They deserve NO stars. Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered pickup at 7:40 to be ready at 7:50. Asked where my food was at 7:10 as there were pick up orders after mine, 8:00. Guy said oh someone stole it. Theyre making another order now. Another 10 min go by as I watched the manager and 3 others fool around and showing each other their phones. So I said I want my money back. Manager said nope have to go online. But he's getting your order now. Order was wrong. Gave me a kids meal instead of what I ordered. No one ever apologized. Not once. Im so disgusted and I will NEVER be back. And I will make sure others know so they will spend their hard earned money elsewhere. Food was cold and sloppy. As they were in a rush to get it to me. I want my tip back at the very least. They for sure dont deserve it. read more

Kids love this place. It was better when you could order directly to employee. Kiosks are ok. But personal touch is better.

Taco Bell in Vestal's Drive Thru design is sub-par, You actually have to hit the wall to insure they don't drop your change under the window. It is a smart way to get tips. The drunks who frequent the late night window are too messed up to stop to get out of their vehicles. Can't risk getting a DWI when they dent their front end. read more

Was in line for almost an hour and the food was poorly put together. Employees were short and ignorant with their words.

I think it's just like any other Taco Bell. Food tastes fine and good for a quick meal. It's not going to be famous restaurant quality. The service can be a little quicker but I haven't waited enormously long. Staff is also nice and accommodating to my personally picky needs. read more

Is it possible to give a ZERO Star rating? This location is the prime example as to why fast food employees do not deserve more than minimum wage. They have never been able to get my order correct. I either get the wrong items or I am missing part of my order. I have question if it is a lack of training or incapability to do the job. If you are not happy in your job, you need to find another one. If this is all you are able to do, show some pride in yourself and do the best job you can. If this is your best, perhaps your should try harder. This is why you are the butt of jokes. This location is the bottom of the barrel. This is by far the worst taco bell I've ever been to. In the past month I've waited over 20 minutes in the drive-through 2 separate times. Forget about the meaning of what you think drive through is, and instead imagine a drive up and park for 10 minutes, then give your order, and then wait 10 more minutes to get to the window. I'm not sure if the owner is skimping on employment or what, but this is definitely not the place you want if you're in a time crunch. The alternative in this area is the taco bell on the vestal parkway, it's very professional, well run, and always fast. The restaurant is so poorly run that I felt forced to sign up for a yelp account and let others know. I definitely won't return to this location. read more

Absolutely Tribble customer service and you should never have to wait 20 minutes for your meal.

This TB gets a bad rap for "getting orders wrong" but for JC folks it may be more convenient than the Vestal location and I never have problems with my orders here. In fact, the folks here make sure my order is right and get substitutions right. Don't see why this location's rating should suffer from distortion/skew created by such a small sample size. More people should review and rate this place so Yelp users can get a better understanding of how people really feel about it. read more

This Taco Bell location is the worst location of the three in the Binghamton area, but the other two Binghamton area locations aren't much better! Many problems here ranging from inadequate staff to constant mistakes with orders to running out of supplies. This location actually had to close their lobby simply because too many associates called off one day for the lunch hour rush, and this was after Taco Bell reopened their lobbies to the public following the COVID crisis! It's also nearly impossible to get the sauces that you ask for- you typically either get none at all, the wrong flavor, too few, or as was the case last week, I received 29 - yes -29 packets of fire sauce for my order consisting of only four items!! Talk about a waste of supplies and throwing profits down the drain!! Oh well, keep paying out $13.75 to these uncaring associates thanks to the jackass NY state governor! Today, I ordered Triple Layer Nachos which I received in a cardboard box. I asked why not in the normal plastic container and was told that they were out of the plastic lids for the containers. They have the bottoms but no tops for the plastic containers! You normally use one bottom and one top at a time in pairs so how could they possibly run out of only lids!! Duhhh!! read more

I went to Johnson city taco bell and the guy in the window had some real issues leans out the window to talk to me and he was drooling all over and no he didn't have mental issues. Looked to me like some sort of drug issues he had sores on his arms and he could barely keep himself from nodding off. Hope he gets the help he needs but I will NEVER EVER EVER go there again to eat absolutely disgusted. read more

I placed an order for food at the Taco Bell located on Reynolds Rd. in Johnson City, NY. To be fair I placed my order through GrubHub for delivery. When the order arrived much of the order was not there. I called GrubHub to report the problem and was connected to a person with a heavy accent whom I could barely understand. In any event they "supposedly" checked the delivery person and came back to me with their resolution of refunding to my credit card the cost of the missing items. I could not determine from them exactly whose fault it was that I did not get what I ordered. I attempted to contact the Taco Bell by phone but after two attempts (no one answered the phone) I gave up. I was trying to find out if it was GrubHub or Taco Bell who was at fault but I suppose it is one of those questions that will not be answered. I hope this works as a cautionary tale to those of you thinking of a similar endeavor. read more
