I don't know why I keep running into bad taco bell's. The first thing i noticed and i should've left when i seen it was. I went in to use the bathroom and I knock on the door. Noone replies. I opened the door and long and behold their is what looks like a young guy doing drugs in the bathroom or something. I then just said forget it and was about to leave but decided to get a taco. This place for some weird reason. Lets a ton of high school kids just sit in the lobby talking loud and playing music without even buying anything. The employees here are friendly. But this place could use a person to clean or something. There was trash left on tables and stuff. The employees just walk by it. The trash can where the sauces are kept was overflowing and the drink area needed a good wiping with a rag. They had the AC on and it felt good in the store. But decided to get takeout instead. Got two Double Decker supreme tacos. Worst decision ever made. While I was eating in the car. The tacos had a very weird almost "Peanut taste" also they only put like a dab of sour cream. I'm fairly certain I received the friendliest service I've ever encountered at a Taco Bell while at this location. I walked inside to order because I needed to stretch my legs after several hours of sitting in gross traffic. It was a bit confusing to get in, because I parked in the main strip mall lot rather than TB's, and that door is an emergency exit only. I'd guess it's set up that way to avoid people using the restrooms without buying anything. When I ordered my typical four crunchy tacos and a small drink, the guy mentioned that the drinks were actually on "happy hour" at that time, and the medium would have actually been cheaper (I think $1). Obviously, I went with that. In the time it took me to fill my cup with Dr. Pepper from the fancy soda fountain, the tacos were nicely laid out on a tray and ready to be eaten! I brought them to one of many open clean tables, inhaled them, and then used the restroom before heading back out into traffic. I was happy to see it was extremely clean as well. So: Clean, fast, quality is on-par with other locations. My stomach didn't freak out either. A good pit stop experience, indeed! This location offers fast, efficient service. There is plenty of interior seating, and the hot sauces are not hidden behind the counter; they're out in the open to grab as many as you need. The decor was and tables/chairs were updated and not damaged or worn. The food was hot, fresh, and as expected the quality of Taco Bell. The front door is on the side of the building, but when you're hungry for a burrito it's easy to not pay attention and enter from the parking lot side and walk through the emergency exit door. read more

It takes a while in the drive thru (especially late that's not the most popular work shift so I understand the wait) but it is a fast food restaurant. I want to be clear that these three stars are not an indictment of Taco Bell as an institution but rather this particular franchise as an individual. The food is always well made, the lobby clean, and the employees polite. . . they are just glacially slow. This is a fast food restaurant with sit down restaurant waiting. This is quite possibly the best run Taco Bell in terms of quality of food for taste and presentation. I've been in this area recently for work and have stopped by 3 times in the past 60 days. They do a great job putting together the menu items correctly and quickly. Also the staff are very friendly. I also like be that they play Mexican and Tejano style music. A nice little break during the day to enjoy. I did try drive through once and it was an equally pleasant experience with very nice team members. Not sure why people are leaving reviews like this is a Ruth Chris Steakhouse, lol, but seriously...it's a fast food drive thru!! This location is open until 3a...even during the week! The drive thru can be a bit long, but the food is made to order and I've never had a problem with my order being wrong. I'm not proud to say that I ate Taco Bell at 1:47a, but after a long night dealing with a family emergency, it was actually super hot and pretty decent. The remodel, both inside and out, makes this location look extra fancy compared to all the other Taco Bells and the fast food chains in the area. I'd come back here again. read more

I don't normally leave reviews for fast food restaurants but here I am. So I go to this Taco Bell all the time, as in maybe once a week. I will no longer be doing that. The newer employees there are rude (there's some guys who I've seen there a few times and they're really nice, in specifically talking about the new people). They just ignore you when you're talking to them and they don't give you what you ask for. They forgot two of the items I ordered in my bag. Also I was eating my food and there was a hair in it! Now I get it, that's the chance you take when you eat fast food. I was annoyed but I decided " let me see if there is anything else in my food." so I dug around and there were SEVERAL hairs in my food. There were around 3 or 4 hairs that I found in my nachos. This is four stars relative to other Taco Bells, not four stars overall. Consistency is the primary measure of fast food chain restuarants: the whole point is that when you see the signage, you know exactly what you'll get inside.
