I placed an Online Order and went to store for pickup. I lined up at the pick up area and requested staff for my order. They asked me to wait. I waited 15 minutes and the staff DID NOT even start working on my order. There were people who came in after me and staff started preparing their sandwiches. When I approached staff asking them why people who entered store after me are being helped while I am being asked to wait. They said "Sorry we R BUSY". I told them , at lease I should be served before people who came 10 minutes after me. NO HELP WHATSOEVER and instead BAD ATTITUDE. I said if they cant serve me on time, they better refund my order and they said "ok Take your refund" but no desire to help a customer ! I asked for manager name : her name was LORRIE and instead of helping me she was happily teaming up with the employees and not helping me. After waiting 20 minutes and seeing that they did not begin working on my order ,I had no choice but to LEAVE store without my food. Not returning to this store for sure ! read more

We pulled off the freeway to grab a quick bite to eat before heading to a concert. They had three employees in this small shop and one customer ahead of us. We ordered a mini veggie and a mini tuna sandwich with one bag of chips. They took way too long to make these itty bitty sandwiches. Despite the long wait time the food was really good. read more

This past month, Jersey Mike's had a promo in the app where if you ordered a sub in the app, you get a free sandwich! Or at least 72 Shore Points added to your account, which would be enough for a free sandwich. I didn't know about this promo until one of my Yelp friends posted it in her activity feed, but considering that you'd normally need to purchase 6 giant sandwiches, 12 regular sandwiches, or 18 mini sandwiches to make 72 Shore Points, I thought it was a great opportunity that shouldn't be passed up! This Jersey Mike's is at Long Beach Towne Center, where navigating around the parking lot can be in and of itself quite the labyrinth, and not to mention headache! They're on the east side of the shopping center in the building to the left of Barnes & Noble. I went on a weekend lunch, so needless to say, it got pretty busy, especially with the impending holiday season. I had a little bit of lunch at home and wanted the second half of my lunch to be a mini sub from Jersey Mike's. There are a few Jersey Mike's closer to me; the only reason I chose this one was because it was closest to where I was planning to volunteer shortly after lunch. I went with the #2 Jersey Shore's Favorite, which has provolone, ham, and cappacuolo. If you're not familiar with Jersey Mike's rewards program, the number of Shore Points you receive in one order isn't dependent on how much you spend on a sandwich, but rather, what size sandwich you get. In other words, a regular sandwich that costs $10.29 would earn the same number of points as a regular sandwich that costs $12.49. I arrived a couple minutes before my scheduled pickup time, and the employee closest to the front door looked in my direction and asked if I was here for pickup. I said yes and told her my name. She turned around, grabbed a bag with a tamper-proof sticker holding my receipt, and handed it to me without much of an appreciation for my business. Her demeanor was like whatever, so even though there weren't any tables inside that were occupied, I chose to eat in my car since I was afraid she'd call me out for letting my phone eat first, something that has become second nature to me. I took the sandwich back to my car to eat, thinking the sandwich would be easy to eat. I made that inference after seeing a photo of a mini sub in the app; it almost makes a mini sandwich look like a burger or a chicken sandwich! However, the sandwich was hastily prepared that I would have guessed a kid had assembled it! It was cut into two, which isn't what I requested since I thought the sandwich would be whole. In addition, the sandwich was super soggy! Like I know I requested for the sandwich to be prepared Mike's Way with olive oil blend and red wine vinegar. However, they doused my sandwich with waaayyyyyy too much liquid that the wrapper became soooo soggy! With everything mentioned in the previous paragraph, it made eating the sandwich in my car difficult while keeping my hands clean. The wrapper got too flimsy with sandwich toppings all over the place, and I unfortunately dropped a couple in my car. It could have been avoided had the sandwich been more meticulously crafted in the kitchen. I customized my sandwich by requesting some extra vegetables as well as spicy brown mustard. The vegetables did taste fresh, but I barely saw any of the spicy brown mustard in my sandwich! Also, while I was unwrapping the sandwich, I saw a tomato slice that wasn't even close to being inside the sandwich. What kind of sloppy prep work is that?! While the Jersey Shore's Favorite was certainly not my favorite, I did enjoy the taste of the sandwich nonetheless, and it's the reason why I'm not giving 1 star. However, with how unvalued I felt as a customer from order pickup to how they prepared my sandwich, I do not plan to return to this location. I did get the 72 points as promised per the promotion, but I'll be redeeming my free sandwich at a different Jersey Mike's location instead. read more

BIRTHDAY MONTH=BIRTHDAY COUPONS=HAPPY RODNEY Free Sandwich for Rewards Members Subway sucks, Jersey Mike's rules! A nice, plump submarine sandwich was just what my tummy was craving. All the more so when it's free! While the various cheese steaks looked mighty tempting, an Original Italian with it's six cold cuts of meat, was too enticing to pass up. Original Italian (Giant-sized) https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=xsT4KZTu_KnOVavtuXn4RA&start=24&select=5PU1KhByOwVwrp5YzlJnlg Provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami & pepperoni. Extra Mike's Way (tomatoes, onions, lettuce, red wine vinegar, olive oil blend, oregano, salt), pickles and banana peppers for good measure. Rosemary parmesan bread. Giant-sized is indeed a massive behemoth, of which I had a bit of a difficult time finishing. But finishing it, I did, because I'm a boss. Every bite of the Original Italian was delicious, and had me wondering why I don't eat sub sandwiches more often? https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=xsT4KZTu_KnOVavtuXn4RA&start=0&select=JFIllGH7PEylYyBCggfTuw Service was great. The staff were quick slicing the meat, and assembling all the ingredients for my wonder sandwich. A few tables to dine at. Jersey Mike's is located at the Long Beach Town Centre, inbetween In N' Out and Barnes and Nobles. That Original Italian had me satiated for the entire day! Jersey Mike's provides high quality sandwiches, and is one of my favorite birthday month freebies, which I look forward to every year. Highly recommend! read more

To the lady who made our sandwiches! Today June 1st around 6pm. My pregnant wife loved her BLT sandwich!!! Thank you :)

This place opened up here earlier this year and every time I pass by, it's always empty. I drove by here today and was hungry and remembered I had a coupon for a sandwich expiring soon, so I thought, "why not give it a try?". I came in and looked at the menu, but didn't really know which sub to order. They have a section for cold ones and then a section for hot ones. You cannot ask for your sandwich toasted if you get it hot by the way. The workers were really nice and patient with me. They honestly looked really bored and happy to have work to do lol. One of the workers behind the counter suggested me which ones to try or get. I went with the Cali Club, she said it is one of their most popular items on the menu. It is basically the #7 Turkey and Provolone but with avocado and bacon. It was delicious ! I enjoyed it because of the turkey they threw in, usually a BLT seems so bland because it only has three items in it but this one was loaded. And I am gonna say right now, they PACK the sandwich with meat. They cut the turkey right in front of me and put it in my sandwich, something that I liked and gives it a fresher feeling. Also, it's good to know they don't skimp out on the protein portions here :) They throw lettuce, tomato and red onion on every sandwich, with some vinegar and salt/pepper. A unique take on making a sub, but I welcome it nonetheless. You can also add jalapeños, banana pepper, and pickles, as well as mayo and some other condiments. After that I sat down and ate my sandwich in their empty seating area which was quite clean. Jersey Mike's is a very solid place to grab a sub. It is certainly different from Subway, but that is a good thing because originality should be welcomed. Will come back here to try some of the other stuff on their menu. read more

So we were trying to make an order online but ASAP for a pick up said 45minutes! That seems a lot of you just want to pick up soon but idk. So we had to go in person to get our food faster. Also! Online is the FULL menu, we ordered #66 Portabella cheese steak 11/10 and it's actually on the secret menu. #13Original Italian was a 8.5/10, note we also added banana peppers and got it the Jersey way which is the red vinegar olive oil, black pepper, onions, lettuce. The place wasn't that busy also during dinner time on a Sunday, quick service read more

I come to this location even though the one on seal beach is closer because it is always faster, fresher, and better service. The bacon is usually better, they slice better and I'm never disappointed. I just wish the parking was easier. Great location. read more

The sandwich artist guys were great they did my sandwich according to order with great professionalism courtesy the whole place was clean well lit probably the best franchise I've ever seen the way they run this place is amazing and super friendly and always make everything fresh to order and... I tried to order a #55 and the girl there said the grill was off, I asked what time they close she said 9pm, I asked then why is the grill off she stated because it was too hot. I asked if they turn it back on, she said no. I was forced to get a cold sub when I would have preferred a hot sub. This has the 1st time I have had a bad experience at this location. Strike 1for now, won't give up on this location just yet, I hope there is some improvement. My assumption was that they just didn't want to turn on the grill because it was already clean and they are ready to leave as soon as 9 hits. At the other Jersey Mike I go to they have even stayed open past the closing time just to cook me a hot sub, now that is customer service! read more

Awesome prompt service! Abby and Ahmari were great!!! Highly recommend grabbing your sandwich here!

Without a doubt. They are Always the best both in quality and in service. Fresh and Friendly as always

Loved the California club sandwich Mini sized. Plenty of food and delicious. I like it with everything. Lots of good fresh vegs.

Ordered food from this location on door dash around 6pm. Waited til 8pm to finally receive my food. That is not a door dashers fault. I was messaging said dasher and he informed me that they had not made my sandwiches yet when he arrived and that he was waiting on them. He himself also said "store is terrible" and "it's taking them a while because they don't have supplies" Not only did they take 2hrs. They did not provide my dasher with my drink and lastly when it came to eating my sandwich. One side had no tomato. And the other side had onions AND tomato's. Which I did request. Overall. Super displeased and horrible experience. Never ordering there again. read more

Probably the worst Jersey Mikes I've been to. Most of the time, the people who work there are rude and not friendly. When I mobile order my sandwiches, they come out wrong and are put together poorly. Don't bother adding special instructions because they are never followed. read more

Not happy with the service! The girl that made my sandwich is not familiar with the menu. The most annoying part is how sloppy she made the sandwich, the bread was not cut properly and forgetting one of the main ingredients is unacceptable! I was instantly distracted at how poorly the food was being prepared that I should've noticed when she forgot to add bacon to my sandwich, which is included in the club sub. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this place again! Please learn to take pride in how the food is prepared, people are paying to eat it! read more

Typical Mike's quality at a new convenient location. The staff seems efficient and are super nice. There is very limited seating at this location, it's really more of a to go situation. Parking is odd (it's the Town Center), you have to cross the roadway from parking further down near the bookstore. Unless of course you want to jump a hedge. Great sandwiches , hot and cold! read more

Great sandwiches and such a friendly and attentive staff. This is a nice addition to the Carson town center.

I never give 1 stars! This one was well deserved. There was one girl that was so confused. There's a line, people are waiting to pick up and she is literally walking back and forth doing nothing. Poor guy (looked like a manager with glasses) was running the restaurant on its own. I went to to pay BIG MISTAKE! So I walked away from the counter and I got a sandwich with no Mayo. Super dry!! Ugh never again! $50 disappointment read more

Ordered a Giant sub online when I had COVID, so my wife went to pick it up for me. When she got home it was only regular size. Called in and Carter answered the phone. I told him what happened and he was unable to refund me. He asked if we could drive back to get the other half. No, I won't drive back, gas costs money, and my wife is helping carry the load while I had COVID. So Carter said he would leave a note by the register and give me a free regular next time I came in. Went in today and not only was there no note, but even after conveying the story to the staff, they refused to honor what was owed. They made me look like a liar and cost me my lunch break. read more

I drove here tonight at 8:45 for a philly steak & cheese sub. When we walked in the guy working there told us we can't have any hot subs because he already cleaned the grill. You close at 9!
