specialties, so we ordered a couple butter burgers with cheese and a side of fried cheese curds. We also got some frozen custard to-go. The burgers were quite tasty, I can see how the butter would enhance the overall flavor of the burger, however, the quality of the beef patty seems comparable to other fast food joints. The cheese curds, on the other hand, was a revelation. They were hot, melty, and delicious. The custard was okay. The texture seems denser than ice cream and it was a tad too sweet for me. It was a scorching day and didn't feel like cooking, so Culver's came to mind. Decided I would go and get a value basket with a water. I first want to know, is why do you advertise the butter burger 25k sweepstakes, if you purchase a 22oz drink or a value basket, BUT you don't give codes for drinks larger than that????? I purchased a deluxe DOUBLE bacon burger value basket, large. No code was on the card. The way it's worded is if you purchase a 22oz drink or a value basket...meaning either or. The guy was at least nice enough to go get me a medium cup with a code on it. Shouldn't the value basket itself have a code on it??? I got home and was ready to dive into my burger, when I noticed my burger patties weren't even really patties!!! It looked like someone didn't know how to cook and my patties were burnt!!! The worse thing was, the so-called patties that weren't patties...they looked like scrapings!!!! It looked like half of both of my patties got stuck to the grill, and instead of firing off two more patties, it was scraped off of the grill and thrown onto the bun with some cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. To make it seem like the burger was bigger, they put a ton of pickles on the sandwich. I hate to tell you this, but this does NOT supplement the loss of the patties I was supposed to have!! We always have great food at this location. Service is also spot on! The restaurant is always clean (bathrooms, dining area, straw/lid ketchup area). We most recently went between the storms on 7/23/2022 as we had no power so we decided to get supper out. This location was a nice change of pace from our dark, silent house! read more

I was so disappointed in the fish sandwich. Fish was overdone, seemed like it had been reheated. Bun was mushy. I remember their fish as being much better than this. The fries were still okay. For being Culver's and busy, I understand they can mess up orders, but It's wrong about 50% of the time.

The person waiting on us had no clue. I asked for a cranberry bacon bleu salad. He didnt know if it was a salad or a sandwich or what it was. I repeated it 5 times. He didn't know where it was on the screen. Then, our wait time was over 10 minutes....and THEN, we got back on the road, NO salad dressing. So, I guess I won't be eating. Probably the best bacon deluxe burger I have had under $7. It's fresh, cooked to order and amazing juicy. And not the juicy that makes a mess everywhere! The experience at Culver's for me has never been remotely negative. Even when it's busy the employees are friendly and always, always smile! Even if you change your mind they are all there to help out. The burger I ordered tonight was the single bacon deluxe. I ordered all the toppings; ketchup, mustard, onion lettuce mayo and pickles. Even the lettuce was fresh. Not browned or soggy. The bun felt and tastes like it was just baked. The fries on the side were cooked fresh and still hot. Not the way some do where they refry a already cooked fry to make it got again. This was fresh! The drink side was easy to do but once agin served with a smile and out of a clean drive they window. VERY disappointed and disgusted that you're out of walleye TWO WEEKS before Easter!! I tried to order on Saturday, was told they'd just run out! Since it's a very popular item only served through Lent, I assumed there would be an overnight delivery. I pulled into the Drive-thru today and specifically ASKED if there was any walleye. Was told YES so placed my order, drove around to the window only to be told that, in fact, there was none to be had. I ordered from a young man by the name of Jaiden and he not only had to be told my order 3 times I still got the wrong food after my 1 hour wait! Great place to eat! We go through the drive thru every Friday we're in town. I knocked it down a star because lately we've had problems with our orders not being quite right & finding out after we drove away. Things like missing French fries, or fries put into bag upside down; no napkins; ketchup on burgers for someone who really, really dislikes ketchup (mustard & pickles only, please). The SMOKY CHEDDAR BACON & MUSHROOM BUTTERBURGER is the BEST fast food burger I've had anywhere, anytime - and that includes my hometown favorite, IN-N-OUT, which is awesome by any standard - and Five Guys, which I regard highly, too. It compares favorably with much more expensive burgers at the The Counter. The chocolate shake compared favorably with the best I've had, too. My 91 year old mother and I were shocked to find out that our local Culver's - and apparently all Culver's - no longer serve chicken dinners. We'd been enjoying that several times a month for years. There was no advance notice given to their customers. It may have been a "lower volume menu item" but it's what we went there for, and in our opinion it was the best item on the menu. We turned around and walked out and went somewhere else to eat. We won't be back soon, certainly not as regular customers. The best Yelp rating I can give it now is two stars - "I've experienced better" - because it was much better when it used to serve one of the best chicken dinners in town.
