The food is good sometimes but often inconsistent. There have been several situations where I have called to order food, and they just do not answer the phone even after calling multiple times they still do not answer. Stop in PA on our way to NY and needed to get something for dinner. We were an exit away from here but because it was Sunday and maybe because of COVID many places were closed. I am glad we were able to find this restaurant open to save the day. When I got there a table was seated in the front having dinner. There were about 6-8 tables in the front area. A couple of people came in and out as I waited for my food. I got the 18" cheese pie. It was a nice thinner crush. We all enjoyed it. Also had the mozzarella sticks. They ran out of garlic knots by the time we were there. Also got a chicken ceaser salad. The chicken was grilled and chopped and in a separate container to the salad didn't get soggy before I got back to the hotel. The staff was very pleasant. The wo man at the front and I were joking around a little. She said it would be about 25 minutes for my order. I left to get gas, came back and only waited a little bit before my order was ready. Another friendly employee brought the food to me and I was off. Looks like they do a lot of different wings. Would try those if I were in the area again. read more

Food is overpriced and always cold for a pickup order. Kids smoking pot in the back kitchen, high as a kite, fryer food is undercooked and comes out soft instead of crispy. For anyone looking for food just go across the street to the plaza! A little pricey but you get what you pay for!!!!! read more

My wife and I order take-out several times a year. We mostly order pizzas, but have recently enjoyed their garlic wings and garlic knots. Have also enjoyed their Calzones and Stromboli in the past. The food quality has been generally good with one exception, which we suspect had to do mosty with the experience level of the employee on duty that day. I wish I knew how to make pizza crust like they make. We've never eaten on-site so I can't speak to "ambiance". read more

Looked at their website and decided to order the supreme pizza they had for 17.95. Called and the lady on the phone said it would be 23$. I told her the website said 17.95. She told me she would have someone look into it and it would be 23$ or I could go elsewhere. So I did. This place has been going downhill for years. It used to be a good place to go. I only ordered a small pizza, so take what you will from this review -- and I've only been here once. The crust was soft and a little flaky at the same time. Sauce was a little sweet. I went here recently because a friend said that he likes this place better than Tedeschi's, so I had to try it. My order was simple, a large plain pizza, some garlic knots, and buffalo wings. The wings were decent, they actually tasted just like the ones across the street at Tedeshi's, but maybe a little meatier. The garlic knots had a good flavor but I didn't like the texture, they didn't seem too fresh, but they were definitely pretty big. As for the pizza, it had a pretty good flavor but overall the texture was cheapened by the fact that they use a conveyor belt oven instead of a stone oven, so the pizza doesn't get crisp. The place looked pretty cool inside, and the staff was alright, not overly friendly or anything but not rude either, just kinda goin through the motions. When it comes to pizza, I definitely don't feel the need to venture outside of Binghamton for this. read more

This place may have some good food but their service sucks! Called in an order at 5PM and a simple cheese pizza was still not ready at 6:30. Others came in and had their orders before. Ordered a large half mushroom regular pizza to eat in. Requested crisp crust. Came to us almost soggy. Requested that they put it back in the oven for a few minutes. That's went I realized that they use a conveyor belt oven instead of a stone oven, so the pizza doesn't get crisp. The sauce on the pizza was tasty, but the limp crust just didn't cut it. I won't get into detail but I observed an employee who was handling (our) food scratch in places she shouldn't have. We will not be eating there again. read more

I wish 0 stars was an option. Either they completely mess up your order, give your order to someone else, or you get an awfully rude high school kid to take your order. Take your pick. You'll pay a few bucks less than at the other local pizza places, but you probably won't get what you ordered. And the kids running the place will probably not have any clue how to fix the mistakes. Blue Stone really needs to update their prices on there website. Called to order an 18 inch pizza, and saw that it is 10.95 or so, and was told at time of order that it had gone up to 12.49. I looked again, and the takeout menu stated an 18 inch round was 9.50. So I ended up ordering anyway, and the pizza was very good, but they really need to update their menu prices. read more

I have been here a bunch, at all times of the day. I don't believe it's the best pizza around, since it takes somewhat cheap to me. They used to have killer mac n cheese but something changed a few months back, now it is very dry and they seem to just melt more cheese on top to compensate for that. Their wings are decent, boneless (basically hunks of white meat) and regular. They have a HUGE selection of wing sauces (more than their menu says), which is very nice, it's worth trying some of the unique ones! Subs are decent, calzones and Stromboli are good. Actually I'd say their pizza is the worst thing on their menu. Also, NEVER order a half sheet, it is not the size of a standard half sheet but even smaller than a round pizza. It might be the same amount of pizza as a 16in round, but square in shape. They also deliver in a small area, which is nice since nothing else does around here. This is a small town, so a some of the employees recognize you and are super nice, their are also a lot of younger HS aged kids that don't really care, their not rude, just not super friendly. All in all the good outweighs the bad, and the price is good for what you get. 3.5-4/5 stars read more
