Just the right amount of smoky flavor. I didn't need to add sauce to any of the meats to enjoy them. The onion rings were perfectly fried - crunchy with thick cuts of onion. While my son and I were split on the Mac n cheese (which was definitely good anyway you look at it), my son liked it more than I did. The best side IMO is their baked beans. We ordered a couple thousand dollars worth of food for a 3pm semi-formal wedding shower for 32 people.
