We have been here a few times. If you order from the menu, I would rate the food 4 or 5 star. But, I would rate the buffet 2 star. The food is never hot. When they first opened, they only had sterno cans to heat the food. Now they have a steam table, but the food isn't hot. It 's room temperature at best. You can't rely on the steam table to warm up the food, it needs to be already hot before you serve it. Botulism just waiting to happen. The bathrooms are very dirty. Butter Masala Dosa was delicious...paper thin and tasty. Size is big...bring a big appetite Started with the idli/vada combo...vada was piping hot and with the sambar, flavor was off the charts Wanted to try their coffee but have to wait till the next trip....food coma. Returned to try the dinner buffet. The buffet had a satisfactory variety of veg selections and there's even more if you eat meat. The fresh dosa brought to the table included with the buffet was a nice touch. The price was very reasonable for buffet service. Everything was tasty; although I'm usually partial to the curries, the highlights for me were unexpectedly the beet salad, rasam, and shahi tukra (I was especially excited to try shahi tukra, I never see it on menus anywhere). Except for the rasam, everything was pretty mild in heat. I would have liked to see one or two spicy curries, but even without the heat, everything was flavourful. I think I'll probably go for the regular menu if I come back again, but it was really fun to try the buffet and it's definitely a good choice if you want to go to an Indian buffet. read more

Oh my where do I start? Service was perfect! The gentleman was polite and respectful. The dining area is super clean, tables were set nicely. The garlic naan was the best I've ever had. So fresh and flavorful. The Goat Saag was absolutely fantastic! I asked for it spicy and it was just that. And not too much. I would drive hours to return here. Shhhh. The triple cities best kept secret. Their lunch buffet is second to none!!! Beautiful array of tantalizing Indian favorites. From soup to birdseed (see attached pix). Beautiful, yet comfortable clean environment with attentive, helpful and friendly staff. Not to mention, the bountiful and delicious food. The buffet is continuously restocked, including with their highest quality and tender chicken breast selections we have ever encountered at any Indian Buffet. This place is a must try. Ten stars if I could! I haven't had better Indian food, anywhere. The Dosa Grill is a true gem! I had the shrimp tandoori which was amazing. Amazing. It was served sizzling and there must have been about a dozen large shrimp on the plate. The shrimp was so fresh! There was very, very little oil on the sizzling plate and the dish was spiced to perfection. Each shrimp was beautifully spiced to the point they were a sunset red color. The bits of char on each piece had me coming back for more even when I was politely full. My dining partner had the fish madras curry and that was over the moon scrumptious. Madras curry has tamarind in it, which gave it a hint of fruity/ grape essence before the flavors of the well spiced curry sauce took over. And the fish - oooh the fish! The dish had medallions of thick white fish that was so perfectly cooked and seasoned. I have no idea how they did this. I am posting a picture of the sizzling shrimp curry and if you look closely you can see the steam lofting from the serving plate. What a presentation! read more

We went during the buffet night. There was approximately 16 different choices, all were excellent. The food is not overpowering in spices, made more for the American pallet. Tables had glass over linen tablecloths and had matching linen napkins, spotless. The booths were comfortable, newer and in good shape, no worn out seats.Indian music played in the background. I came in for a quick lunch on a Monday. The interior is nice and bright and the food was delicious. I was a little unfamiliar with some of the items so I just stuck with Curry chicken and Tikki Masala with some naan bread. Had more time I would have asked more questions. The dishes were labeled with a small card above the dishes. Staff were friendly and approchable. I wish I had taken pictures. This is my husband and my favorite spot for Indian food. The only thing to be aware of, is their hours online (and on their sign out front) aren't accurate. We generally go on Sundays, for the (amazing) buffet. We tried going at 11:30 (when it says they open online and on their sign), only to be turned away and told to come back at noon. It's really no big deal (SO worth the wait) but I just wanted to make people aware. read more
