I ordered at the drive through and was asked to wait out front so they could finish the nacho fries. I pulled around and didn't bother checking my order when she came out as I figured with the extra time they surely wouldn't miss anything. I ordered a Mexican pizza, the nacho fries, and a chicken quesadilla meal; THREE things! They didn't give me the complete quesadilla meal. They left out the taco. 5 years later and still a HORRIBLE experience. They had gotten a bit better so I stopped there about once a month on average. Quite expensive!! They always make at least one error each visit. Usually it is when I pay extra for sour cream and they forget it. Or, it is that I ask for no tomatoes and they leave them on. My usual order is the chalupa meal, they often use the chicken even when I specify beef. And the chalupas are usually cold and crunchy!! Today I decided [again] not to ever return to this Taco Bell. I spent over $31 for 2 meals plus tortilla chips. They got the cold Chalupa meal correct except they gave me diet Pepsi rather than regular Pepsi. I also order three tacos supreme with no tomatoes and only one had sour cream and all three had tomatoes. I also got a diet Pepsi with this meal instead of the Pepsi that I ordered. I had asked for the receipt but, of course, they didn't include it in the bag like they usually do, so I couldn't check for the accuracy of my order. It looked fine on the screen. Guy at window was good, I believe it is the folks who make the food that are to blame. I had to eat my lunch immediately because I was on my lunch break. Refused to answer at the speaker box when we arrived at 1:21am website states they closed at 2:00am. Refused service and only served their friend in the car in front of us. Tried calling, no pick up or voicemail to fix my order so I'm left with this review & calling my credit card company. I ordered 7 items and only received 4. 2 which were NOT what I ordered (they got my drink and 5 pieces of disgusting chicken bites right but no sauce!) Try explaining to a child they need to eat something besides their 5 items they eat in life. The bag did not look right but the person at the drive up window was very irritated already so I just asked if my whole order is in the bag, the person gave me attitude to the point that I apologized for bothering him. What we did receive was the worst quality I have ever received since buying from the 1970. The pizza wrap was as thin as the old tostada and in the same thin paper wrap from that era and not in a box. I did not receive the Lux box and the manager said it was in the shelf. they need to check cam to verify whether the driver screwed up or they did. My experience was 5-star! Wish I got the name of the young man working the drive through. He was so calm and courteous, even with a line of cars behind us. Pleasantly surprised with this Taco Bell. I did a mobile order at midnight a few days ago but sent my boyfriend to pick it up, while I stayed on the phone with him. The guys working sounded really nice and genuinely happy to be there. We made a few customizations and they were all fulfilled correctly. My green salsa and other salsas were in the bag as well. I Requested No Tomatoes in my Taco Supreme & had ordered two & both had Tomatoes! There was a Taco not Supreme without Tomatoes but no Sour Cream. My Burrito Supreme also had Tomatoes! I can not stomach their unripe cheap not even red Tomatoes! My bill was $29.29 for only two people & I only got one Drink! I returned the one Taco Supreme, but the one without Tomatoes did not have Sour cream? Happy Employees wages got raised but better training & better service & better product should come with higher wages! Well, despite being a MB resident more than five decades, I hadn't stopped at this TB in acouple of years. I gave up years ago because the drive-through was probably the slowest in the nation. Not anymore. I was impressed how quick this drive-through transaction went. Last-minute decision to stop because there were zero cars in the drive-through. I had seen MANY advertisements on TV for the new Luxe variety boxes selection. Adverts on TV always look. Many, many years ago Taco Bell was my go to option for a quick bite. I chose the nine dollar box only to be disappointed. That's on me. The value for fast food these days doesn't pencil out. Not just Taco Bell but every burger franchise too with a couple of exceptions. The New World that we all live in...... everything is overpriced. I was in and out with my purchase in less than a minute. I was happy about that. The cashier at the window was semi friendly and quick. The gentleman did not ask if I wanted napkins or sauce and I forgot to request those items. Oh well. I'll give it another try sometime in the future and maybe get lucky with a better experience. Today at exactly 7am, I pulled up to the drive-thru and they were still getting ready (which is valid) and so I decided to back out of the drive-thru and park to go inside. As soon as I entered, they were ready for me with a smile and they had my coffee ready for me soon after I'd ordered. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There was music in Spanish playing at a perfect volume and they had turned the lights on at what I believe was the best part of this song I'd never heard before.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant was clean, beautifully organized, and had a really nice ambiance.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When my food was ready, the person who made it for me handed it to me personally and gave me a smile as he thanked me. When I ate, the sausage breakfast Crunchwrap was perfectly made with fully melted cheese and a nice amount of filling. The Cinnabon delights iced coffee (I didn't know they had hot too) was perfectly sweet and delicious. I went to the Taco Bell in Morro Bay this evening and ordered from the kiosk. There were 4-5 employees working and yet, they still managed to mees up my order. It seems that they don't actually read the details of the order. For example. no red sauce but, add green sauce. There were multiple mistakes made. I'm giving a one star for service. I ordered breakfast burritos on the Taco Bell app for pick-up. When I got there to pick up my order, I was informed that somebody had already claimed the order by the door dasher. I mentioned that it's not for a door dash but for pick up. When I asked if the staff members had verified the information (i.e.; name, order number, etc.) of the person who picked up the order, I was given blank stares. Realizing their mistake, the lady staff member immediately started to work in my order. I ordered thru the app to save time but I ended up waiting for 20 minutes plus to complete my order. Door dash was fast but our order was wrong in many ways. 2 items out of 13 items were correct while the rest were totally messed up and the sauce was old, since I've worked at a Taco Bell before. My family and I were on vacation and decided to drive into Morro Bay to get Taco Bell for our kids at their request. Upon entering the dining room 1 of the ordering kiosks wasn't working so we had to wait for our turn to order. Once we ordered we realized we were unable to order the new chicken nuggets on the kiosk. This is where our visit took a turn for the worst. I went up to the counter to order them. There was one person ahead of me l, also wanting to order the nuggets. We tried multiple times to get the attention of the young man working the drive thru. He came over and took the order if the guy in front of me and said I have to go back to the drive thru window. I replied with an ok but please come back. I waited over 2o min waiting for him to come back. In that time another customer came in and wanted to order the nuggets as well. We were told they are short staffed and the drive thru customers are their main priority. At one point the drive thru worker told me he would get to me when he is finished and a gentleman on the food line told me if I'd use the app or the kiosk I would be having this issue. He said he was told to only do the drive thru orders. After about 25 min a lady came and clocked in and helped us. She kept apologizing for her coworkers attitudes and behaviors. Once our chicken was ready it set in the counter and my home not my number was called. I went to the counter to ask about them and they were there. The nuggets we good although they we quite over done and Luke warm. Typically we live Taco Bell and we have never had an experience like this. I was completely shocked at the employees behaviors and attitudes. One gentleman went behind the counter to get his own cup because we couldn't get any help. If I could give 0 stars I would! We arrived in Morro Bay late, and after checking into our hotel we looked for dinner. Nearly all places nearby were closed and Taco Bell was open late. We did the drive-thru. Because my husband is a pescatarian and I'm not, he ordered vegetarian-friendly items. Since I ordered items with meat, we asked if the order items with meat be packed in a separate bag from the vegetarian ones. Silence. Then, "Sorry I don't understand." We repeated the request but got another "Sorry." So we said never mind. We figured we'd just sort through it at the hotel. Fast forward to hotel: As suspected nothing is labeled with what has meat or not, so I have to open all wrappers to check inside to see if there's meat or not. They replaced nearly everything (except for one) with black beans - no meat anywhere! As a meat eater I can tell you that Taco Bell with no meat and just black beans is not that appetizing (for me!). I was really annoyed. We were also missing a chalupa. Then I decide to try the dessert item that looks like a popover with cream cheese inside (forgot the name). I've had it before at other Taco Bells and enjoyed it. The one included in this meal? Dripping with oil. Like, you can see the oil oozing out of it. It leaked so much that the bag it's in is drenched. It's like they just took it out of the fryer straight into the bag without first draining it. I even tried gently squeezing oil out with napkins - nope! These glistening balls continue to sweat oil. We ended up just trashing them. I ordered 12 supreme tacos and they gave me the normal tacos. We went to ask and about them and the changed them. When they were giving us the tacos, they threw them to me. In addition they gave us 9 tacos out of the 12 tacos order. I do not recommend this Taco Bell. Especially the old lady that was rude to us. read more
