I had questions regarding the recent decision to take the strawberry breeze off the menu & if they had anything similar & she offered the passionfruit syrup mixed with the crème one & BABY that ingenuity can't be faked! I loved that experience. We come often, maybe twice a month to get our grilled cheese steak burritos (very disappointing that they took that off the combo menu AGAIN) but this experience made me remember to give them a shout out on yelp, where people like to complain instead of share their positive experiences. I don't eat fast food much anymore but Taco Bell used to be my favorite. Stopped by later at night after Top Golf. The drive-thru had a short line of cars but we were the only ones who ate in the restaurant. We were able to order on touch screens (my first time ever doing so) which made it easy to browse the full menu and make selections. I went with my all time favorite, the Mexican Pizza, and a few items off the value menu (crunchy taco, spicy potato taco, and a cheesy bean and rice burrito). The restaurant was surprisingly clean and organized. The food tasted just like I remember Taco Bell tasting, good for what it is, and it came out hot. I also thought the value was pretty decent for the amount of food I ordered. I'm definitely not going to make a habit of eating fast food, but if I do get a craving I wouldn't hesitate to come back here. read more

Don't know what happened in the past 11 months. But my last two visits were not good. Missing items both at drive thru and when we ate inside. They did fix it, but what the heck. Staff seems bothered when there. The manager tries to make things right, but his staff seems to be taking the place down. Inside was fairly clean. Parking lot had trash all over. It's about time this Taco Bell location opened up in my hometown! I feel like everyone and their mom in this town was waiting for this location to open for business. Of course this Taco Bell is brand-spanking new so it's incredibly clean and has that super modern look that all new fast food restaurants are adopting nowadays. I was able to order on the screens and get my food in less than 5 minutes. Tried out their regular and spicy crispy chicken sandwich tacos (Is it a sandwich or a taco??? Real questions need real answers lmao). They were much much smaller than I thought. Both of them could have fit in the palm of my one hand, honestly. Don't get me wrong, they tasted good and they were basically chicken tenders on a tiny round of pita bread, but what more can you expect from a fast food restaurant? Taco Bell's chicken sandwich taco is definitely not in my top list in search for the best chicken sandwich out there, so if you're looking for one, this isn't it -- I recommend sticking to what you know best: tacos, crunchwraps, and burritos. I ordered 3 items while leaving work because this location is on the way to my house from work, I pull-up to the location and see cars extended all through the parking lot. I decide it's not worth the wait so I call the number and ask them to cancel my order, I was told to wait a second while I could hear the person on the phone ask who I asume would be a manager. He then told me no he can't cancel it and that it's already made I park and go inside and then told I need to wait a minute. I ended up waiting over 15 minutes for 3 items. While waiting mutiple door dasher or delivery drivers got mutiple bags of food while I sat there waiting almost a half hour, I was trapped because if I left I wouldn't get a refund and was lied to because my order was definitely not ready I even asked the lady at the front who I spoke to and she had no clue, I get tacobell really often because the bundles are a good bang for your buck but after this I think I'll just look for deals elsewhere read more

We went thru the drive thru tonight and girl was friendly but couldn't accept the large bill, which is understandable since it was evening. When we got home half our order was missing and when I called the girl to explain my order was missing items she hung up on me and when I called back I asked the girl if I could send my son to get the missing items and she said no because she knows she put it all in the bag. I reiterated that alll we received were the nachos, she said come back tomorrow and when I asked who should I ask for she said not me bc I won't be here and hung up. our order number was 533 .. we receives rude service because of their mistake .. it's tacos not gold. read more

Decided to try this one out and I was so disappointed. I stood inside for 10 minutes not even acknowledged or told that they would be right with me. There was 3 people working and only one car in the drive through. One of the employees was just playing on Her cell phone. I finally walked out and went to another establishment. The food is always hot, tasty, and fast. It's nice that they're open late too. The managers are friendly and attentive.

Food is decent usually. Drive through line has occasionally taken me 30+ minutes for 6 cars. Food orders have had missing/incorrect items over 50% of the time. The one thing it did have going for it was that you could go grab a quick bite at 11 at night if you needed something. Apparently they close now at 10pm every night of the week now though, which is kind of ridiculous. read more

On Saturday evening July 24th my wife and I had a pickup at this Taco Bell. Terrible, we waited a good 20 minutes and we were only 4 cars back and when we did get our meal the tacos had next to nothing in them , unfortunately you don't know that until you get home. I think we'll stay away from this Taco Bell for a while and maybe try again in a couple of months. read more
