This location is very understaffed. I came in because the drive thru was backed up thinking the inside would be much quicker. There were two people ahead of me and the gentleman finally received his order. Looks like another employee just joined the team, hopefully that means I'll be out of here shortly. At exactly 10:46am I went through the drive through and gave my order I asked for coffee and was told that they don't do coffee even though it shows as part of their breakfast menu. Once I approached the window I asked if they stopped doing the coffee or if they had just run out off it in this store. This lady, around her late 50s maybe early 60s (the one that took my order) with a bad attitude replied we don't do coffee gave me a drink and shut the window as I was trying to ask my question and walked away. A min passed by and another staff member came and hand me the rest of my order. Management needs to have a sit down w their staff and teach them basic customer service. My first time at this Taco Bell was not good but I'm glad I didn't let that stop me from going back since every visit since then has been much better. I also haven't seen that staff since so maybe they realized they had some problems. Ever since then I've been greeted with very friendly staff that actually smiles and tell you to have a good day which seems rare anymore in fast food. I usually order through the Taco Bell app. My last visit they said for some reason they didn't get my order. They rushed to make it and made the wrong one. However when I pointed out it was wrong they rushed to remake it and gave me the first incorrect order so the food wouldn't get wasted. Very disappointed with this store in particular, it used to be efficient and the food was good for taco bell. Our most recent experience was sub par. The sauce in our spicy potato soft taco was lacking, the sour cream, which is an added fee onto the original price, was absent from my stacker. I ordered a baja blast freeze in the size large, and was handed a regular size im sure. I asked the woman behind the counter, who had blonde hair and glasses, and she said it was a large! 07.12.19 Little early trip to Wally-World. On the way home a quick stop for a really good breakfast treat and a hot cup of coffee. Steaming hot. Had to wait a bit for it to cool down. The burrito was just great decided on going all the way, Got me the steak burrito. Wow Deliciouse. Add a little of the mild sauce and it was a treat for sure. Whole thing was about three bucks cause I am a senior. Can't beat the price and the breakfast was a super delight. Just want to mention the new manager Charles has given this Bell a whole new and much , much better personality. Charles is customer conscience and just want to do the right thing. This Taco Bell is about on par with other taco bells. The food is usually fresh but the lines can be long. More recently they do open on time for breakfast. I personally like the steak or bacon Crunchwrap. The service is okay. The cashier is usually friendly enough. I have always gotten the correct order. I prefer to use the app on my phone to order ahead. They don't make it until you get there and it's cuts down time ordering. Also there are usually money saving offers within the app. The store itself is fairly clean but can be hard to get into from old St Augustine. read more

This Taco Bell is hit or miss but lately they have been doing better than other times. The wait time is usually minimal and can go rather quickly. I still recommend that you check your order prior to leaving the parking lot if your going to go thru the drive thru. The food here is also nothing spectacular. It's definitely something to get if your having a hungurgency. They still manage to always get the sour cream only on one side of the taco versus across the whole thing but what can you expect for around $1-4 for a taco. Very disappointed in Taco Bell. Wish I could give 0 stars. I showed up around 1:30 in the morning 10/08/2021 attempting to order food. According to their website and google maps this location should have been open till 2 am. However, after spending 3-4 minutes at the order area I received no response. I pulled up to the window to find multiple employees cleaning and not one acknowledging that I was waiting for my order to be taken. I sat there for several minutes waiting before I called the location's number with the no response. I sat there waiting for about 10-15 minutes before an employee tried to waive me off. I sat there confused for another minute until another employee came to the window to tell me that they were closed and would be closing at 1 on Thursdays nights and Taco Bell hadn't updated their hours. I explained to him that this was inconvenient and he apologized. I ended up reluctantly going to McDonalds after that incident. So the question remains, was he was lying to me or is Taco Bell falsely advertising their hours. I would not recommend at this time. read more

I have been coming here 4 about two years now since I moved into the neighborhood. I would say about 60% of the time the order is wrong. The wait through the drive-thru is typically 15 to 20 minutes 50% of the time. Why do I keep going to this Taco Bell? Well, like I said it's right down the street and I'm hoping someday someone will actually correct what the hell is going on here. We our on a 3 hour drive heading home and decided to stop at Taco Bell, I will say the first Taco Bell we went to was closed even though Google said it was open so we did have to drive to find this place. When we finally pull up to the speaker the gentleman on the speaker asks if we know what we are having 3 times. My boyfriend was answering telling him we needed a minute so I'm pretty sure he just didn't hear us but after the second time you'd think to give the customers at least 30 seconds before asking again. My boyfriend goes to order me my cheesy roll ups which I get from every Taco Bell, he asked if they could be double steamed which is exactly what another Taco Bell worker told me to say as my request could be confusing. The guy on the speaker than asked us to repeat what we said which we did and than went on to explain to us that there isn't beef in a cheesy roll up, which we stopped him from explaining and tried resaying what we wanted and had to go back three or four times with him trying to tell us beef doesn't come in a cheesy roll up. Finally he starts understanding I want it more cooked, but than goes on about grilling it, which we told them no, and explained for the 4th or 5th time we wanted it double steamed. They ended up grilling it anyways. After every single thing we were asking for he asked if that's it, and acting as if he was getting annoyed we had anything else. After finally getting up to the window they handed us our food and forgot our 12 pack of Cinnabon's, which is kinda just like "really?" That's something big in your menu and should not be something getting forgotten. Eating the dorito taco I got all the sour cream was on one side and ended up just all falling out and only have a little in the very last bite.
