Palio Pizzeria is the best pizza on Cape Cod- The service is a true delight. The atmosphere is very laidback, wherein you can dine inside, or dine outside. The pizza is absolutely delicious! It is brick oven, thin crust pie. Whenever I visit Hyannis, Palio pizza is our go to place for pizza!

Definitely above-average pizza and one of the better spots on Cape Cod. We love their fennel sausage and their regular crust. We do have a gluten-free family member and she loves that they have two options for her. We ordered the cauliflower crust on this past order and we weren't thrilled by it. The broccoli rabe specialty pizza is delicious. Overall, a solid place to do takeout!

I got two slices. It was disappointing, they didn't taste super fresh, very very tough in fact. I recommend building your own pizza, its fresher tasting im sure. That seemed to be what everyone else was doing. My wife got a gluten free pepperoni, she wasn't impressed. I guess they aren't back their making gluten free dough with gluten free flour. Too much to ask for I presume. It was totally underwhelming in my opinion, but she ate it cuz she was hungry. It's the place for you if you need a quick bite or if you have kids that get the hunger bug at night. A bit on the pricey side. I think if you're going to serve underwhleming pizza slices at night, at least make them half price. Especially if they've been sitting there a while.

We walk in the waitress's are so friendly and inviting beautiful outdoor courtyard with plenty of seating when you go to these small towns the people that live here are in a bad mood not here !!! Lovely place and affordable I have to bring the family back !!! My score is a 7.2 lol

    Arugula Special Pizza!

I have been eating their arugula pizza for years. Never disappoints. All their other pizzas are delish too.

I love this place. My family and I go here every year during our fishing trip and the pizza is amazing! The service was great and they even have games to play while you wait. Definitely a good place for large groups and families.

We decided to try someplace different for lunch, and I'm glad we did. I ended up getting 2 slices of cheese pizza and a coke and it was less than 12 bucks. Pizza was nice an thin and very tasty. I have been back twice since then and the food is consistently good. I recommend Palio over some of the other competitors in the area.

Review of 08/23/2024 we ordered a cheese pizza and Greek Salad with chicken. Hard to screw up a salad but dressing was not the best.Lacked flavor. Meatballs were ok but red sauce lacked flavor. A positive was the crust on the cheese pizza... Slice was good. It's kind of a system of ordering at the counter paying & tipping up front before any service, getting your own utensils, and picking your own seats. You can sit outside as well.

Highly recommend for late night pizza in Hyannis. Thin crust so get the large. Also recommend the white to go along with a regular pie.

When I couldn't decide on a cocktail, Sandra readily recommended the Grapefruit Martini -- it was delicious and totally the right call, Hubby's Tito's Cosmo was also well-made. For dinner, Hubby had the Chicken Parm - it was enormous and delicious, chicken was cooked well and the homemade pasta was a perfect al dente. The sauce was very good, but there was too much cheese for his taste, an easy fix to move to the side. There was plenty to take home for a second meal so it was an even better value. I chose the Spinach Salad, which was fresh and tasty with artichokes and goat cheese. Again, it was a generous portion for a very good price. We rarely indulge in dessert but we were convinced to try the homemade Tiramisu and it was amazing, just the way I make it myself. It's very hard to find a Tiramisu that is so authentic. We absolutely recommend Tumi, based on our experience it would be had to make a bad decision from their menu.

My dinner consisted of two appetizers - the grilled sweet corn and the lamb lollipops. Both were well-prepared and delicious. A pisco sour was also enjoyed with dinner! Dessert consisted of lucume ice cream and a 10yr port. Our server was knowledgeable and patient and also entertained with her humor. Although we were seated near the entrance, the atmosphere was relaxing and fun. Tumi was a great experience that we will repeat next time we are in Hyannis!

Let me start by saying that they make some of the BEST fried calamari I have had (and I have eaten my weight and hubbys weight in fried calamari in a lifetime!). Their wine list is impressive as are their poisons on the wall of thirst. Service is LOVELY, absolutely LOVELY. And then comes dinner. Old school italo-american, classic mom and pop food. Nothing wrong with that, but it better be better than my own or others (Such as Colombo down the road). My husband ordered the bolognese with their home-made parppadelle. The bolognese needed a couple more (a lot more hours) to cook down, was very acidic and was lacking the punch of creaminess you get from breaking it down with ... MILK... We had high hopes, but the pasta was overcooked and a bit gummy. I had the veal picatta. Veal nice and tender, soggy but tender. The sauce confused me because it was heavy handed on the rosemary. Rosemary overload can be offensive, and while it didn't get there, it almost did. Garlic to a FAULT (yay, thats a GOOD thing), but the capellini pasta was way overcooked, almost baby food consistency on the chew. IM SO SORRY!!!!!!! I wanted to love it, because their focaccia was superb! I have a feeling that maybe a sandwich on that bread would be GREAT for a lunch. Portions are generous, so they are good for sharing or take home. Unfortunately, I tossed the pasta and made a sandwich with the left over veal - yea it was good. The staff is WONDERFUL and are very proud of what they do. So at least come in for appetizers and some really good drinks or a nice glass of wine!
