I'm going to paint a picture for you. It was 12:12 a.m. and I desperately needed cinnabon delights. I knew, as it was a Sunday, that this Taco Bell closed at 1 a.m. so I knew I needed to act fast. I jumped in my car and drove quickly to Taco Bell. I arrived exactly 30 minutes before closing time. I ordered 24 cinnabon delights, two orders, but instead of receiving 24, I got more! I generally don't have any complaints about this particular Taco Bell, except that parking is always an issue, but when I ordered a few shredded chicken quesadillas, I'm not sure how that can be interpreted as beef quesadillas. Since I try to avoid red meat, and I don't live all that close to this particular store, I just had to eat the loss and find another meal somewhere else. This Taco Bell blows. The Mexican pizza is only a shell of what it used to be. It's now just the shell, some meat, topped with a little cheese and a slight drizzle of taco sauce. It was just slapped together and unsatisfying. The combo came with two taco supremes which was stuffed with more sour cream than actual meat. The taco shell was not fresh and stale. So I usually love this Taco Bell and go there all the time especially when I'm on my way home from work because they are open late and they almost always have my Cinnabon delights which not all Taco Bell's have at all hours of the day. Anyway, as I am ordering there is this guy taking my order and asks if the order is correct and I just wanted the Cinnabon delights with my order not cinnamon twists so I had told him "just the Cinnabon delights" and he proceeds to say in a rude way "you just said cinnamon twists too so what do you want". To be spoken to in this way as if I was wrong about what I ordered just didn't sit well with me. I had to come leave a good review because I've been here a couple times and Chris C. impressed me. I see he's made a great impression on some others as well. I went through the drive thru probably after 9PM (bad me) each time and he was friendly and enthusiastic each night. You can tell in his voice he really cares. He's a friendly guy and will tell you, "Dinner is served," once you get your food. That always makes me smile/laugh. He makes sure you get the sauce you need and packs away enough napkins for any mess. If the owner/managers read these, Chris deserves a raise or at least recognition. (I knocked off a star due to the varying temperature in the food. That's not Chris' fault though! One item was practically boiling hot and another was more lukewarm kinda cold.) read more

I finally know how racism feels. I walk in, because there were 8 or 9 cars n the drive thru. I place my order and understanding that the drive thru is busy and it might take some time so I'm ok with the long wait. However, while still waiting 4 customers walk in and place their orders. Within 10 minutes they all receive their orders and I'm still waiting, mind you I placed the same as two of the people who walked in after me. I finally ask one of the employees why is my order taking so long? Her reply was because they are Mexican and on their lunch break. No their not Taco Bell employees, one of the other employees, said they're regulars and only have a 30 min lunch break so they rush their orders. read more

Not busy, but the young worker did not great me when I walked in the door or asked to take my order so I went to the self service kiosk. I was having difficulty finding an item and she still did not offer any help after a few minutes I found the item. Then I waited for my order for a long time for no one to be inside. Once they called my name it was at like a gentle whisper but I figured since I was the only person in there it was my order. So I left and said 'thank you' and the young worker finally said "bye thank you". Then while driving I took a bite out of one of my tacos to find a weird gas taste left in my mouth, nearly puked. I went to open the taco when I got home and found what I would describe as like a spider leg or eyelash. Look I don't go to Taco Bell for good food. It's a cheap alternative to almost any other fast-food joint. Really, the best thing they have has been and probably always will be their Mexican Pizza, and I'm not too proud to order one. But the worst of the worst of all Taco Bells is located in Long Beach at Palo Verde & Stearns. The first time I went there I could hear the help laughing and talking in the back. After five minutes, I walked into the kitchen to find some big guy hanging around instead of doing his job. He was mad at me! The other day I went back. Same thing happened. Nobody was there to take my order and by the time someone walked out of the back, I was really steamed and walked out. Look. This place was amazing for about a year. Every meal you ordered was picture perfect... now its quite the opposite. My wife and I went here on Jan 18th 2015 and were completely disappointed. There was almost no beef in the taco I got, it was 95% sour cream, which is just terrible. The standards have gone way down at this location and Im really bummed because they spent a ton of money remodeling the whole place and decided to skimp on the ingredients, employees and quality. They always mess up! I always get a Doritos loco taco supreme with beans and no meat.... there's always meat or it's not a supreme... I don't understand how hard it is.....I also try to call back to complain and the phone is somehow messed up. I then go back to receive my mess up and tell them they messed up they give me another mess up! Like really!!!!? I haven't ever been INSIDE of this place, so this review is only for the drive-thru: Fast, courteous, and friendly. The screen out front shows you what you ordered (including any special orders) and the girl at the window makes sure that she has your order right (!) before you drive up to pay. I special order burritos for my little girl (she can't eat the whole thing by herself, but doesn't want me to cut it in half and she is too little for hot sauce and raw onions...). They have always gotten it right and the food comes out piping hot. After I get my food, I am always told to have a great day. I know it's drive thru fast food, but I love to patronize a business with good customer service! read more

i hate writing bad reviews but someone needs to check on the employees here lol. about every other time i come they either get my order wrong (i order through the app) or make the food absurdly bad-- burritos falling apart or completely mushed, or an entire bottle of sour cream inside a burrito etc. also i feel like i should mention ever since they changed the sausage breakfast crunchwrap to a patty instead of the crumbles i've gotten food poisoning. the first time i gave it the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe it was something else i ate but i got it for the second time ever today and i feel horrible. don't even wanna know what's in that sausage or how they store it. but someone needs to check on this taco bell. all of the other reviews speak for themselves read more
