Well, this is quite an adventure. First of all, there is very little room for actual chairs. There are, however, a lot of stool seats. So if it's busy, you're stuck sitting on these narrow stools. Currently, there is a staff meeting going on. And they are taking up half of the seating area! The tables are filthy, and no one is going over to clean them. The burrito bowl I ordered was OK. And the staff is ok. That's the only good thing about this visit. I think I'll stick to ordering for takeout. read more

Absolute disaster. I ordered from uber eats. My order was a chicken bowl with peppers, however, that was not what I got. My bowl had onions that were not a part of the order and a piece of PLASTIC as big as a whole nail. I ordered at 7:30 and the delivery time estimated 8:40 pm so I called them to ask them to remake the food so it would not be sitting out for over an hour. Firstly, it was incredibly hard to reach the store. They do not accept direct calls so I had to get transferred through chipotle services which took around 20 minutes. Afterwards, I was able to put in my request for the food to get remade 10-15 minutes before my courier is supposed to pick it up. Once I got the order the rice was lumpy and cold and the chicken was chewy and also cold, not to mention the piece of plastic in my meal. Before ordering from here I checked the reviews and already had my hopes and standards lowered regarding the quality of my food, but wow I did not expect it to be this disappointing. I do not know if I will ever eat at a chipotle again. It seems like they make food for college kids at frats who have no idea about food standards. I thought the ratings for this place were exaggerated but I guess they were pretty accurate. read more

The food at Chipotle is good--when you can actually get inside. One The main doors stick badly, and the handle is missing from the other, making it tough to enter. Once you're in, the tables are almost always dirty, which really takes away from the experience. It's frustrating, because the food itself is solid. read more

Every time I go here there's something messed up I've gotten cold hard bowls, hair in food, missing ingredients, terrible portions, somebody else's order etc. just came over there and they were missing rice why would I pay for a bowl with no rice thank god I went in they're nice but need to get their stuff together. read more

Chipotle...the restaurant almost seems "dirty"...the seating facing east towards panera floors, napkin, forks, knives & soda fountain appears in disordered...floor on eating table an floor, stay paper all over counter...5/3/25 had no forks available, and they seem to never have onions/green peppers available for selection..and very low pans of all meats ready..kinda like the bottom of the barrel.. .and a huge faux pa they don't care about recycling aluminum tops for bowels.. unacceptable...this writer had called CMG corporate headquarters and couldn't contact anyone...surprised??...these Broome Co. facilities make more moolah than the Mexican Gov't...let alone show no respect to recycle according to Broome Co standards and no fines or law to change their weak applied conditions...Get it done CMG...you should be better than that co.. read more

Actually the WORST experience ever. A friend and I just walked in and the store was completely empty... one worker was working on an online order it appeared... another was making chicken on the grill... the final worker was on her phone walking to the back of the kitchen... my friend and I sat there all looking at the workers completely ignore us for a solid 10 minutes. During this time the workers 100% saw us considering they were discussing "who's on the main line" and still nobody helped us. As we began to leave that's when a worker approached the counter to help us and decided to leave because of the HORRIBLE lack of service. read more

I've tried using the mobile app to order from this location a few times. Every time I've gone here (and even in person) something is always down, they're always out of something, and the customer service about these issues is lackluster. I am a fairly patient person, but making 2-3 people wait while you go look at a customers car, then follow up by saying that the mobile app is down so I can leave now, isn't a great impression. I have been ordering food from this location every Friday evening for the last 6 weeks or so. Things have been declining steadily. Last night, no Guac, no fajita veg and I had to wait 30 minutes (after scheduled pickup) to get my online order. The fajita veg and salad dressing is almost always unavailable. This place seriously needs to be checked on by corporate. I've never gone there and had a good experience. Place is disgustingly dirty and food/garbage everywhere. When ordering they make you feel so uncomfortable. They make it seem like it's the end of the world when you ask for anything. Forget DoorDash they will never get your meal correct. I've worked in food service for 10 years I've never been too a worse ran establishment. There's about one older gentlemen who works there that was great but the rest look like college kids with no work ethic what so ever. Always fighting on the line when you're ordering. This place should be shut down until they hire better management/employees. Don't go here or vestal. They're equally as bad which is tragic because chipotle is normally quite good. Friday Dec 13th around 6:15 pm i went into chipotle to get a bowl- with chicken. the lady told me there was a 3-5 min wait for the chicken. so i stayed a waited. another girl came up to me to help me and i told her i was waiting for a bowl with chicken. she started making my bowl with the rice and beans. eventually she went over to the counter to grab more chicken. the chicken she took a handful of was raw. when she grabbed it, the cook immediately said "i can't serve that, it's raw!" i was absolutely beyond myself and walked out. absolutely disgusting, do not recommend. I ordered food on the app and it said that it would be ready at 8pm. After circling the building and waiting in line someone brought out my order 25 mins later. They forgot the chips I paid for and the burrito went in the trash, it was soggy and disgusting. Never going to a Chipotle ever again! read more

We've ordered here 5 times and I can honestly say something has been missing/ completely wrong from every single order. I don't know why we keep trying.. it's like going back to an abusive relationship. This time, we're done. My 7 year old ordered a kids steak & cheese quesadilla with brown rice and pinto beans. She received cheese quesadilla with white rice and brown beans. My order of chips and salsa was completely missing. I'm honestly starting to think that a persons order is just a suggestion, you never know what you're actually going to get. I drove back to JC to have them correct my order (I told them and showed them what it was supposed to be) and when I got home and opened it it was a steak and cheese quesadilla, black beans and pinto beans. No rice of any kind. Should I have checked before leaving? Probably... but honestly couldn't imagine it would get messed up again after spelling out the order. This place is an absolute disaster and needs to just be shut down at this point if the owner isn't going to come in and fix things! Unreal. read more

This was, by far, the worst chipotle I've ever been to. To start, I have never been screamed at as soon as I walked into a store until today. The worker took one look at me and told me to leave (I have a beard and I am slightly colored). The place was a mess and everybody looked like they were not enjoying their food. Very disappointed - For the second time (out of three times we have tried to eat here) we were turned away because they were 'only taking online orders.' This means if we went out and sat in the car to order on the phone we could pick up our food......but if we stood in front of the same food bar....could not have our order made. My experience was TERRIBLE. I'm a teenage girl and I definitely wouldn't come on here to leave a bad review but this place was just that bad. I watched over 15 people walk out on a Saturday night at 6pm. I've come here twice on two separate occasions and they haven't had anything. This time they didn't have forks, lids to the bowls, tabasco sauce, hard taco shells, tortillas, chips, naps and the drink machine was broken. The workers also did not even apologize they just acted like we should be okay with this. Upon entering we waited half an hour for white rice and others waiting over 45 minutes for brown rice, last time I came to this establishment, if I should even call it that, we walked out because they had no meat and we were told we had to wait over an hour for protein. read more

This place is a disaster. I would give them zero stars if I could. I ordered online and showed up at the drive thru when the food was supposed to be ready according to the online order and was told they needed more time and to go back in 20 minutes. I circled back and was told I had to wait another 20 minutes so I did and when I finally got my order nearly an hour later it was missing the queso I had ordered and paid for, the best part. With the massive line of backed up cars behind me it wasn't even worth going back for it. The second time I went the young lady preparing the meal had a major attitude when I politely asked to add a sauce. The last and final time I went was today. I walked in and was told they were only accepting online orders. No explanation provided. I decided it wasn't worth playing that game again.
