Definitely above-average pizza and one of the better spots on Cape Cod. We love their fennel sausage and their regular crust. We do have a gluten-free family member and she loves that they have two options for her. We ordered the cauliflower crust on this past order and we weren't thrilled by it. We're from Jersey, so we're super picky about our pizza and Palio totally hit the mark! It seriously tasted like a pie from back home, which is hard to find when you're not in NJ. We didn't eat at the restaurant, just ordered for pickup, but everything was ready on time and super easy. I got two slices. It was disappointing, they didn't taste super fresh, very very tough in fact. I recommend building your own pizza, its fresher tasting im sure. That seemed to be what everyone else was doing. My wife got a gluten free pepperoni, she wasn't impressed. I guess they aren't back their making gluten free dough with gluten free flour. Too much to ask for I presume. It was totally underwhelming in my opinion, but she ate it cuz she was hungry. It's the place for you if you need a quick bite or if you have kids that get the hunger bug at night. A bit on the pricey side. Prices were very reasonable for a tourist area. Pasta, meatballs and red sauce were very good. There was a constant flow of carry out pizza customers so the pizza must be good too. Only drawback was the pasta with Pesto. Pesto is nothing but fresh basil, garlic, olive oil, roasted pine nuts and good pecorino Romano cheese. Got a calzone with mozzarella, ricotta and three mushroom types and it came as two thin soggy flavorless pizzas that had been folded over, no crispness or puff, just a thin soggy mess. We also ordered the cape colder pizza and some of it was soggy and undone and other parts were dry and crispy, no consistency. The cheese pizza slice was good. The garlic knots were three pizza dough balls twisted into knots with garlic salt sprinkled on top. The service was good. It is an order at counter and find a seat restaurant which is fine. It is quite loud. They do have outdoor seating. The pizza was not unedible, but just not great. It is probably the only place around serving slices. read more

This has great reviews and so take mine with a grain of salt. We aren't from the area so maybe this is what pizza looks like here but aside from it having the crispy bottom factor, it was completely lacking in everything else. There is such an incredibly thin layer of sauce and cheese on it that it actually all just crisped up and wasn't very cheesy or flavorful. It was the thinnest slice of pizza i've ever seen, usually the top of it has some type of texture with the cheese and sauce and it's not all just crisped to an oblivion? The bottom was perfect but it was just way too thin for our enjoyment. Folding it in half felt like you were folding a tortilla chip in half. I hope this paints the picture of what it was like lol... anyways, they do sell sangria here that looked delicious and the inside decor is very cute. In Hyannis for a few days and tried Palio pizza for the first time. Thin crust. Very tasty.

Stopped in for pizza, was super busy but we got our pizza quickly. Decent slice, super thin, could have used more sauce though. Have had better pizza on the Cape. Nice outdoor seating as well as indoor seating. Staff was super nice and on top of everyone's needs while we were sitting outdoors. This was a nice option on a sunny early evening with family. Food is probably 3 star- pizza etc, but family size is good and shareable and they had some fun options. The pesto was dry enough that we had to take a sip of water with every bite, but the flavor was there. The bbq was fantastic. It had flavor, great caramelized onions, and so good. Tried out this pizza joint located in Hyannis downtown with some co-worker friends. Of the three pizzas we ordered (Cape Codder, Buffalo Chicken, and Pollo Pepper), my favorite was Cape Codder. It was tasty, almost like eating creamy seafood pasta, but on pizza. Shrimp was decent size! The Buffalo Chicken and Pollo Pepper were ok. The white chicken meat used was dry, and didn't make the pizza quite enjoyable. If you like seafood, then I recommend the Cape Codder. Overall a 3.5! read more

We ordered their breadsticks which came stuffed with mozzarella cheese and marinara dipping sauce. We go the Cape Codder pizza and a sausage pizza and both were great!
