My husband and I stopped in for dinner last night and were so pleasantly surprised! I had the ground beef bowl and he got a steak burrito and both were great! It's setup similarly to a chipotle but with so many more options for protein and toppings. Their menu also included boneless wings, cheese curds, southwest egg rolls and other (random) items that we will have to try next time. Service was quick and super friendly! Decided that me and my coworkers were gonna order some delivery from Bubbakoo's to see what all the hype was about. Unfortunately we were all a little let down. I ordered a Burritodilla (barbacoa, sweet chili, brown rice, black beans, corn salsa, cilantro, diced onions, sour cream, pico de gallo). My other 2 coworkers got the A1 Steak Burrito (seasoned white rice, pinto beans, corn salsa, diced onion, cheese) and a regular Burrito (hibachi steak, sriracha, seasoned white rice, pinto beans, fajita veggie, pico de gallo, cilantro, sour cream, cheese, shredded lettuce) Maybe it was my choice of ingredients but my burritodilla was just ok. Was searching for a lunch place and discovered this place through Yelp. It's located in a Store front Amongst a strip mall. Had plenty of parking. Very nicely decorated and clean inside. What attracted me to this place was the taco salad picture. As you approach the counter you pick a protein which surprisingly was a lot to choice from. Grilled Chicken is how I roll. Then what sets them apart is you have a choice of a seasoning to toss your protein in. I got the mango habanero mix and it didn't disappoint. And you can choose a Sour cream drizzle or a ranch. This really made the taco salad stand out. And then you build your meal. I can say that was one of the best taco salads I've had in a long time. The taco shell was also delicious, if you choose the meal you have a choice of fries or chips. Yep I said fries! I thought it was odd with a taco salad so I got it just to try it out. The rice was perfectly sticky, the chicken was spicy and saucy, the pickles complimented everything very well. Buffalo Beef Chiwawa - OMG this was amazing! The chiwawa is a fried rice ball that gets pressed flat and loaded with topping. I added ground beef, Buffalo sauce, black beans, jalapeños, cilantro, pico de gallo and sour cream. I would highly recommend trying this item and customizing anyway you like! General Tso's boneless wings - these were pretty good, nothing too special but still enjoyable. The General Tso's sauce had great flavor and wasn't too spicy. Plain curly fries - very good! Seasoned and fried well. Good portion to share. Overall, awesome first meal at Bubbakoo's. I was scrolling through yelp and I stumbled across this restaurant and I'm glad I did! When you walk in the set up is kind of like chipotle and you can chose your base (i.e. burrito, taco, quesadilla ect.) And then choosing your meat and toppings. There is a lot of variety which I always enjoy. They also have a signature menu that you can order from if you don't want to make choices. I got the chicken bacon Sriracha Ranch Quesadilla and it was delicious. They didn't go skimpy on the meat or sauce and it was a good size. The buffalo cauliflower bites were nice and crispy and the curly fries were good but not as good as Arby's. Overall I definitely recommend I'll be coming back soon. read more

I've eaten Bubbakoo's approximately six times now. Although it's a franchise, it's the only location in Florida. Their burritos are absolutely massive. Stopped in a couple of weeks ago with a co-worker for lunch. They do specials on Tuesday and I believe between 2-4pm weekdays. Ordering took a minute since there was only one person making the food and ringing up customers. I think the other person was handling the online orders. The food and atmosphere reminds me of Moe's but with a twist. The tacos I ordered was the hard shell chicken and ground beef. Nothing special. They do have a limited amount of self-serving hot sauce which is located next to the fountain machine. Decent amount of seating but the place isn't that big. read more

You can bring a friend for lunch and you doubt have to scream over loud music to talk to each other. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I had to say that again. Just tried Bubbakoo's for the first time as today was their grand opening. Very clean and hip establishment with great music playing. Decor was trendy and metallic. Cool TV channel similar to CHIVE TV. Large team of mostly young staff who were polite and energetic.Even met Sashi the owner who was checking on guests. Nice touch Got Hibachi Steak and Shrimp burrito with rice, beans, salsa Queso, Pico and sour cream. Ordered a side of curly fries and Queso to dip. liked the curly fries more than Arby's because there was less coating and more potato feel. Everything was delicious. Second visit in two days. I can recommend this place with some caviats. They offer some very innovative fusion items (Mexican/Asian) that are delicious and not something you can find anywhere else. However, there were no prices listed on the menu and $28 for two burritos with no sides or drinks was a shock. They were huge, and the leftovers reheated nicely the next day, so I can't call them poor value, but one burrito easily could have fed both of us, and knowing the prices in advanced might've encouraged us to order more conservatively. read more

Went here yesterday for lunch with my wife and stepdaughter. My wife decided to have the taco salad. She said that it's enough food to feed two individuals and that it was very good. My stepdaughter decided to order the burritodilla with chicken in it. She said that it was very good and grilled very well. I decided to order the burritodilla as well, but I had mine with shredded pork in it. This, too, was very good. Service was excellent, and the staff made frequent rounds to ensure all customers were okay. I sure hope they keep this friendliness going because this is the type of energy that draws in customers. They had just opened up on Thursday, and a lot of individuals seem to like this place so far. The bathrooms were very clean, and I don't know if anybody likes to use a dirty bathroom. Parking is always a little difficult to find, being that it's a shared parking lot with other stores. We will return here again. read more

My bf and I had my birthday dinner there last night. We had reservations, but we had to wait and the walk in couple was seated before us. They finally seated us in the middle of the restaurant which was very overstimulating. I felt like we were in a food court or cafeteria. I asked for us to be seated somewhere not as crowded. They seated us upstairs which turned out to be an awesome dining experience and the food was amazing. Our server Daniel was really great and attentive.
