    Smash Burger and fries.
    Olboi G.

Good Food in a fun dining experience. We had smash burgers and Tenders the burgers were slightly smaller than other restaurants weve been to. it wasn't messy at all. They was still juicy and flavorful however.. the bun was nice and soft So for a nice clean tasty burger this is your place. The tenders were actually bigger than most places I've been to. nice crispy coating, with a good crunch, but not too hard. very juicy. The fries were nice crispy slices of potatoes. Definitely very filling, don't eat those first! The decor is pretty cool and fun, some of it borderline goofy, but all in all a good time. We definitely had a good time playing those 300 in one Emulators at the table while waiting for our food. Don't forget to clean your hands before and after! Staff was very friendly and courteous. dislike: wasn't feeling the cereal in the Milkshakes. I see some people love it. not for me. I guess the idea is cool for a variety of flavors... but it wasnt for me.

The aesthetic of this place definitely doesn't disappoint. As advertised, it is full of retro gaming decor including ? Block lights, a color-changing lighted floor, and TVs at every table with retro game emulators you can play with 2 players. Plus, when you walk in the door you hear the Mario power-up SFX, which is a cool touch. The food was incredibly good. I was worried that the "Big Mick" loaded fries would be greasy and heavy (as I've had at other restaurants that do it wrong) but they came out perfectly crispy and flavorful. The sandwiches are also seasoned and cooked to perfection. You can't go wrong with any of their choices. When I first went there, though, it was around opening time during the summer so there were a ton of kids. Loud kids. This place is essentially a tin can, so any noise really reverberates around. We registered over 90 dB on our Apple watches, which is insanely loud. So if you get unlucky with kids bouncing around the place, it'll for sure kill the vibe if you're planning to relax and play some games while enjoying your food. They could really use some sound-absorbing panels. As an FYI, after you sit down they'll announce your order is ready on the PA system. However, if it's loud enough (as mentioned earlier) you might not hear it anyway. Lastly, although this place's normal menu is halal and they even have a halal sticker on the window to indicate that... their secret menu is very much NOT halal (e.g., bacon on everything). Frankly, I don't even see why they think people NEED bacon so badly that they felt compelled to include it in a secret menu. I'm hoping it's beef bacon they forgot to label explicitly but who knows. Some may find that appalling, so it needed to be said. I plan to come again in the future, but whether or not I stay to sit or not really depends on how loud it is at the time.

Atmosphere makes you feel like a kid, an old diner remodel turned into a cool hangout and eat place for anyone that likes older video games. Food was very good, we had a smash burger and Nashville hot chicken sandwich, both were terrific, and both with a nicely seasoned side of a fries. Food and service was fast and the price was only $28 for two. We will be back for sure!

    Beef Bacon Loaded Fries

Best halal food in broome county BY FAR. The Nashville hot chicken was seasoned to perfection, and the chicken burger was surprisingly so tender. The beef was perfectly smashed and the onions and jalapeños were a perfect additions. The shakes were fantastic and had such a unique taste but the highlight of the menu by far were the loaded fries. We ordered the beef bacon (halal), and the Nashville loaded fries and the quantity was top tier. The amount of cheese was perfect and on top of that it was so filling. The fries still maintained its seasoning through it all. The service was fantastic and everyone was kind, the owner was kind enough to have a conversation with us and she seemed very genuine. Overall the ambiance was fantastic with so many option of playing video games making it the perfect place to hangout with friends. When it comes to halal restaurants this without question is the best food in the broome county area.

I stopped at this location a couple days ago because well we were headed to the grocery store and you don't want to go to a Wegmans if you're hungry. You'll spend a whole lot more money. So because we were already nearby anyways we stopped in. Wasn't really sure what to get so went with just the basic cheeseburger and a normal size french fry. I had read reviews before about five guys and I forgotten until was there but when you order a normal size french fry or any size french fry for that matter, they place the container of fries into your bag very very carefully as not to spill any, and then they take a big ol' scoop of french fries in addition to that and dump them into the bag on top of everything. So you get plenty of fries. The burgers were incredible, very juicy, had some decent flavor, and we ordered them "all the way" which comes with lettuce pickle tomato onion etc.. The fries were tasty enough that we didn't add any ketchup or mayonnaise or anything. The staff behind the counter were super friendly, and they actually seemed happy to have jobs at a burger place. I say it like that because we've all been to a McDonald's for example and seen just the grumpy people that work there walking around like they could give a crap about anything. The crew at this five guys seemed like they were having a good time even though they were working. The place was also pretty clean, lots of tables to choose from. If I need to go to another Five Guys, I'll choose this location every time

I had to change the headcount twice, confirmed the reservation multiple times because of the size of the group, and they even moved us into the beer hall to accommodate everyone. Communication leading up to the event was excellent. Unfortunately, about 30 minutes before our reservation, I received a call that the kitchen had been shut down due to an emergency plumbing issue. I completely understand that emergencies happen and don't fault the restaurant for something outside of their control. We were offered the option to delay our reservation by 30-45 minutes while they waited for an update, but there was no guarantee the kitchen would reopen. After discussing it with the group, we had to scramble to find another location. I appreciate that someone called rather than having us show up and receive the news, but with a party of this size, I wish there had been more proactive communication, the GM thought she had called me but totally understood when dealing with an emergency. The reservation process itself was outstanding and talking with Jessica about options at their other location was great. Hopefully we can try the Factory if we are ever back in town.

Went to Factory last night and ordered the fiesta bowl and was highly disappointed. Over cooked rice, barely any corn or beans and the chicken was lacking in flavor. Overall the taste was pretty bland had to get extra sauce to put on it just so I could eat it. Someone else got the chicken caprese and there was one basil leaf on the entire sandwich! Chicken was dry and had no flavor. Chips were way too salty and inedible. Really disappointed, the quality continues to go down while the prices go up. At some point the "our operating costs are going up" spin will only get you so far while the overall taste and quality of the food continues to decline.

I'm not a huge fan of chicken wings, but guys... Guys... GUUUUUUYS. The chicken wings here are legit DELICIOUS. The vibe of the restaurant is just chill and relaxed. It's clean, the service is great (the server took care of drink refills without us asking, checked back with us regularly & in a timely manner, and brought the items from our order out as they were ready), and the price point is great for what you get as well. We ordered 4 different kinds of wings - Cajun, Black Cherry Pepper BBQ, Carolina Gold (the star of the show), and Hot Honey Garlic. I'm a bit of a lightweight when it comes to heat, so I didn't try the Cajun... but I loved the bit of fruit flavor from the black cherry wings, and really enjoyed the bit of spice from the hot honey. Those Carolina Gold wings though... I would come back again and again for those alone. Consider me a chicken wing convert, I guess! ALSO... I almost forgot that we have the buffalo chicken eggrolls as an appetizer. Perfectly crunchy outer eggroll with delicious buffalo chicken inside. I'm not a bleu cheese gal (blasphemy with buffalo chicken, but I don't care), and the server brought a little side of ranch out for us to dip our eggrolls in. *chef's kiss* TL;DR GO. FOR. THE WINGS. Seriously... you're missing out if you don't. Get a bunch of flavors, share with friends (or eat them yourself - I won't judge), and wallow in the sauce-y goodness.

The sweetest and most beautiful bartender was an absolute angel getting our drinks and food! Extremely conscientious and attentive during busy moments! A spiedie, (pronounced "speedy", ) famous in Binghamton, is simply a marinated chicken sandwich on a roll. You order at the counter and then they bring your food to you. I ordered a 6 inch sandwich. They have several different styles, but I simply went with the original. Oh, my, I can see why this sandwich has such a following. The sesame seed roll was tender, and oh the chicken... it was chock full of chicken, It was moist, it was tender, and yes, it was marinated very well. I don't know what they use, but it was just absolutely an amazing sandwich. A simple 6 inch sandwich, and I was stuffed. A sandwich and a soda, and I was 10 bucks and change out the door. Extremely reasonable. Thank you so much!

I didn't remember to add mayo and lettuce to our original, so it was a little dry. I did ask for mayo and lettuce and added it. The macaroni salad was really good! Today (7/25) we stopped in to have lunch with family who are local on our way back to NC. The spiedes were really sloppy and so saturated the bread was mushy. The 12 inch original my husband and I were sharing was super saturated. Unfortunately one of the chunks of chicken was served raw in the middle and I ate a bite out of it before I noticed the raw inside. I took the piece to the employee working the to go counter and she offered to remake our order and refunded by husband's card. I appreciate the business making it right. Hopefully our next trip will be a more positive experience. However overall the two stops were not bad, even with undercooked chicken.
