My sister ordered 5 soft shell tacos for me through their drive thru. She came home with hard shell tacos. She didn't check in the bag before she drove off because the bag was folded at the top. When our order was (purportedly) ready, it was incomplete, which required additional wait time. Our volcano tacos and burritos tasted good, but were sloppily made. The purpose of this review is to inform management of timing issues, lack of attention to detail, seemingly no staff urgency in preparation, as well as correctness unverified prior to giving order to customer (pre-paid). This used to be my go to Taco Bell whenever I had the craving. But as of tonight, I'm never going to step foot here again. Once again I received food different than what I ordered. Over the last few years the service has gone from ok to downright terrible. 4 of the last 5 times I've been to this location (and probably similar ratio for the last dozen or so times) they have either omitted items I've ordered, incorrectly made items, or just given me the wrong order completely. It wouldn't be an issue if it was an occasional thing - people make mistakes from time to time. But this has been consistent repeated offenses, and now they have lost a long time customer. read more

When I tried to redeem, they would not accept saying it was on the coupon (it was not).
