The food came quickly. Everything that came was what was ordered. The taste was okay, which is my issue with taco bell at times. Nothing is very good or outstanding. It's just ok. I had the Mexican pizza, once again it wasn't bad. However, the food didn't come hot, but it was delivered so that could have been the reason. This review is for mobile app ordering: The last few times we've craved Taco Bell, we tried this restaurant because its counterpart on Main Street is terrible. This restaurant, even thought a bit farther from our house, is the best Taco Bell I've ever been to. They pay attention to the mobile order. If you order 3 hot sauce packets of each flavor, you better believe all of them are there (plus some). The food looks and tastes like the commercials advertise it. It's extremely well executed. The restaurant inside is impeccably clean and every employee is perfectly friendly. You may think this is only a fast food establishment, but trust me, it's worth the stop. read more

This Taco Bell location has been a favorite of mine for almost 10 years. When I moved to the other side of Stamford and was closer to another Taco Bell location, I never went to my original location again. However, because the one on East Main Street has become utterly terrible and I refuse to continue my business there, I have come back to the ol' trusty. And ol' trusty is right. They have never screwed up an order and the staff are always friendly and quick in service, no matter how many employees I've seen come and go. The management has their you-know-what together unlike the other location. If you're craving Taco Bell, make the extra trip to go to Exit 5 instead of Exit 9. They'll treat you better. read more

It has been YEARS since I had Taco Bell- and mg husband never had it before due to dietary issues. We ordered through the app and were extremely surprised. The food was put together very well, it was fresh, and overall great experience to make us want to order again. My only gripe is they could put more meat in the crunch wrap and quesadillas- it was a lot of tortilla. I want to specifically shout out Thomas, who usually works the drive through. He's always super friendly and makes sure we have everything we ordered. The other nearby Taco Bell in Stamford is such a train wreck, my wife and I would drive all the way across town to visit this location even though we were only a could blocks from the other. This location isn't fancy or new, but the employees care about doing a good job, which is more than I can say of about 99% of fast food locations.
