So I ordered four grilled cheese burritos when I was parked in this Taco Bell's parking lot and when I got in line, there were three or four cars in front of me and technically once you're supposed to get up to the window, they should already have their order ready for you so that you can get going I had to wait a couple of moments For my order. Maybe they were shorthanded or something but I still got my food pretty quickly and they tasted great although I would've wanted probably more cheese. In fact, I think because they were trying to quickly put them together. I think they kinda jerk me out of a little bit a bit of the cheese that should be on the burritos, but other than that, they were still tasty and I will still be coming back because I do like what I like and to be fair and honest Taco Bell gets shit on by a lot of people these days. read more

i live in bay view and I go here pretty much every Tuesday or Thursday if I'm playing a sport that night after midnight. Every time, staff has been extremely friendly and my order has never been wrong. They always give extra sauce packets and food has never been cold unlike most other tbells. As a manager at a fast food place, I am so utterly disappointed in the repeated poor service my family and I have received. In the 3 times I've been to this one, here are the problems: nacho fries not seasoned at ALL (they basically gave us regular fries), my 3 hard shell tacos were soggy and felt like a soft shell. Cheesy roll ups were barely rolled and had barely any cheese in it. Paid 60¢ for an extra cup of jalepeno sauce and every single time they forget it. They commonly forget food items as well. I expect at least decent service when I'm spending $70 to get Taco Bell for the family. Never going here again even though it's like a 5 minute drive. Absolutely disappointed. read more

I get teased all the time for liking Taco Bell. Well, I'm only half-Mexican and Taco Bell is like, a good fit for me! This Bell on Layton near the Airport is one I hit up on my drives into town when I need a quick bite. Employees are super duper nice and everything's made quick and fresh. The Drive-Thru makes me giggle. You follow the signs for the drive-thru and go back back back, not knowing when it will end, you finally hit trees and shrubs and then get redirected. The worst experience! I ordered via Doordash. The driver was excellent, no complaints there. But I was missing items and what I got wasn't prepared as ordered. The tacos came without Taco sauces. The Mexican pizza came without jalapenos. I never did get the cinnamon crisps I ordered and paid for. When I called the store, I was handed off to the evening manager. She said I'd have to drive to the store and all she could give me was the sauces. I said but then my food is cold and she said well you're only missing the sauces. And I said but I'm missing the crisps too and she said well we could give you those too. But the whole reason I ordered doordash is because I need a delivery. And she said there was nothing more she could do. She said I'd have to drive to the store to get the missing items but there was no refund and no redelivery. I was so upset! It's embarrassing to let the world know, but what the hell. This is my favorite Taco Bell. Not only for their greasy goodness, but also because they're open all night - which helped my friends and me soak up all the booze in high school. The workers in this particular one are somewhat "challenged", if you will - but it seems that way in most TBell's. I also thought I should give a star purely because they put up with my friends and I so many times while in earlier stated drunkenness. I don't know why we always let ourselves do this, and it's not like Taco Bell is that amazing, but the drive thru line, especially late at night, is ridiculous. Seriously like a 10-20 minute wait to order, then another 10 to get the food. The line is always super long, and it's a single lane entrance, so once you're in...there's no escape. The food is what you'd expect, but we need to lean our lesson and just go into the freaking building. But drive thrus are just too handy. Not to mention their systems went down and they put a chair in the drive thru to block cars. The car in front of us moved it. But why not have it block the entrance to the drive thru, not 1/3 of the way into it. Seriously, if someone built another open until 3 am in the area it would make a killing. read more

I've alway went to this location after a long day of work. My order is never right, but I'm there because it's near by. Just recently their cashier kept my credit card. Waited for five minutes for my order so last thing on my mind was my credit card. When I got home my order was all wrong. Next day I drove all the way from Mequon to get my credit card. No manager approached me when I arrive and they didn't seem apologetic. You would think they would offer a voucher for a free meal of some sort for the inconvenience. I didn't trust my card being there over night. I ended up canceling all my personal account linked to credit card just incase. First thing in customer service procedure is to hand back the customers choice of payment. I won't be returning back to this location read more
