These guys are based out of New Milford PA but they set up in the parking lot of Diaz Manufacturing in Montrose every weekend when the weather's nice. your best bet would be to try the bbq chicken. the ribs can be decent, but sometimes they can be pretty chewy, my guess is because they are cooked over charcoal and not slow smoked, so there's not much of a smoke flavor either. they do ribs 2 ways, one is with their regular red BBQ sauce, which is pretty good, not too sweet, it's well balanced and has chunks of vegetables in it. they also do ribs with their chicken marinade, which is pretty unique, i've only seen that done at one other place and both times they were pretty good. this place is lacking in the sides department though. the mac salad is ok but the baked beans were really generic and the potato salad was pretty bland. the pulled pork is also nothing special, it was served right out of a crock pot with so much sauce that you couldn't taste the meat at all. the prices here seem pretty decent. a full rack of ribs for $15 is a great deal, but it'd be nice if you could order half racks. overall, if you're a montrose local or if you're traveling through there on a weekend, it's worth a stop, but otherwise it's nothing really worth going out of the way for read more
