My nephew and I came in for a late lunch on Wednesday 12/11/24 around 2pm. There were a couple other people there, but it wasn't packed. I had the birria quesadilla and it was so freaking good! The grilled cheese on the outside of the tortilla took it to the next level. The meat was tender and very flavorful. The consumé it was served with was delicious and I added a squeeze of lime making it even better. My nephew had a chicken and cheese quesadilla with extra sour cream on the side. It's only good now if you're ordering it in person and watching them make it. I was wondering why my online orders stopped tasting as good, had terrible quality and the flavoring was way off. Well, upon entering to order in-person after two (2) botched online orders, I figured out the issue. Apparently they have a new hire, or someone who maybe inexperienced handling pickup orders. I saw that one person struggling, while the rest of them worked the actual line for in-store orders. Not one worker was helping in pick up, so I'm assuming the person handling it is doing the best they can with however many orders coming through. It made sense why every pick up order was horrible. Add that in, to having online orders that I can't use, because I don't trust Bubbakoo's when picking up after being burnt on 2-3 pickup orders. At this point, I (do) wish we had a Chipotle in the area. Welp. The food was good while it lasted. If you're ordering on the spot, go for it. If you're ordering mobile, best of luck and you've been warned. read more

Needed something quick and have been wanting to try Bubbakoo's. I got the Buffalo chicken quesadillo with extra cheese. She did great on the extra cheese... so cheesy! They also gave me some Nashville Hot and Ghost Pepper sauce to dip with and both were really good. Ghost pepper is definitely hot!. Even though it was 19 mins before closing, everyone was kind and curious. Forgot the Pic of my quesadillo, but it was really delicious and not horribly expensive. I never really try burrito places but decided to give this one a shot. First, it's very easy to create your own bowl, taco, or burrito. The signs with choices for everything are very easy to read, and if you don't know how to order, it makes it foolproof. I started with a burrito with brown rice, grilled chicken, cheese, Pico, and sour cream. I know it sounds pretty boring, but it was delicious and filling. That and a soda came to 14.50. It's a little pricier than I would have liked but still very decent food. The staff were very friendly and it's a nice spacious place to eat. Move over Chipotle!! This place was recommended to me by my hair stylist who says they order from here often. She advised me to order online, which I did and good thing I listened. This place can get packed and for good reason. The food was delicious! Take a look at my photos to see all the options this place offers. We ordered a steak and shrimp burrito, chicken bowl, buffalo curly fries and chips and guacamole. Let me tell you, the food was amazingly good! The guacamole is really good! found a menu outside a supermarket after shopping on the ground and went to try here. the staff here is pretty friendly and patient with me since it was my first time here, also the staff here are always moving and working, I don't think anyone was stand still for minute, so good to see fast service. I order a steak and shrimp burrito with ghost pepper sauce, white rice, black beans, hot salsa, sour cream and ranch dressing. also a order of fried Oreos with raspberry sauce. all filling and topping in my burrito tasted fresh and hand made. felt little bad since they had trouble closing my burrito since I had a lot of fillings. hah. now the fried Oreos are were amazing and bring back memories of the county fairs of years past. raspberry sauce drizzled on top was amazing, so glad I choose it over caramel. plus one of workers walked around with people eating asking if they enjoyed their meal, I was appreciative of warm service. overall great choices here and great service, i usually get cheated at burrito places, but here i got my money worth and left happy. read more

I wouldn't say this place is a Chipotle knock off because they offer other things chipotle doesn't (just take a look at their menu). I think it's a unique spot for its location (I remember how dead this area was before they added Starbucks, Bubbakoo's, etc to this plaza). They have their own brand and thing they are trying to do, I give them that. The times I have ordered I had a good experience. The food was satisfying and fresh. I ordered a list of items using the Uber Eats app. We were happy that food finally came and we were starving. We quickly unwrapped the food and unfortunately found out that it was missing an item. Mistakes happen and we completely understand. However, they were completely unreasonable. Not impressed at all with the lack of customer service from the woman who made the burritos we ordered. No smile, no hello. This place is new, make customers want to come back! The beans and meat needed some serious stirring before putting it on our tortilla. It looked dry and crusty. Stir that up to make it appear fresh! Her attention seemed to be on two other customers behind us who were in a conversation with the man who I believe was the owner. Finish with us first. We watched as she joined in their conversation as she folded our burritos and put the wrong meat in mine after telling her 2 times what I wanted . I saw one review of this place and the person gave it 5 stars. I don't normally go to a place with 1 rating but we decided to try it. First off the staff were rude and barely understood english. The meat and topping you choose to make your taco.. burrito etc was so dried up in the containers it didnt look appealing at all... tacos I ordered had more on the tray then in the shell. Taste wise it was just a dry tasteless tacos. For a new business opening up in an area with a number or places serving the same type of food... they need to step up or it will become another vacant space. Overall, good food and service! However, when I used Uber Eats to order food delivery, I called to request tamper-proof food packaging, which they really didn't provide. Using staples or a huge sticker on the carton or bag closure would be nice. All they provide is scotch tape on the carton, which isn't tamper-proof.
