I stopped at this location a couple days ago because well we were headed to the grocery store and you don't want to go to a Wegmans if you're hungry. You'll spend a whole lot more money. So because we were already nearby anyways we stopped in. Wasn't really sure what to get so went with just the basic cheeseburger and a normal size french fry. I had read reviews before about five guys and I forgotten until was there but when you order a normal size french fry or any size french fry for that matter, they place the container of fries into your bag very very carefully as not to spill any, and then they take a big ol' scoop of french fries in addition to that and dump them into the bag on top of everything. So you get plenty of fries. The burgers were incredible, very juicy, had some decent flavor, and we ordered them "all the way" which comes with lettuce pickle tomato onion etc.. The fries were tasty enough that we didn't add any ketchup or mayonnaise or anything. The staff behind the counter were super friendly, and they actually seemed happy to have jobs at a burger place. I say it like that because we've all been to a McDonald's for example and seen just the grumpy people that work there walking around like they could give a crap about anything. The crew at this five guys seemed like they were having a good time even though they were working. The place was also pretty clean, lots of tables to choose from. If I need to go to another Five Guys, I'll choose this location every time

Ambience - pit BBQ vibes with concrete floors and spacious industrial warehouse feel. Servers and hostess were super friendly. Served cold. 3/5 Smoked Gouda Mac and Cheese - the promise of smoked Gouda had my hopes up, but the flavor was lacking 3/5 St Louis Ribs - I asked for ribs with Memphis style dry rub. The flavor was fantastic, but could have been a little more tender. Still, a really good rib. 4/5 Brisket - I was offered Lean, Regular or Fatty. I asked for fatty and received two slices which were half fat. Makes me wonder what I would have gotten if I ordered "Fatty". Regardless, the brisket was a little underseasoned. Fried Clam Strips - the order came out overcooked and burned. The server was nice enough to get a new one for me. 4/5

I didn't remember to add mayo and lettuce to our original, so it was a little dry. I did ask for mayo and lettuce and added it. The macaroni salad was really good! Today (7/25) we stopped in to have lunch with family who are local on our way back to NC. The spiedes were really sloppy and so saturated the bread was mushy. The 12 inch original my husband and I were sharing was super saturated. Unfortunately one of the chunks of chicken was served raw in the middle and I ate a bite out of it before I noticed the raw inside. I took the piece to the employee working the to go counter and she offered to remake our order and refunded by husband's card. I appreciate the business making it right. Hopefully our next trip will be a more positive experience. However overall the two stops were not bad, even with undercooked chicken.

My bowl had onions that were not a part of the order and a piece of PLASTIC as big as a whole nail. I ordered at 7:30 and the delivery time estimated 8:40 pm so I called them to ask them to remake the food so it would not be sitting out for over an hour. Firstly, it was incredibly hard to reach the store. They do not accept direct calls so I had to get transferred through chipotle services which took around 20 minutes. Afterwards, I was able to put in my request for the food to get remade 10-15 minutes before my courier is supposed to pick it up. Once I got the order the rice was lumpy and cold and the chicken was chewy and also cold, not to mention the piece of plastic in my meal. Before ordering from here I checked the reviews and already had my hopes and standards lowered regarding the quality of my food, but wow I did not expect it to be this disappointing. I do not know if I will ever eat at a chipotle again. It seems like they make food for college kids at frats who have no idea about food standards.
