My husband and I stopped in for dinner last night and were so pleasantly surprised! I had the ground beef bowl and he got a steak burrito and both were great! It's setup similarly to a chipotle but with so many more options for protein and toppings. Was searching for a lunch place and discovered this place through Yelp. It's located in a Store front Amongst a strip mall. Had plenty of parking. Very nicely decorated and clean inside. What attracted me to this place was the taco salad picture. As you approach the counter you pick a protein which surprisingly was a lot to choice from. Grilled Chicken is how I roll. Then what sets them apart is you have a choice of a seasoning to toss your protein in. I got the mango habanero mix and it didn't disappoint. And you can choose a Sour cream drizzle or a ranch. The chiwawa is a fried rice ball that gets pressed flat and loaded with topping. I added ground beef, Buffalo sauce, black beans, jalapeños, cilantro, pico de gallo and sour cream. I would highly recommend trying this item and customizing anyway you like! General Tso's boneless wings - these were pretty good, nothing too special but still enjoyable. There is a lot of variety which I always enjoy. They also have a signature menu that you can order from if you don't want to make choices. I got the chicken bacon Sriracha Ranch Quesadilla and it was delicious. They didn't go skimpy on the meat or sauce and it was a good size. Ordering took a minute since there was only one person making the food and ringing up customers. I think the other person was handling the online orders. The food and atmosphere reminds me of Moe's but with a twist. The tacos I ordered was the hard shell chicken and ground beef. Nothing special. Just tried Bubbakoo's for the first time as today was their grand opening. Very clean and hip establishment with great music playing. Decor was trendy and metallic. Cool TV channel similar to CHIVE TV. Large team of mostly young staff who were polite and energetic.Even met Sashi the owner who was checking on guests. Went here yesterday for lunch with my wife and stepdaughter. My wife decided to have the taco salad. She said that it's enough food to feed two individuals and that it was very good. My stepdaughter decided to order the burritodilla with chicken in it. She said that it was very good and grilled very well. I decided to order the burritodilla as well, but I had mine with shredded pork in it. This, too, was very good. Service was excellent, and the staff made frequent rounds to ensure all customers were okay. I sure hope they keep this friendliness going because this is the type of energy that draws in customers. They had just opened up on Thursday, and a lot of individuals seem to like this place so far. The bathrooms were very clean, and I don't know if anybody likes to use a dirty bathroom. Parking is always a little difficult to find, being that it's a shared parking lot with other stores. We will return here again. read more
