Asked for nachos for a friend in the hospital I see. I asked please put the chips in a separate container. Chips on the side of the toppings so it didn't get mushy before I could get it to a CANCER PATIENT. Cashier approved. Manager refused and said it's against policy. False.... I have had to request this before. "Manager" was annoyed. I requested a refund which made her even angrier. Rather than just granting the request for nachos she sh*t talked the whole transaction because she assumed no one in the dining room spoke Portuguese. Also.... She had no idea how to work the computer system to refund. There is one worker there who is AMAZING! She has been there for years and a joy to visit. Unfortunately I won't be able to visit her anymore because separating chips from toppings is too complicated. Sad. Do better. THIS USE TO BE ONE OF MY FAVORITE FAST FOOD SPOTS TO STOP AT ON THE GO ! what HAPPENED ? I'm completely MIND BLOWN . spent a good 7 hours at the hospital , finally got released and I was STARVING. I live in Brewster now so to stop here means I have to go the opposite direction. I debated . as I'm driving there I'm looking outside and saying it's a good day to dine outside . I get there I park my car I walk up to the counter the young lady says nothing doesn't even acknowledge me . she's doing something but I don't know what . YOU GREET THE CUSTOMER . it's called multi tasking. I didn't even trip I say hello , silence . so I start telling her what I want she cuts me off and says YOU NEED TO WAIT. super hostile. I'm taken aback. I wait a few more minutes and then decide no big deal , I look back into kitchen where I see 3 employees standing there talking to one another having a blast cool. I'll go through the drive through . I go through the drive through I tell them exactly what I want I get to the window i greet the employee I get no hi how are you NOTHING . my debit card was taken to run payment and then my bag was handed to me . before driving off around to eat outside I check the back . I asked for extra sour cream theres only 1 I say may I please have 2 more . she said you gotta pay ? I said really I got 3 soft tacos and a chickem quesadilla... NO PROBLEM. I try to hand her my card and she tells me I have to go all the way around again and order at the speaker . at this point it's getting comical. I drive around I order the sour cream , I get attitude over the speaker I drive up , now a young man with tattoos down his arm is at the window and HOLY ATTITUDE . at this point I'm extremely disappointed and questioning if they spit in my food . I have NO IDEA what everyone's issue was but I'll never go back . I'm straight . I work too hard for my money to give it to folks who treat me so horribly for NO REASON. mind you I work in the service industry . this is not customer service . when I ask for a general managers number or corporate number he says DONT HAVE THAT and slams the window . mind you each one of these people not only represent there franchise owner they represent Taco Bell. extremely disappointing and very heart breaking I'll never spend my time or money there again . read more

One star for the show the locals put on, you seldom find entertainment this high quality for free. The small line was backed up to the men's room where a patron was enthusiastically making room for lunch . Not the most appetizing sounds when you're planning on ordering a cheesy chalupa. Ordering was a mild chore. The lunch rush doesn't seem like the optimum time to put someone new out at the counter solo but there doesn't seem to be many people working here. The ambiance was different from many Taco Bell's I've frequented in the past. The water feature dripping from the ceiling all over the counter was an interesting touch but they did leave out an empty bucket to catch some of it that trickled down off the dangling lighting features. I could have done without the dozen or so flies buzzing around my head in the center of the restaurant but to be fair they were probably just scoping out the massive bag of napkins and empty containers that somebody slovenly dumped mid table before taking off (it's still there as of this review) Food wise it was fine my chicken taco had a lot more ground beef in it than I expected but whatever ... it tasted like everything else from Taco Bell. She was really patient and this guy was giving her shit even though she's the one taking orders not cooking the food so she didn't deserve that. I genuinely have never experienced worse customer service/ food service in my life. As someone who works in two separate food service establishments I am well versed in what it should and should not be. The woman working there was unbelievably condescending when SHE messed up my order. We realized that the order was incorrect and went back through politely asking if we could get what we had actually ordered. They never gave us a receipt or even offered which is the number one rule of food service. If you are not going to offer or provide a receipt you need to be willing to accept that the customer is right. The entire staff proceeded to crowd around the window and yell at me telling me that I was incorrect as if I didn't know what I wanted. They tried to charge me a second time without a refund on my first order AFTER they took the first meal back, essentially trying to charge me for two orders, one of which I could not actually keep. I ended up having to leave without a refund after being yelled at so much by the woman who made my food that I could not deal with her anymore. The food is always cold, doesn't matter what time of day you go, your taco will be cold, not even slightly brought to temp meat, ice cold. The potato grillers get loaded with more cheese and sour cream than actual potatoes. The workers are either rude or incompetent, aside from maybe 2 of them (I live about a mile away and frequently visit for the kfc portion of the restaurant). You will almost never get a receipt and something will always either be missing or wrong. The only good thing about this place is the mtn dew Baja blast. read more

So we just placed an order for Taco Bell (It's a Taco Bell/KFC combined). We pulled up and I ordered a number 6 and the person taking the order asked if we were getting it from the Taco Bell or KFC side. My husband told them Taco Bell. He then ordered a quesadilla meal which I believe was a number 7 And ordered it with a Dr Pepper. We paid for the order and then we picked it up and the drinks sizes were wrong so my husband asked "I thought all the meals came with large drinks" and the lady said "you ordered the Big Box and it comes with a medium drink." We said we did not order the big box we ordered Taco Bell for both meals and nothing from KFC. Then the person taking the order said "NO let ME tell you what you ordered" and she started naming off everything on the receipt and we then explained that we we ordered a chicken Chalupa meal and quesadilla meal, two cheese roll ups and two cinnamon twists. My husband also ordered a Dr Pepper and they gave him Diet Pepsi. They are always messing up the order and they gave an attitude when we explained they got our order wrong. Can't believe these people still have a job since they obviously have poor ratings for poor service. Need to get better employees cause I'm sure they're losing money because no one wants to ever come back. I know I'm not. Unacceptable!!! read more

We have gone in multiple times and each time there has always been an issue. This is the closest Taco Bell, and it is still about 30 minutes away. My family and I are vegetarians and we always ask to replace beef with beans, which the cashier always marks down every time. Now every time, there is always either one order entirely with beef, traces of beef, or having it made tasting stale and meaty. Luckily their employees are generous to apologize and remake it. However this is a constant problem and always leaves us with a bad taste. It's good enough when having no other options, but not a first choice. Rather give it 1.5 stars. read more

This location loses a star for the location, which is not really their fault per se, but it's tough to get in and out of here. I received my food, and it was correct, and exactly what I expected. Service was friendly, and the restaurant was clean. I'm not a fan of the way this location is set up, with knives being away from the sporks near the drinks etc., but whatever I guess. I eventually found everything I needed. Service was quick, so major plus on that. I'll be back to get my taco bell fix on. read more

This is a review for KFC/Taco Bell. Just when I thought I couldn't hate society more than I already do, I went to KFC in Hyannis. When I walked in it was empty, but soon after the junkies started slithering in like amorphous blobs of sentient raw sewage floating down the river of excrement that people have dubbed "downtown Hyannis". I ordered my food expecting mediocrity, but instead I was met with the standard of quality that only someone on taxpayer funded EBT benefits could possibly enjoy. I guess when you are strung out on heroine, anything will suffice. I used to frequent KFC as a teenager and I remember the chicken tasting much better than the 3rd world slophouse garbage that they spat out of that dirty kitchen. My mashed potatoes and mac&cheese never arrived so I had to get a refund, which took 15 minutes of my precious time and flushed it down the same hole that this "restaurant" should go into and never come back out of. If you are not a resident of cape cod, let this be a warning; Stay away from KFC Hyannis unless you have a can of heroine junkie repellant spray and/or some good hobo needle stab insurance. read more

This location was quite easily the most disgusting resturuant I've ever been to. They get no stars due to the fact that it was so unbelievably filthy in the dining room. More then half the tables were littered with crubs, the whole area near the soda machine had clearly NEVER been cleaned, and there was even old chicken bones on the floor. Very disgusted read more
