First, we ordered an appetizer and when the girl bought it out she only had two plates (there were three of us), and she says "sorry, we only have two plates." Then my wife ordered a steak and when the girl brought it out she apologized and said they didn't have any steak knives. So, my wife was supposed to cut her steak with a butter knife. The girl who brought the food to the table was not the same person who took our order. Then I see our waitress and I said that I don't understand how you don't have steak knives and she said oh we do have steak knives I'll bring you one right out. However, she brought out a small pairing knife. Gordon Ramsey would have a field day with this place. Then my son and I both ordered steak sandwiches. He ordered his medium and I ordered mine medium well. So I asked the server how do we know which one is the medium and which one is the medium well she then proceeds to tell me well when you bite into them, you'll know which one is more rare and that would be the medium one. Really?! Needless to say, they just tasted gross and the steak was full of fat. When my wife was done with her steak that she cut with a pairing knife I noticed she didn't need her potatoes or vegetables and I said what was wrong with the potatoes and vegetables and she said to me that they too were gross. The last time we were here we brought my son's roommates and their girlfriends so I think there was eight of us at the time we all had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the place. I don't know what has happened in the past year. We will never be back. The place used to pack a crowd, tonight it was empty.

The grilled pizza crust was absolutely amazing--perfectly cooked with a great flavor profile that really stood out. The pepperoni pizza was also excellent, with seasoning mixed right into the cheese that took an already great pizza to the next level. Definitely a meal worth ordering again!

I'm not a huge fan of chicken wings, but guys... Guys... GUUUUUUYS. The chicken wings here are legit DELICIOUS. The vibe of the restaurant is just chill and relaxed. It's clean, the service is great (the server took care of drink refills without us asking, checked back with us regularly & in a timely manner, and brought the items from our order out as they were ready), and the price point is great for what you get as well. We ordered 4 different kinds of wings - Cajun, Black Cherry Pepper BBQ, Carolina Gold (the star of the show), and Hot Honey Garlic. I'm a bit of a lightweight when it comes to heat, so I didn't try the Cajun... but I loved the bit of fruit flavor from the black cherry wings, and really enjoyed the bit of spice from the hot honey. Those Carolina Gold wings though... I would come back again and again for those alone. Consider me a chicken wing convert, I guess! ALSO... I almost forgot that we have the buffalo chicken eggrolls as an appetizer. Perfectly crunchy outer eggroll with delicious buffalo chicken inside. I'm not a bleu cheese gal (blasphemy with buffalo chicken, but I don't care), and the server brought a little side of ranch out for us to dip our eggrolls in. *chef's kiss* TL;DR GO. FOR. THE WINGS. Seriously... you're missing out if you don't. Get a bunch of flavors, share with friends (or eat them yourself - I won't judge), and wallow in the sauce-y goodness.

Pry the sauces out of my hands, I had it on my face, up my arms, the wings were exactly what you beg for anywhere else!! The sweetest and most beautiful bartender was an absolute angel getting our drinks and food! Extremely conscientious and attentive during busy moments! Served cold. 3/5 Smoked Gouda Mac and Cheese - the promise of smoked Gouda had my hopes up, but the flavor was lacking 3/5 St Louis Ribs - I asked for ribs with Memphis style dry rub. The flavor was fantastic, but could have been a little more tender. Still, a really good rib. 4/5 Brisket - I was offered Lean, Regular or Fatty. I asked for fatty and received two slices which were half fat. Makes me wonder what I would have gotten if I ordered "Fatty". Regardless, the brisket was a little underseasoned. This place isn't necessarily new but we haven't been there before so we figured we would try it. The service was good, I mean nothing outstanding but the waitress was attentive and made sure everything was okay with us. The restaurant itself was also nice inside. No random tables with dirty dishes or anything like that... And now on to the food... I had a burger, it was a specialty burger but I can't remember what it was as it's been a couple weeks. I do recall it had a slice of pineapple on it which was the reason I ordered it because I like pineapple. It was cooked to perfection the way I ordered it, & it was a pretty good burger. Nothing fancy nothing special but I would order it again next time I'm there. My wife had I believe it was a fried cheesecake for dessert and I had the carrot cake once again both of them tasted fine, my only observation that I would possibly change is the piece of carrot cake in my opinion could have been a little larger. And for my wife's entree. She had the jumbo half chicken. Oh my gosh this tasted freaking incredible. Apparently they smoke these half chickens on the premises every morning and they are doing it perfectly The Smoky flavor on this was in no way overpowering and the entire chicken had the flavor throughout. I know I mentioned above that I would order that burger again but actually probably not, when my wife and I go back here (notice I said when and not if) we are most likely both going to order the chicken There isn't too much of a chance either one of us will finish this chicken for lunch as it is indeed a jumbo size, however we took home what she didn't finish, I made some chicken salad out of it for sandwiches and holy crap, the best chicken salad I have ever prepared. The whole experience kind of makes me want to go out and buy a smoker however I'm not convinced I could duplicate the flavor that this had without questioning them a little bit as to exactly how they prepared it and if I were them I wouldn't answer me because why let me make this at home when I'll keep coming back and buying it from them. I believe the price for this particular chicken was $15, and I'm thinking it comes with a side which I'm also thinking is probably about the price you would pay these days if you stopped at a random Firehouse when they were cooking chicken outside and you grabbed a half with a couple sides. This one is better though

Either way, the experience just wasn't what we expected. We were seated immediately and given menus. I was in love with all the seafood options, but my husband and I were craving steak. I ordered a crème brûlée martini that was fabulous. We also decided on the Cajun calamari appetizer. The calamari was plated with a plastic cup containing the dipping sauce. I hate to say this, but if you want to keep up a semblance of fine dining , black plastic cups shouldn't be a thing. We were on the fence about the calamari. Some pieces were soggy, but the flavor used in the breading was great. We finished and saw the decorative lettuce swimming in grease. Our Caesar salads were wonderful. When we got our steaks we were underwhelmed. The infamous black plastic cup was back and although I asked for extra butter and sour cream, that didn't happen. Both steaks were cooked to the temperature ordered but bland. I suppose we should have paid extra for the flavor add-ons. Sadly we had no salt/pepper so we took it from the empty table next to us. We ran out of water during the entree so we scrapped any idea of asking about dessert. We got the $127 check that included one drink, one appetizer, two small salads, and two entrees. Overall a 3-star experience, and for the price, that's polite. Could we have sent items back...yes. I truly felt that subpar calamari and bland steaks were not getting any better with a second try and they would still come out with a lackluster plastic cup in the wake. The service was decent. The waitresses were pleasant. Although we visit Owego regularly, I doubt our time will be well served coming back. We wanted to love this place but it didn't happen for us.

The stuffed French toast was extremely sweet and I didn't really enjoy it. My wife had the house salad and said it was wonderful.
