Taco bell had an ad for a free breakfast biscuit, so I decided to come in and try it since I never had the breakfast. Call me cheap, but I only came in for the biscuit. Manager gave me a free drink because she advised me it will be a long wait. She was right. I waited almost 25 minutes. Turns out, they no longer have sausage and offered me a bacon instead. I'm eating it right now and it's semi cold. Really hope I don't get food poisoning. I only gave it 3 stars because of the generous drink offer and one of the cashiers brought my biscuit out to my table. read more

Taco Bell makes a great selection of food, which THIS location always manages to screw up. I can't remember the last time I drove through this store location and they got my order correct. Every single time. It's the only reasonable option for Taco Bell near me, so ya gotta do what ya gotta do. But I wish their quality control was better. They forget at least one item every single time. I have to pull into a parking spot and check before I leave EVERY time. And there's ALWAYS something missing. Without fail. Tacos that felt crafted straight from the clayed and callused hands of a hard working owner of a hacienda from El Paso. The robustly seasoned beef, the crisp lettuce, the home style cheese. When they mispelled my name I realized that I had been disconnected from the culture of authentic Mexican Americans. A wake up call that has brought me into my New Mexican family at the newburgh Taco Bell. By the time I left, I was proudly saying to fellow travelers "bienvenido a la Taco Bell" excited that they would share the same experience as me. I work across the street from this Taco Bell and I go here for for lunch it's great there morning crew always gets the food right and is very polite I made the mistake of coming here after hours !!! When I arrived it wasn't quite midnight yet so a employee let us in and said we could order inside still when we walked up to the counter we were immediately told were closed you can't order inside . So we went thru the drive through the whole order was wrong I was charged for extra meat on my tacos and burritos and it wasn't there I had to walk back up to the window and explain and show my receipt just to then get 2 tacos with extra meat instead of 3 and no burrito just a real bad experience don't think I'll ever be back this late . read more

Taco Bell is my default Mexican place. Consistency is great from store to store and state to state. Ordered usual from craving menu spicy tostadas, rice and beans cheesy burrito, triple layer nachos and apple empanadas all for less then six bucks. Free water of course! So that was my meal at nine pm. Service was fast and hot fillings. Drive up was really busy but store was basically empty. "Yo Quero Taco Bell!" Damn I love Taco Bell and while some may think it's gross and served with mystery meat fillings I still love it! I don't think one exists in this area for at least 20 miles so I'm always up in this joint! Usually, when you stand in front of the counter trying to waive someone down and asking politely if you can ask them a question the workers will stop and answer your question. Not here. My fiance went here tonight to get dinner for our family. All I wanted was a cheesy gordita crunch. That's literally ALL I was craving! He told the employee at the drive through "a cheesy gordita crunch with no ranch sauce", the ranch sauce makes me sick, so I can't eat it. The employee responded "that does not come with ranch sauce". Normally I'm the one who orders the food since he's usually working but, since he has off tonight, I said I'd sit with the kids while he ran. He gets home with the food so I grab my gordita crunch and instantly smell the ranch. Nobody else in my house likes a gordita crunch so it goes in the garbage. I live 20 minutes away so it's not like I can just easily run back and get a new one! They need to either learn to actually LISTEN to their customers on what they do and don't want on their food or learn what is and isn't on their food! read more

They can't get an order right! Went through drive thru & had to repeat self 4 times! When I got my order & looked through it, it wasn't even my order! Not a single item in the bag was something I said the 4 times I was ordering. Turned around, parked, went inside to get what I actually asked for & still was faced with it being difficult. Had to tell them yet again what I ordered, they "had to verify" that I did such through their drive thru, then tried to charge me!!! I already paid for someone else's order, I'm not paying again or any sort of difference if there is one. After all that, they handed me my order, I decided to check it right then & there & yet again, was missing an item. The cashier, Carol, tonight was very thorough! Yes the wait was a little long yes, but she is good at what she does! When ordering at the drive thru, everything was please and thank you and can I offer you anything else? Once you arrive at the window, she is a little cold Bc she's busy of course but she is still courteous with you. Once the order is done and she has the bag in hand, she goes through the bag and receipt with you to make sure that everything is in your bag that was ordered. We happened to be missing something, she quickly went to grab it and apologized for it, and we were on our way! read more

I usually get my tacos vegetarian and they have never messed up and always through in extra veggies. They are quick too! Walk in around 1230 for lunch . The smell of urine takes your breath away, in a disgusting way! Look at the board to see what we want, order a nacho fries box, and even though it's on the menu board, it's no longer available. I love it here! As a town of Newburgh resident I go here for a quick lunch time to time. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Never have had a problem with the quality of the food and I just tried the breakfast which is amazing lol the cinobon balls are out of this world. Only complaint is that the dining area is in need of a major renovation it's still the same from like 10 years ago. I went to the one in middletown and it looks futuristic and awesome with TVs! read more
