I took the piece to the employee working the to go counter and she offered to remake our order and refunded by husband's card. I appreciate the business making it right. Before ordering from here I checked the reviews and already had my hopes and standards lowered regarding the quality of my food, but wow I did not expect it to be this disappointing. I do not know if I will ever eat at a chipotle again. It seems like they make food for college kids at frats who have no idea about food standards. I thought the ratings for this place were exaggerated but I guess they were pretty accurate.
